Abstract
本发明提供一种超声监护设备及超声监护方法。该超声监护设备包括:至少一个超声波探头,贴合在被测对象体表,用于对被测对象体表进行扫描以获得回波信号;血压测量模块,用于测量被测对象的血压参数;处理模块,用于接收回波信号,并将回波信号处理成血流参数,根据血流参数和血压参数计算得出心肌力学参数;及显示模块,耦接于处理模块,用于显示血压参数、血流参数及心肌力学参数。上述设备和方法利用超声波及血压监测技术,同步测定血流参数和血压参数,并通过计算机程序处理计算得出收缩期最大弹性模量等心肌力学参数,对人体的创伤性较小,适合临床应用。
