技术领域
本发明涉及一种海产品运输装置，尤其是一种海产品包装箱。
背景技术
目前，在运输海产品时基本采用包装箱或包装桶，而现有的包装箱在运输的过程中存在缺点，例如：人们在运输和携带海产品时，先将冰块置入包装内，起到保鲜的目的，海鲜和冰块堆积在一起时间较长，冰块融化的水浸泡海鲜，影响海鲜口感；利用交通工具运输包装箱时，路途颠簸，冰块不稳定；另外，在搬动和运输的过程中，包装箱的外部容易损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种构造简单、便于运输、安全卫生、保鲜效果好的海产品包装箱。
本发明包括箱体、箱盖、隔板、水管以及边条，其中箱体为上开口槽形壳体，其顶部开口连接箱盖，箱体内部设有横向隔板，隔板与箱体底板的之间的距离小于隔板与箱体开口之间的距离，隔板的上端面加工为镂空面，并隔板上开设若干个通孔，即渗水孔；箱体的侧面设有水管，水管的一端设置在箱体的外部，另一端对应隔板与箱体底板之间的空腔内。
最好在箱体外侧的各个侧面的连接处粘贴边条，所述边条是由橡胶制成的。
本发明在使用时，将冰块置于隔板的上部，由于隔板为镂空面，则可减缓冰块的晃动，延长冷冻时间；冰块融化的积水会由隔板的通孔流入隔板与底板之间的空腔内，避免浸泡海鲜，积水可由水管流出统一收集；箱体外部设有橡胶边条，可避免在搬运或运输过程中损坏。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：构造简单、便于运输、安全卫生、保鲜效果好。

如图1所示，箱体1为上开口槽形壳体，其顶部开口连接箱盖2，箱体内部设有横向隔板3，隔板与箱体底板的之间的距离小于隔板与箱体开口之间的距离，隔板的上端面加工为镂空面，并隔板上开设若干个通孔，即渗水孔4；箱体的侧面设有水管5，水管的一端设置在箱体的外部，另一端对应隔板与箱体底板之间的空腔内；箱体外侧的各个侧面的连接处粘贴边条6，边条是由橡胶制成的。

1.一种海产品包装箱，包括箱体、箱盖、隔板、水管以及边条，其特征是：箱体为上开口槽形壳体，其顶部开口连接箱盖，箱体内部设有横向隔板，隔板与箱体底板的之间的距离小于隔板与箱体开口之间的距离，隔板的上端面加工为镂空面，并隔板上开设通孔，即渗水孔；箱体的侧面设有水管，水管的一端设置在箱体的外部，另一端对应隔板与箱体底板之间的空腔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的海产品包装箱，其特征是：箱体外侧的各个侧面的连接处粘贴边条，边条是由橡胶制成的。
