带阀座的节水接头,主要由本体、阀芯、支架、弹簧和螺丝组成。把阀座的通孔出水端设置为调节装置,通过从出水端调节阀座在本体内的位置,就能够实现对最大出水量的调节。

带阀座的节水接头
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于自来水管连接的自动恒流的带阀座的节水接头,特别是一种能够稳定龙头出水量的自动恒流的带阀座的节水接头,属于水管接头的优化技术。
背景技术
自来水管道之间的连接,水管与龙头之间的连接,都是通过接头来实现的。目前这些接头主要是起到连接的作用,不具备其他功能。目前的楼房供水,一般有两种方式,一种是使用增压泵自下而上的送水方式,一种是在楼顶安置水箱,利用水位差自上而下输送的方式。无论是哪一种送水方式,不同的楼层水压也会不同,从而导致不同楼层出水量不同。
在申请号为200910098530.3的专利文件中公开了一种节水型管接头及开启或关闭方法,优点是具有管接头和截止阀的双重功能,不足是不具备压力调整的能力。
在专利号为201020694120.3的专利文件中公开了一种水管接头,优点是能够从进水端通过调节螺丝在节流阀阀杆上的位置,调节弹簧的预应力,从而设定最大出水量,在用水过程中,水管接头能够根据水压的变化自动调节,使出水量保持在设定的最大范围内。不足是在使用过程中,由于最大出水量的设定是从进水端调节,并且只有将水管接头安装到自来水管上才能看到调节的效果,需要反复调节以达到满意出水量时,就必须反复将水管接头拆下来再装回去,调节不太方便。
特别是家庭用户,由于各龙头用途不同,对出水量的要求也不同,例如厨房的洗菜龙头和卫生间的洗脸龙头以及淋喷头等,由于用途的差别,对出水量的要求也不同,例如洗脸龙头的出水量保持在4升/分钟就够了,而淋喷头的出水量要求在8升/分钟以上,因此,用户也需要对各龙头的最大出量进行调节,如果是从进水端进行调节,就需要反复将相关的设备拆下来调节后再装上再试,直到满意为止,操作时间过长,拆装也比较麻烦。
因此,需要寻找一种不仅能够设定最大出水量,并且不需要反复拆装就能够完成调节的水管接头。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种能够调整水压,使不同楼层的出水量尽量趋于一致的水管接头。
本发明的技术方案是:带阀座的节水接头,主要由本体1、阀芯2、支架3、弹簧4和螺丝5组成,阀芯又包括阀头21和阀杆22,在阀头上设有两个以上的贯穿阀头的过水孔23,阀杆上设有与阀杆同轴的螺孔;将阀杆穿过支架中部的固定孔再穿过弹簧,将螺丝5旋拧到阀杆上的螺孔中,将弹簧固定在螺丝帽与支架3之间,再将支架按螺丝帽朝向进水端的方向从本体的进水端塞进本体内固定,带阀座的节水接头还包括阀座6,所述的阀座6从本体的出水端进入本体内,所述的阀座中心设有通孔,通孔朝向阀芯一端的壁面与阀头形成阴阳配合,阀头位于支架与阀座之间;所述的本体中部内壁设有向内突起的平台;所述的阀座包括一体化的两个部分,靠近进水端与阀头配合的部分为工作体,靠近出水端的另一部分为调节体,工作体的外径小于平台内径;调节体的外壁设有与本体平台边缘到出水端内壁的内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹,阀座按工作体先进入的方式从本体的出水端拧入本体内,通过调节阀座在本体内的位置改变阀头到达工作体的距离,从而达到调节出水流量的目的;在本体外壁两端设置螺纹,再旋拧到水管口内壁的螺纹上。
所述的支架外壁设有外螺纹,支架从本体的进水端旋入本体内固定。
在阀座通孔朝向本体出水端的壁面上设有调节装置,用于调节阀座在本体内的位置。
所述的调节装置为内六角孔,与内六角工具相匹配。
所述的过水孔在阀头上平均分布,过水孔从进水端到出水端,采用与阀头轴心平行或向轴心倾斜的方式排布。
有益效果:
1、把阀座的通孔出水端设置为调节装置,通过从出水端调节阀座在本体内的位置,就能够实现对最大出水量的调节。

具体实施方式
如图1到图3所示,带阀座的节水接头,主要由本体1、阀芯2、支架3、弹簧4和螺丝5组成。带阀座的节水接头安装在自来水管网系统中使用,能够通过调节控制最大出水量。
如图5所示,阀芯又包括阀头21和阀杆22,在阀头上设有两个以上的贯穿阀头的过水孔23,阀杆上设有与阀杆同轴的螺孔;将阀杆穿过支架中部的固定孔再穿过弹簧,将螺丝5旋拧到阀杆上的螺孔中,将弹簧固定在螺丝帽与支架3之间,再将支架按螺丝帽朝向进水端的方向从本体的进水端塞进本体内固定。通过旋拧螺丝,调整螺丝在阀杆内的位置,能够调节弹簧的预应力,从而能够调节通过带阀座的节水接头的最大水流量。拧紧螺丝,把弹簧压得更紧,水流克服弹簧的预应力推动阀头的力量需要加大,相应的,最大出水量变大,拧松螺丝,弹簧的预应力变小,水流克服弹簧的预应力推动阀头的力量减小,最大出水量变小。
如图4、图7所示,带阀座的节水接头还包括阀座6,所述的阀座6从本体的出水端进入本体内,所述的阀座中心设有通孔,通孔朝向阀芯一端的壁面与阀头形成阴阳配合,阀头位于支架与阀座之间。当水压大于正常值时,水流压力克服弹簧的压力推动阀芯,减少了阀芯与阀座之间的空隙,即减小了水流的横截面积,从而实现了自动控制流量的目的。如图8所示,当水压特别大时,阀芯就会完全进入阀座的通孔里,完全堵塞住水流通道,这时,水就通过阀头上预留的过水孔流出,保证合适的出水量。
所述的本体中部内壁设有向内突起的平台,对阀座、支架的位置起到限制作用,防止两者之间的距离过近,避免用户将阀头旋入通孔内堵塞住通孔,起不到自动调节流量的作用。
平台两侧的本体内壁长度相同。
平台两侧的本体内壁都设有内螺纹。本体与水管有两种连接方式,一种是利用本体两端内壁的内螺纹将本将旋拧在水管口外壁的螺纹上,一种是在本体外壁两端设置螺纹,再旋拧到水管口内壁的螺纹上。
所述的支架外壁设有外螺纹,支架从本体的进水端旋入本体内固定,通过调整支架在本体内的位置,也可以调节阀头与阀座之间的距离,从而起到调节流量的作用。
如图6所示,所述的阀座包括一体化的两个部分,靠近进水端与阀头配合的部分为工作体,靠近出水端的另一部分为调节体,工作体的外径小于平台内径;调节体的外壁设有与本体平台边缘到出水端内壁的内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹,阀座按工作体先进入的方式从本体的出水端拧入本体内,通过调节阀座在本体内的位置改变阀头到达工作体的距离,从而达到调节出水流量的目的。
在阀座通孔朝向本体出水端的壁面上设有调节装置,用于调节阀座在本体内的位置。所述的调节装置优选内六角孔,与内六角工具相匹配。调节时,从本体的出水端把调整工具,如内六角工具伸进本体内,进入调节装置,就能够调节阀座在本体内的位置。把阀座往进水口的方向拧,就是减少出水量,往出水口的方向拧,就是加大出水量。
所述的过水孔在阀头上平均分布,过水孔从进水端到出水端,采用与阀头轴心平行或向轴心倾斜的方式排布。
采用带阀座的节水接头,出水口不会由于水压大而导致流量过大,造成浪费。关闭出水口后,阀头周围的水压迅速地趋于平衡,在弹簧牵引力的作用下,阀芯会自动回复到初始的状态。

1.带阀座的节水接头,主要由本体(1)、阀芯(2)、支架(3)、弹簧(4)和螺丝(5)组成,阀芯又包括阀头(21)和阀杆(22),在阀头上设有两个以上的贯穿阀头的过水孔(23),阀杆上设有与阀杆同轴的螺孔;将阀杆穿过支架中部的固定孔再穿过弹簧,将螺丝(5)旋拧到阀杆上的螺孔中,将弹簧固定在螺丝帽与支架(3)之间,再将支架按螺丝帽朝向进水端的方向从本体的进水端塞进本体内固定,其特征在于:带阀座的节水接头还包括阀座(6),所述的阀座(6)从本体的出水端进入本体内,所述的阀座中心设有通孔,通孔朝向阀芯一端的壁面与阀头形成阴阳配合,阀头位于支架与阀座之间;所述的本体中部内壁设有向内突起的平台;所述的阀座包括一体化的两个部分,靠近进水端与阀头配合的部分为工作体,靠近出水端的另一部分为调节体,工作体的外径小于平台内径;调节体的外壁设有与本体平台边缘到出水端内壁的内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹,阀座按工作体先进入的方式从本体的出水端拧入本体内,通过调节阀座在本体内的位置改变阀头到达工作体的距离,从而达到调节出水流量的目的;在本体外壁两端设置螺纹,再旋拧到水管口内壁的螺纹上。

3.根据权利要求1所述的带阀座的节水接头,其特征在于:在阀座通孔朝向本体出水端的壁面上设有调节装置,用于调节阀座在本体内的位置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带阀座的节水接头,其特征在于:所述的调节装置为内六角孔,与内六角工具相匹配。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带阀座的节水接头,其特征在于:所述的过水孔在阀头上平均分布,过水孔从进水端到出水端,采用与阀头轴心平行或向轴心倾斜的方式排布。
