In the payment method based on the two-dimension code, the mobile network cost can be saved for the card holder without depending on a mobile network, the generated dynamic two-dimension code has high safety, the transaction process is safe and reliable, the transaction safety can be ensured, and the trouble that the card holder carries a payment card or a bank card with the card holder can be saved.
Third embodiment
The third embodiment is to add a fingerprint recognition technology to the first embodiment or the second embodiment.
Fig. 5 shows a detailed flowchart of the mobile terminal side in the payment method based on the two-dimensional code according to the third embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 5, a specific flow at the mobile terminal side in the payment method based on the two-dimensional code according to the third embodiment of the present invention is as follows:
1. the cardholder opens the application of the mobile terminal, and the application calls the fingerprint identifier to read the user fingerprint.
2. And the application verifies the read fingerprint, and if the verification fails, an error is prompted.
3. The application checks whether the system encryption key needs to be updated, and if the key is expired, the key is updated.
4. The cardholder selects a payment card for payment. The payment card information passes the verification in advance and is encrypted and stored locally without inputting the password again by the user. As shown in fig. 6, a specific process at the background system side in the payment method based on the two-dimensional code according to the third embodiment of the present invention is as follows:

5. The MAC is verified based on the decrypted information and the selected encryption algorithm. If the MAC verification fails, the direct response fails, and if the MAC verification succeeds, the direct response continues.
6. And checking the fingerprint code, and if the fingerprint code does not pass the fingerprint check, directly rejecting the fingerprint code.
7. And carrying out deduction pretreatment. For example, a deduction request message is organized according to an agreement with a bank or a payment mechanism.
8. And carrying out deduction processing on the bank or the payment mechanism, and returning a processing result of the mobile terminal according to the processing result of the bank or the payment mechanism.
9. The processing result content comprises: payment result, authorization code, serial number, transaction time, issuer number, issuer, payment card number, transaction type, credential number, reference number, payment amount, MAC, etc. The processing result is encrypted by an encryption mode appointed by the merchant, and 3DES, AES, RSA and the like can be adopted. And generating a response two-dimensional code according to the processing result, so that the merchant can scan conveniently.
10. And the merchant cashier desk analyzes the response two-dimensional code and finishes the transaction according to the payment result.
In a third embodiment, a method for payment by using a fingerprint and a dynamic two-dimensional code is provided, in which an application of a mobile terminal is used to read fingerprint information, and the fingerprint information and payment information are combined to generate the dynamic two-dimensional code with a certain validity period. And the payment background analyzes the dynamic two-dimensional code, correspondingly decrypts and verifies the dynamic two-dimensional code, and then transfers the dynamic two-dimensional code to a bank or a payment mechanism for deduction operation. In the third embodiment, the generated dynamic two-dimensional code has uniqueness and high security, and therefore, the security of the transaction can be ensured. Moreover, in the third embodiment, the fingerprint of the cardholder is verified, so that the loss of funds of the cardholder caused by embezzlement of the mobile terminal can be further prevented, and the security of the transaction is improved.
The following is a brief description of the two-dimensional code based payment system of the present invention.
The two-dimensional code-based payment system of the first aspect of the present invention includes: merchant terminal, application of mobile terminal, background system.
The merchant terminal is used for generating a static two-dimensional code containing transaction information, and on the other hand, the merchant terminal is also used for reading a dynamic two-dimensional code generated by a mobile terminal and uploading the dynamic two-dimensional code to a background system to request payment authorization, an application of the mobile terminal is used for reading the static two-dimensional code and generating the dynamic two-dimensional code according to the static two-dimensional code and based on the static two-dimensional code, and the background system is used for accepting the dynamic two-dimensional code from the merchant terminal and analyzing the accepted dynamic two-dimensional code to request payment authorization from a payment mechanism.
Preferably, the transaction information at least includes transaction amount, merchant code and transaction time, and the dynamic two-dimensional code has a specified valid time.
Preferably, the mobile terminal further comprises a fingerprint identifier for identifying a fingerprint, wherein the fingerprint identifier is used for reading the fingerprint of the person who opens the application of the mobile terminal and obtaining a fingerprint code, the application of the mobile terminal is further used for verifying the fingerprint code to determine whether the application is a cardholder, if the application passes the verification, the following steps are continued, and otherwise, a background system is notified to prompt the cardholder to have a risk.

Preferably, the dynamic two-dimensional code has a predetermined validity time.

1. A payment method based on two-dimension codes is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a transaction information generation step, wherein a merchant terminal generates a static two-dimensional code containing transaction information;
a transaction information acquisition step, wherein a cardholder selects a payment card for payment in the application of the mobile terminal, and scans the static two-dimensional code to acquire transaction information;
a dynamic two-dimensional code generation step, wherein an application of the mobile terminal identifies the static two-dimensional code and generates a dynamic two-dimensional code based on the static two-dimensional code and card information of the payment card;
a dynamic two-dimension code obtaining step, wherein the merchant terminal scans the dynamic two-dimension code and uploads the dynamic two-dimension code to a background system to request payment authorization from a payment mechanism,
wherein the dynamic two-dimensional code has a predetermined valid time,
wherein, the step of generating the dynamic two-dimensional code comprises the following substeps:
the mobile terminal scans the static two-dimensional code and identifies transaction information contained in the static two-dimensional code;
combining the transaction information, card information of a payment card and a fingerprint code to generate payment information;
and generating a dynamic two-dimensional code according to the payment information.
2. The two-dimensional code based payment method of claim 1,
the transaction information at least comprises transaction amount, merchant code and transaction time.
3. The two-dimensional code-based payment method of claim 2,
the transaction information acquisition step includes the substeps of:
the cardholder opens the application of the mobile terminal and carries out identity authentication, if the application passes the identity authentication, the following steps are continued, otherwise, the background system is informed to prompt the cardholder to have risks;
the cardholder selects a payment card to be paid from the payment cards bound with the application of the mobile terminal;
and the cardholder scans the static two-dimensional code generated by the merchant terminal to acquire transaction information.
4. The two-dimensional code based payment method of claim 1,
the sub-step of generating payment information comprises the steps of:
generating a message authentication code MAC according to the transaction information, the card information of the payment card and the fingerprint code combination to obtain payment information A;
encrypting the payment information A to generate payment information B;
combining the payment information B with specified information to form payment information C;
generating a dynamic two-dimensional code according to the payment information C,
when the dynamic two-dimensional code is generated, the application of the mobile terminal starts to count down, and when the specified effective time is reached, the dynamic two-dimensional code is invalidated and needs to be regenerated.
5. The two-dimensional code based payment method of claim 4,
the step of acquiring the dynamic two-dimensional code comprises the following substeps:
the merchant terminal scans the dynamic two-dimensional code;
the merchant terminal uploads the dynamic two-dimensional code to a background system;
the background system analyzes the received dynamic two-dimensional code to obtain payment information;
obtaining transaction information and card information of the payment card according to the payment information and requesting a deduction process to a payment card institution based on the transaction information and the card information of the payment card;
and the background system returns the processing result of the payment mechanism to the merchant terminal.
6. The two-dimensional code based payment method of claim 3,
in the step of acquiring the transaction information, the identity verification performed by the cardholder calls a fingerprint recognizer to read the fingerprint of the person who opens the application of the mobile terminal and obtain a fingerprint code, the application of the mobile terminal verifies the fingerprint to judge whether the fingerprint is the cardholder, if the fingerprint is verified, the following steps are continued, and if the fingerprint is verified, a background system is informed to prompt the cardholder to have risks.

encrypting the payment information A to generate payment information B;
combining the payment information B with specified information to form payment information C;
generating a dynamic two-dimensional code according to the payment information C,
when the dynamic two-dimensional code is generated, the application of the mobile terminal starts to count down, and when the specified effective time is reached, the dynamic two-dimensional code is invalidated and needs to be regenerated.
9. The two-dimensional code based payment method of claim 8,
the step of acquiring the dynamic two-dimensional code comprises the following substeps:
the merchant terminal scans the dynamic two-dimensional code;
the merchant terminal uploads the dynamic two-dimensional code to a background system;
the background system analyzes the received dynamic two-dimensional code to obtain payment information;
acquiring transaction information, card information of a payment card and a fingerprint code according to the payment information;
the background system checks the fingerprint code, if the fingerprint code passes the check, the following steps are continued, and if the fingerprint code does not pass the check, the fingerprint code is directly rejected;
the background system requests a payment card mechanism to deduct money for processing based on the transaction information and the card information of the payment card;
and the background system returns the processing result of the payment mechanism to the merchant terminal.
10. A payment method based on two-dimension codes is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a transaction information generation step, in which a merchant terminal generates transaction information;
a transaction information acquisition step, wherein a cardholder selects a payment card for payment in the application of the mobile terminal and inputs payment amount into the application of the mobile terminal;
a dynamic two-dimensional code generation step, wherein the application of the mobile terminal generates a dynamic two-dimensional code according to the input payment amount and the card information of the payment card;
a dynamic two-dimension code obtaining step, wherein the merchant terminal scans the dynamic two-dimension code and uploads the dynamic two-dimension code to a background system to request payment authorization by a payment mechanism,
wherein the dynamic two-dimensional code has a predetermined valid time,
wherein, the step of generating the dynamic two-dimensional code comprises the following substeps:
the application of the mobile terminal combines the payment amount, the card information of the payment card and the fingerprint code to generate payment information based on the input payment amount;
and generating a dynamic two-dimensional code according to the payment information.
11. The two-dimensional code-based payment method of claim 10,
the transaction information acquisition step includes the substeps of:
the cardholder opens the application of the mobile terminal and carries out identity authentication, if the application passes the identity authentication, the following steps are continued, otherwise, the background system is informed to prompt the cardholder to have risks;
the cardholder selects a payment card to be paid from the payment cards bound with the application of the mobile terminal;
the cardholder enters the payment amount in an application in the mobile terminal.
