Abstract

本发明提供一种节能整体热水器淋浴室,包括整体淋浴室、循环泵、止回阀、套管式换热器、即热式电热水器、水流传感器、过滤网。循环泵使洗澡水和自来水在套管式换热器中反向流动,自来水加热,温度升高,即热式电热水器最后将自来水加热到理想的温度。本发明设计合理,结构紧凑美观,占用空间小。整体淋浴室收集洗澡水并尽可能保护洗澡水的热量,套管式换热器回收洗澡水的热能并使自来水加热,即热式热水器的功率可以大量减小,从而达到节能目的,同时即热式热水器功率减小后,卫生间的电线也可以减小,便于普遍推广使用。

本发明涉及的是节能技术和热水器卫浴领域,特别涉及一种节能整体热水器淋浴室。
背景技术
目前,在日常洗浴中,所用的热水器有太阳能热水器、空气能热水器、燃气热水器、即热式电热水器和多模电热水器,太阳能热水器受阳光影响,空气能热水器受低温影响,燃气热水器通常离浴室较远,需长距离输送热能且开机时要先放水等待,即热式电热水器用电功率太大,家庭预装的电线受限,多模式电热水器需要预热并在待机时热能有省耗。
本发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种节能整体热水器淋浴室。
为实现上述目的,本发明用应以下技术方案:
本发明所述的节能整体热水器淋浴室,包括整体淋浴室、循环泵、止回阀、套管式换热器、即热式电热水器、水流传感器、过滤网。
进一步地,所述过滤网安装在整体淋浴室的下水口,循环泵连接在整体淋浴室的下水口管道上,止回阀安装在循环泵的出水口。
进一步地,所述套管式换热器安装在整体淋浴室的侧壁或底部,即热式电热水器安装在整体淋浴室的侧壁,用水管将止回阀和套管式换热器的内管入水口相连,套管式换热器的外管入水口与自来水相连,套管式换热器的外管出水口与即热式电热水器的入水口相连,套管式换热器的内管出水口流出的水流入卫生间的下水道。
进一步地,所述水流传感器安装在即热式电热水器的出水口,用来控制循环泵的工作,用水管将即热式电热水器的出水口与整体淋浴室的水龙头相连。
本发明有益效果为:本发明设计合理,结构紧凑美观,占用空间小。整体淋浴室能收集洗澡水并尽可能保护洗澡水的热量,循环泵使洗澡水循环,止回阀能使循环泵停止工作后洗澡水从套管式换热器内管内回流到整体淋浴室底部,套管式换热器回收洗澡水的热能并使自来水加热,套管式换热器能使洗澡水水流畅通,过滤网和循环泵加压后能防止换热器被堵塞,即热式热水器对自来水加热后可得到理想的热水,由于换热器利用洗澡水已经对自来水加热,即热式热水器的功率可以大量减小,从而达到节能目的,同时即热式热水器功率减小后,卫生间的电线也可以减小,便于普遍推广使用。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明所述的节能整体热水器淋浴室,包括整体淋浴室(1)、循环泵(4)、止回阀(5)、套管式换热器(2)、即热式电热水器(10)、水流传感器(13)、过滤网(14)。
所述过滤网(14)安装在整体淋浴室(1)的下水口(3),循环泵(4)连接在整体淋浴室(1)的下水口(3)管道上,止回阀(5)安装在循环泵(4)的出水口。
所述套管式换热器(2)安装在整体淋浴室(1)的侧壁或底部,即热式电热水器(10)安装在整体淋浴室(1)的侧壁,用水管将止回阀(5)和套管式换热器(2)的内管入水口(6)相连,套管式换热器(2)的外管入水口(9)与自来水相连,套管式换热器(2)的外管出水口(7)与即热式电热水器(10)的入水口(11)相连,套管式换热器(2)的内管出水口(8)流出的水流入卫生间的下水道。
所述水流传感器(13)安装在即热式电热水器(10)的出水口(12)上,用来控制循环泵(4)的工作,用水管将即热式电热水器(10)的出水口(12)与整体淋浴室(1)的水龙头相连。
所述整体淋浴室(1)能收集洗澡水并尽可能保护洗澡水的热量。
所述循环泵(4)使洗澡水循环,止回阀(5)能使循环泵(4)停止工作后洗澡水从套管式换热器内管内回流到整体淋浴室(1)的底部。
所述套管式换热器(2)回收洗澡水的热能并使自来水加热,套管式换热器(2)能使洗澡水水流畅通,过滤网(14)能防止套管式换热器(2)被堵塞。
所述即热式热水器(10)对自来水加热后可得到理想的热水,由于套管式换热器(2)利用洗澡水已经对自来水加热,即热式热水器(10)的功率可以大量减小,从而达到节能目的。

Claims (7)

1.一种节能整体热水器淋浴室,包括整体淋浴室、循环泵、止回阀、换热器、热水器、水流传感器、过滤网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的循环泵连接在整体淋浴室的下水口管道上,能使洗澡水在换热器中流动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的换热器安装在整体淋浴室的侧壁或底部,通过洗澡水和自来水在换热器反向流动,将自来水加热。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热水器安装在整体淋浴室的侧壁,将自来水加热。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水流传感器安装在热水器的出水口,用来控制循环泵的工作。
6.根据权利要求1所述的止回阀安装在循环泵的出水口,止回阀能使循环泵停止工作后,防止洗澡水从换热器内管内回流到整体淋浴室的底部。
7.根据权利要求1所述过滤网安装在整体淋浴室的下水口,能防止换热器被堵塞。
