Abstract
本发明公开了一种电子接插件的收集箱,包括箱体、缓冲架、弹簧和万向轮,若干所述弹簧固定连接在缓冲架上,箱体活动插接在缓冲架上,且底端置于弹簧上,万向轮设于缓冲架的底端;缓冲架包括限位板和矩形底板,四块限位板两两为一组分别固定连接在矩形底板的前后两侧,所述限位板上设有插槽;箱体的侧壁上设有与限位板上插槽相适配的插筋。本发明结构简单、使用方便、制造成本低,便于存放与运输电子接插件。

本发明涉及一种电子接插件的收集箱。
背景技术:
现有的电子接插件的收集箱在收集插件时,由于插件与收集箱之间的直接碰撞容易损伤插件。在收集箱存满电子接插件后,需将该收集箱内的插件移至行车吊箱中,在此过程中,也会对损伤电子插件。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种电子接插件的收集箱。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种电子接插件的收集箱,包括箱体、缓冲架、弹簧和万向轮,若干所述弹簧固定连接在缓冲架上,箱体活动插接在缓冲架上,且底端置于弹簧上,万向轮设于缓冲架的底端;
所述缓冲架包括限位板和矩形底板,四块限位板两两为一组分别固定连接在矩形底板的前后两侧,所述限位板上设有插槽;
所述箱体的侧壁上设有与限位板上插槽相适配的插筋。
进一步地,所述箱体的内腔中倾斜设有卸料板,箱体的侧壁上铰接有卸料门。
进一步地,所述卸料板的表面设有橡胶垫。
进一步地,所述箱体上设有吊耳。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明结构简单、使用方便、制造成本低,便于存放与运输电子接插件。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明一种电子接插件的收集箱,包括箱体1、缓冲架2、弹簧3和万向轮4,四根弹簧3固定连接在缓冲架2上,箱体1活动插接在缓冲架2上,且箱体1的底端置于弹簧3上,万向轮4设于缓冲架2的底端。
如图2,本发明中的缓冲架2包括限位板21和矩形底板22,四块限位板21两两为一组分别固定连接在矩形底板22的前后两侧,弹簧3和万向轮4分别固定连接在矩形底板22的上下端面上。在每根限位板21上均设有插槽23。
如图3,在箱体1的侧壁上设有与限位板上插槽23相适配的插筋11。为便于卸出箱体1内的电子接插件,在箱体1的内腔中设有卸料板12,该卸料板12倾斜设于箱体1的内腔中。在箱体1的侧壁上铰接有卸料门13。
本发明为更好地保护箱体1内的电子接插件,在卸料板12的表面包裹有橡胶垫(图中未画出)。
本发明为便于将箱体1从缓冲架2中吊移,在箱体1上设有吊耳14。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种电子接插件的收集箱,其特征在于:包括箱体(1)、缓冲架(2)、弹簧(3)和万向轮(4),若干所述弹簧(3)固定连接在缓冲架(2)上,箱体(1)活动插接在缓冲架(2)上,且底端置于弹簧(3)上,万向轮(4)设于缓冲架(2)的底端;
所述缓冲架(2)包括限位板(21)和矩形底板(22),四块限位板(21)两两为一组分别固定连接在矩形底板(22)的前后两侧,所述限位板(21)上设有插槽(23);
所述箱体(1)的侧壁上设有与限位板上插槽(23)相适配的插筋(11);
所述箱体(1)的内腔中倾斜设有卸料板(12),箱体(1)的侧壁上铰接有卸料门(13);
所述卸料板(12)的表面设有橡胶垫;
所述箱体(1)上设有吊耳(14)。
