With reference now to Fig. 5, Fig. 5, the rough schematic view of the humidifying unit 450 integrated with center air HVAC system of some examples according to disclosure theme is shown. At air flow from before in multiple pipeline 421,422,423 and 424, the pallet 460 of humidifying unit 450 is located and/or is integrated on the main pipeline pipeline 420 of central HAVC system.Alternatively, size is defined as extending on the diameter of main pipeline pipeline 420 substantially by pallet 460.The water supplied to pallet 460 can be provided by water lines 470, and utilizes discharge line 482 to be discharged. The selectable features of humidifying unit 450 is described more elaborately in this article by reference to Fig. 6-8.
With reference now to Fig. 6, humidifying unit 550 can be integrated in the wall installing AC unit 500, and AC unit 500 has cooling unit 510 and defines the lid 512 of air-outlet aperture 514.As shown in Fig. 7 A and 7B, humidifying unit 550 comprises pallet 560 and the Pumping mechanism 570 for supplying water to pallet 560.Pumping mechanism 570 can be configured to the reservoir 555 pumping water from being attached to AC unit 500.
As shown in fig. 7c, Pumping mechanism 570 can comprise pump 572, and pump 572 is configured to the liquid from reservoir 555 pumping such as water.According to the example illustrated, pump 572 is attached to auxiliary reservoir 574 by pipe 575, and auxiliary reservoir 574 can comprise clean liquid, and pump 572 is attached to reservoir 555.In this way, this pump is extracted water out from reservoir 555 and is extracted clean liquid out from auxiliary reservoir 574.Clean liquid can be any known liquid being configured to stop bacterium to accumulate in pallet 560, can be maybe incrustation scale clean liquid, or odor eliminating material. In addition, this clean liquid can comprise other additive, smell additive for purifying the air of a room, or expects to be sprayed at other indoor chemical substance.
Should be understood that pallet can be provided with the quality of sensor for the water of sensing in pallet, make pump can be activated to extract clean liquid out from auxiliary reservoir 574 in response to the low water quality in pallet.
According to example, pallet can be removable pallet, makes this pallet regularly to be removed and to be cleaned.
According to example, this pallet can be formed by scale-deposit-preventing material.
Should be understood that according to example, the dust that pallet can be arranged such that in air relative to air-flow can be collected by water surface, makes water be conducive to clean air.
According to example, pump is attached to electronic valve 578, and electronic valve 578 is configured to drip element 580 and provides water. This drip element 580 is configured to little current or water droplet to be discharged in pallet 560.Electronic valve 578 can be configured to the operation of control pump and determine the amount of the clean liquid discharged.Pumping mechanism 570 can be encapsulated in and be provided with in the shell 582 of door 584.
According to example, Pumping mechanism 570 also comprises the excavationg pump 576 being attached to pallet 560 by pipe 562.Excavationg pump is configured to the water in discharge tray, and excavationg pump can be attached to sewerage, maybe can be attached to the pipe that can be used for being guided to by the fluid of discharge as required in bowl. When the temperature of water rises to more than predetermined threshold values, such as, when rising to the level of the suitable humidification not allowing air stream, this excavationg pump can be activated to extract water out from pallet. In the case of the latter, Pumping mechanism 570 can be configured to provide fresh water to allow to continue to carry out humidification to air-flow to pallet.
Pallet 560 can be provided with guiding mechanism, and this guiding mechanism, for adjusting the exposed area of water, therefore adjusts the humidity level in air. This guiding mechanism can comprise removable lid 505, and this lid 505 is configured to optionally open and close in response to the humidity level of indoor. This removable lid can be provided with actuating mechanism 530.
With reference now to Fig. 7 D, actuating mechanism 530 can comprise motor 531, motor 531 has the cogwheel (cog-wheel) 532 be arranged on motor 531, and cogwheel 532 is configured to engage corresponding cogwheel 524, and lid 505 is installed on cogwheel 524.When motor 531 starts, cogwheel 532 rotates in one direction, causes corresponding cogwheel 524 and lid 505 to rotate in the opposite direction.Lid 505 according to this example is configured to semicircular hood, and this lid 505 is rotated around pallet 560 in response to the rotation of the cogwheel 524 of correspondence. In this way, lid 505 can be determined with reference to the layout of pallet 560, and the surface area being exposed to the water of the air in the air flue of AC unit is also determined.
Should be understood that corresponding cogwheel 524 can define only around the gear teeth 526 of a part for the circumference of this cogwheel 524.In this way, when motor 531 rotate and the wheel indented joint gear teeth 526 of cogwheel 532 time, corresponding cogwheel 524 also rotates with lid 505.When the gear teeth of cogwheel 532 arrive corresponding cogwheel 524 do not comprise the region circumferentially of the gear teeth time, corresponding cogwheel 524 stops the rotation with lid 505.Therefore, the maximum rotation of the quantity determination lid 505 of the gear teeth on the cogwheel 524 of correspondence and stop the destruction of the gear teeth when closing completely or open completely.
In some instances, heating element heater (not shown) is introduced in pallet 560 and heats and/or sterilizing for the water in pallet.Alternatively, heating element heater can by the evaporation of water operating to promote in pallet 560.Pallet 560 can be equipped with removable lid 505.The humidity level that humidifying unit provides can be controlled by the position controlling removable lid 505.Controller can be configured to partly to cut out the humidity level that removable lid 505 provides to reduce humidifier 550.Alternatively, when AC unit 500 off-duty, such as, when AC unit 500 is switched off, controller can cut out removable lid 505 completely, makes when not in use, and water and/or pallet keep clean.Alternatively, such as hygroscopic humidity sensor (not shown) is used to the humidity level in sensing chamber, and provides the humidity level of input for controlling to be provided by humidifying unit 550 to controller.Humidity sensor can be positioned in air processor near the thermostat of AC unit 500 and/or be positioned in indoor any place be heated or cooled.
