Abstract

本发明所提供的“瓣膜式风车机构”其为一种由设在机驾上面的瓣膜框架组合,在风吹的作用下可使瓣膜在瓣膜框架上一开一合,使风车转动,带动发电机发电。该“瓣膜式风车机构”可用于大、中、小型风力发电装置上,可降低杆的高度;结构简单、制造费用低廉,应用范围广等特点。

瓣膜式风车机构
本发明涉及“瓣膜式风车机构”。原来的风力发电很多都采用了传统的螺旋桨利用风力吹动而旋转带动发电机发电,它的桨叶越长承载螺旋桨的杆越高,造成整个机器不稳定。这就是“传统螺旋桨风力发电机”的最大缺点。
本发明所提出的“瓣膜式风车机构”就解决了以上缺点,把原来的“螺旋桨”,改成了“瓣膜”式的装置,就可以起到螺旋桨的作用并且降低了机身的高度,提高了机身的稳定性。
本发明所提供的“瓣膜式风车机构”其为一种由设在机驾上面的瓣膜框架组合,在风吹的作用下可使瓣膜在瓣膜框架上一开一合,使风车转动,带动发电机发电。
本发明所提供的“瓣膜式风车机构”,其为一种由瓣膜框架1、瓣膜2、瓣膜固定螺钉3、风车轴4、风车轴承孔5、机身6、机座7所组成的机构。以下结合附图进一步说明本发明的结构特征及目的。

请看图1、图2所示,其主要瓣膜组合是在机座7底部的风往上吹时,在压力的作用下使右侧的瓣膜2紧贴在瓣膜框架1上并推动风车逆时针旋转。同时,在压力的作用下,也使左侧的另一瓣膜组合的瓣膜2,从瓣膜框架1上吹开,使阻力降为0,并且瓣膜2在被吹开的同时与框架1形成了一定的角度,使风很容易推动瓣膜2逆时针转动。在右侧的瓣膜组合和左侧的瓣膜组合同时助力下,风车就继续按逆时针方向不停的转动。
该“瓣膜式风车机构”可用于大、中、小型风力发电装置上,可降低杆的高度;结构简单、制造费用低廉,应用范围广等特点。

1.本发明所提供的瓣膜式风车机构其为一种由设在机驾上面的瓣膜框架组合,在风吹的作用下可使瓣膜在瓣膜框架上一开一合,使风车转动,带动发电机发电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓣膜式风车机构其为一种由瓣膜框架1、瓣膜2、瓣膜固定螺钉3、风车轴4、风车轴承孔5、机身6、机座7所组成的机构。其特征是设在机驾上面的瓣膜框架组合,在风吹的作用下可使瓣膜在瓣膜框架上一开一合,使风车转动,带动发电机发电。
3.根据权利要求2所述的瓣膜式风车机构以下结合附图简要说明:

4.根据权利要求3所述的瓣膜式风车机构请看图1、图2所示,其主要瓣膜组合是在机座7底部的风往上吹时,在压力的作用下使右侧的瓣膜2紧贴在瓣膜框架1上并推动风车逆时针旋转。同时,在压力的作用下,也使左侧的另一瓣膜组合的瓣膜2,从瓣膜框架1上吹开,使阻力降为0,并且瓣膜2在被吹开的同时与框架1形成了一定的角度,使风很容易推动瓣膜2逆时针转动。在右侧的瓣膜组合和左侧的瓣膜组合同时助力下,风车就继续按逆时针方向不停的转动。
