Abstract

一种发电厂煤灰漂珠保温材料制品是由直径为0.125~0.106mm的漂球由酚醛树脂和环氧树脂加酚醛树脂固化剂或环氧树脂固化剂制成的粘结剂组成,经过漂珠选择、脱水干燥、混合搅拌、模压或挤注成型,脱模和自然固化工序制成制品,它具有比重轻,耐高温、明火点不着、保温好、不导热、不吸水、绝缘、隔音等特性,可广泛用于油气田、输油管道、供暖管道的外保温层,还可用作冷库隔热,粮仓库底建筑物地下,屋顶防水保温层。

Description

一种适用于地下直接埋设的煤灰漂珠保温材料制品
本发明是利用火力发电厂的废弃物煤灰漂珠制作的保温材料制品,它具有保温,防火,防水,耐酸碱,防腐蚀,隔音,隔热多种功能。
在本发明作出之前,通常使用的保温材料主要有如下三种:一是聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料,其优点是导热系数低,不吸水,保温性能好,缺点是耐高温系数低150℃即熔化,阻燃性差,不防火,成本高,强度低;二是石棉,其优点是耐高温性能好,缺点是吸水率高,生产和使用过程有公害,不适于地下直接埋设;三是珍珠岩,其优点是耐高温,不导热,缺点是吸水率高,制品在运输安装过程中易破碎,生产过程耗能高。
本发明的目的是提供一种保温性能好,防火、防水、耐酸碱、防腐蚀、隔音、隔热、抗压强度大,抗折强度大,适用于地下直接埋设的煤灰漂珠保温材料制品及制法。
本发明的主要原料是利用火力发电厂的废弃物粉煤灰用水选法提取出的漂浮物俗称漂珠,它是一种球体,空心无缝灰色小颗粒,直径为0.125~0.106mm(120~140目)是火力发电厂煤粉在炉内1800℃高温燃烧后的产物,具有比重轻,浮于水,耐高温800~1200℃,明火点不着,保温性能好,不导热、不吸水的理想保温防火防水材料。
本发明的煤灰漂珠保温材料制品是由煤灰漂珠和粘结剂组成,其配比是:
煤灰漂珠直径为0.125~0.106mm(120~140目)70~85%(重量百分比),粘结剂10~30%,粘结剂由酚醛树脂和环氧树脂加酚醛树脂固化剂或环氧树脂固化剂制成,其配比是:
酚醛树脂加环氧树脂或其中一种占点80~85%,酚醛树脂固化剂或环氧树脂固化剂占15~20%。
该保温树料制品制法的具体工艺流程是:
1.煤灰漂珠的选择:将电厂粉煤灰倒入水中用浮选法将浮在水面的漂珠捞出,除去杂质;
2.脱水干燥:将捞出的漂珠经自然干燥或用烘干机烘干;
3.混合搅拌拌:将该漂珠投入搅拌机中,再加入粘结剂在常温下搅拌均匀,漂珠表面涂有粘结剂膜的混合料,
4.模压或挤注成型:先在模具表面涂上脱模剂,石蜡、有机硅或铺上塑料薄膜,将混合料投入不同规格和不同模具中,加压或挤压成型;
5.脱模:成型后,自然干燥15~20分钟即可脱模或加热80~150℃5~10分钟后脱模;
6.自然固化:脱模后自然干燥24小时,即成该制品的成品。
该保温材料制品与已有技术比较其优点是:1.耐高温500~700℃,明火点不着;2.吸水率2~5%;3.抗压强度4.85Mpa(Kg/cm2);4.抗折强度2.61MPa(Kg/cm2);它还具有绝缘,隔音,隔热,耐酸碱,防腐蚀等良好性能;由于制作工艺、设备简单,可在可现场施工制作,一次成型,减少在运输、安装过程破损造成的损失,它可广泛用于制作油气田管道、输油管道、供暖管道的外保温层,可直接埋设于地下,还可作贮油罐外保温层,冷库隔热、粮仓库底,建筑物地下防水层,楼房屋顶防水保温层等。本发明的原料煤灰漂珠是火力发电废弃物充分加以利用,变废为宝,降低环境污染,增加环境效益。
实施例一
油气田管道,输油管道外保温层的一次成型制作
取选好的煤灰漂珠700Kg,粘结剂的酚醛树脂225Kg,酚醛树脂固体剂45Kg;先将酚醛树脂投入搅拌机中加入酚醛树脂固化剂搅拌均匀制成粘结剂;将煤灰漂珠投入另一搅拌机中,再加入粘结剂在温常下搅拌均匀成混合料,然后用螺族泵将混合料在管道上一次灌注成型。
实施例二
油田油库贮油罐弧形保温板的制作:
取选好的煤灰漂珠750Kg,粘结剂的酚醛树脂112.5Kg,环氧树脂100Kg,环氧树脂固化剂37.5Kg,先将酚醛树脂和环氧树脂投入搅拌机中,加入环氧树脂固化剂搅拌均匀制成粘结剂;另将煤灰漂珠投入另一搅拌机中,加入上述粘结剂搅拌均匀制成混合料,然后将混合料投入弧形板模具中用油压机加压成型,经脱模后自然干燥24小时,固化后制成弧形保温板成品,最后将该弧形保温板用合成胶粘贴在贮油罐体外壁上。

Claims (2)

1.一种适用于地下直接埋设的煤灰漂珠保温材料制品,其特征在于,它由煤灰漂珠和粘结剂组成,其配比以重量百分比计为:
直径为0.125~0.106毫米的煤灰漂珠72~75%;
粘结剂25~28%;
所述粘结剂由酚醛树脂和环氧树脂加酚醛树脂固化剂或环氧树脂固化剂组成,其配比以重量百分比计为:
酚醛树脂加环氧树脂或其中一种占80-85%;
酚醛树脂固化剂或环氧树脂固化剂占15-20%。
2.一种权利要求1所述适用于地下直接埋设的煤灰漂珠保温材料制品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)煤灰漂珠的选择:将电厂粉煤灰倒入水中,用水选法将浮在水面的漂珠捞出除去杂质;
(2)脱水干燥:将捞出的漂珠经自然干燥或用烘干机烘干;
(3)混合搅拌:将所述漂珠投入搅拌机中,加入粘结剂,在常温下搅拌均匀,使漂珠表面涂有粘结剂膜,其中所述漂珠的用量占制品总重量的72-75%,粘结剂用量占制品总重量的25-28%,其中,粘结剂由酚醛树脂和环氧树脂加酚醛树脂固化剂或环氧树脂固化剂组成,其配比以重量百分比计为:酚醛树脂加环氧树脂或其中一种占80-85%;酚醛树脂固化剂或环氧树脂固化剂占15-20%;
(4)模压或挤注成型:;先在模具表面涂上脱模剂,石蜡或有机硅或铺上塑料薄膜,将上述混合料投入不同规格不同模具中加压或挤压成型;
(5)脱模:成型后自然干燥15-20分钟或加热80-150℃,5-10分钟后脱模;
(6)自然固化:脱模后自然固化24小时即成该制品成品。
