Abstract

本发明公开了一种手指伸肌腱止点重建克氏针,包括:克氏针本体,克氏针本体两端分别为针尖和针尾,针尾上开有针眼;所述克氏针本体上靠近针尖处设有刻度点,克氏针本体上靠近针尾处设有折弯点;折弯点与针尾之间的克氏针本体上套有一段橡胶圈。通过上述方式,本发明能够既能控制打入手指内克氏针的长度,又能避免术后因患者的人为因素造成移位、固定失败。

技术领域
本发明涉及手术植入材料领域,特别是涉及一种手指伸肌腱止点重建克氏针。
背景技术
手指的伸肌腱损伤在手外科较常见,伸肌腱止点断裂无法直接缝合的需行伸肌腱止点重建。目前手外科止点重建需将克氏针穿过远指间关节,再将克氏针在距皮肤约1cm处向指腹处折弯,将缝合伸肌腱断端的细钢丝从指腹抽出,在克氏针尾部折弯处拧牢。因克氏针上没有固定刻度,穿过关节的克氏针长度无法控制,或需用C臂机辅助。克氏针尾部需人工折弯,可能对手术器械造成破坏,且术后容易因患者的不小心勾拉,造成固定失败。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种手指伸肌腱止点重建克氏针,既能控制打入手指内克氏针的长度,又能避免术后因患者的人为因素造成移位,固定失败。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种手指伸肌腱止点重建克氏针,包括:克氏针本体,克氏针本体两端分别为针尖和针尾,针尾上开有针眼;所述克氏针本体上靠近针尖处设有刻度点,克氏针本体上靠近针尾处设有折弯点;折弯点与针尾之间的克氏针本体上套有一段橡胶圈。
优选的,所述刻度点到针尖的距离为3至4厘米,刻度点到折弯点的距离为1.5厘米,折弯点到针尾的距离为2.5厘米;所述橡胶圈长度为1厘米。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够既能控制打入手指内克氏针的长度,又能避免术后因患者的人为因素造成移位、固定失败。

一种手指伸肌腱止点重建克氏针,包括:克氏针本体1,克氏针本体1两端分别为针尖和针尾,针尾上开有针眼5;所述克氏针本体1上靠近针尖处设有刻度点2,刻度点2到针尖的距离为3至4厘米;克氏针本体1上靠近针尾处设有折弯点3,刻度点2到折弯点3的距离为1.5厘米,折弯点3到针尾的距离为2.5厘米;折弯点3与针尾之间的克氏针本体1上套有一段橡胶圈4;所述橡胶圈4长度为1厘米。针尖为克氏针的打入点,刻度点2代表克氏针打入的长度,根据需要手术的手指来选择刻度点2到针尖尺寸合适的克氏针,用于拇指和其他手指的伸肌腱止点重建;折弯点3代表克氏针向指腹弯折点,从指腹抽出的细钢丝在尾部针眼5穿出并打结固定,用橡胶圈4套住打结点,能预防纱布等勾住细钢丝。
本发明提供一种简单、实用的用于手指伸肌腱止点重建的克氏针,既能控制打入手指内克氏针的长度,又能避免术后因患者的人为因素造成移位,固定失败。尤其是克氏针上的固定点可以有效控制克氏针打入的长度和明确克氏针的折弯点,克氏针尾部的针眼在用钢丝固定后不易因患者因素造成固定松动或失败,增加了手术的稳定性,有利于患者手指功能的恢复。

1.一种手指伸肌腱止点重建克氏针,其特征在于,包括:克氏针本体,克氏针本体两端分别为针尖和针尾,针尾上开有针眼;所述克氏针本体上靠近针尖处设有刻度点,克氏针本体上靠近针尾处设有折弯点;折弯点与针尾之间的克氏针本体上套有一段橡胶圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手指伸肌腱止点重建克氏针,其特征在于:所述刻度点到针尖的距离为3至4厘米,刻度点到折弯点的距离为1.5厘米,折弯点到针尾的距离为2.5厘米;所述橡胶圈长度为1厘米。
