本发明公开了一种真丝面料刺绣用活性墨水,由以下重量份的原料制成:颜料10~25份、保湿剂5~10份、纳米钛白粉2~6份、三乙醇胺1~5份、表面活性剂5~10份、丁醚化三聚氰胺树脂1~4份、控制剂2~6份、杀菌剂2~7份、柠檬酸1~5份、甘油1~4份、添加剂1~3份、其余为去离子水。通过上述方式,本发明一种真丝面料刺绣用活性墨水,具有渲染效果好、图案色彩清晰、粘接牢固、吸收能力强的特点,主要用于四周类面料刺绣色彩的渲染。

技术领域
本发明涉及刺绣印染绣样领域,特别是涉及一种真丝面料刺绣用活性墨水。
背景技术
刺绣是针线在织物上绣制的各种装饰图案的总称。就是用针将丝线或其他纤维、纱线以一定图案和色彩在绣料上穿刺,以缝迹构成花纹的装饰织物。众所周知,在刺绣产品时会用到带有颜色的墨水作为刺绣图案的色彩添加,使得刺绣图案更加亮丽、美观。而一般的刺绣用水溶性墨水性能不稳定,寿命不长,尤其是日光照射的条件下,容易变色、变质,如果将上述墨水用于丝质类产品,其色彩及渲染效果更差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种真丝面料刺绣用活性墨水,具有渲染效果好、图案色彩清晰、粘接牢固、吸收能力强的特点,主要用于四周类面料刺绣色彩的渲染。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种真丝面料刺绣用活性墨水,由以下重量份的原料制成:颜料10~25份、保湿剂5~10份、纳米钛白粉2~6份、三乙醇胺1~5份、表面活性剂5~10份、丁醚化三聚氰胺树脂1~4份、控制剂2~6份、杀菌剂2~7份、柠檬酸1~5份、甘油1~4份、添加剂1~3份、其余为去离子水。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述真丝面料刺绣用活性墨水由以下重量份的原料制成:颜料15~25份、保湿剂6~10份、纳米钛白粉4~6份、三乙醇胺2~5份、表面活性剂8~10份、丁醚化三聚氰胺树脂2~4份、控制剂4~6份、杀菌剂4~7份、柠檬酸1~3份、甘油1~3份、添加剂2~3份、其余为去离子水。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述真丝面料刺绣用活性墨水由以下重量份的原料制成:颜料15份、保湿剂6份、纳米钛白粉4份、三乙醇胺2份、表面活性剂8份、丁醚化三聚氰胺树脂2份、控制剂4份、杀菌剂4份、柠檬酸1份、甘油1份、添加剂2份、其余为去离子水。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述保湿剂为二甘醇或丙三醇中的一种。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述杀菌剂为山梨坦单硬脂酸酯。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种真丝面料刺绣用活性墨水,具有渲染效果好、图案色彩清晰、粘接牢固、吸收能力强的特点,主要用于四周类面料刺绣色彩的渲染。

一种真丝面料刺绣用活性墨水,由以下重量份的原料制成:颜料15份、二甘醇6份、纳米钛白粉4份、三乙醇胺2份、表面活性剂8份、丁醚化三聚氰胺树脂2份、控制剂4份、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯4份、柠檬酸1份、甘油1份、添加剂2份、其余为去离子水。
实施例2
一种真丝面料刺绣用活性墨水,由以下重量份的原料制成:颜料25份、丙三醇10份、纳米钛白粉6份、三乙醇胺5份、表面活性剂10份、丁醚化三聚氰胺树脂4份、控制剂6份、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯7份、柠檬酸3份、甘油3份、添加剂3份、其余为去离子水。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种具有发光及变色功能的刺绣荷包,荷包表面本身具有变色功能,再结合立体图案形的发光体,是的荷包表面具有动态感,佩戴或者作为车内装饰物,具有较高的欣赏价值。

2.根据权利要求1所述的真丝面料刺绣用活性墨水,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:颜料15~25份、保湿剂6~10份、纳米钛白粉4~6份、三乙醇胺2~5份、表面活性剂8~10份、丁醚化三聚氰胺树脂2~4份、控制剂4~6份、杀菌剂4~7份、柠檬酸1~3份、甘油1~3份、添加剂2~3份、其余为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的真丝面料刺绣用活性墨水,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:颜料15份、保湿剂6份、纳米钛白粉4份、三乙醇胺2份、表面活性剂8份、丁醚化三聚氰胺树脂2份、控制剂4份、杀菌剂4份、柠檬酸1份、甘油1份、添加剂2份、其余为去离子水。
