Abstract

本发明提供一种防爆电容器,包括外壳、内芯;所述外壳上设有两个电极,所述的两个电极分别于所述内芯的一个电极面电性连接;其中,至少有一个电极串接一个热过载继电器后再连接至所述电极面;所述热过载继电器具有导热的密封壳,且热过载继电器设置于一个密封蓄热容器内,所述密封蓄热容器设于所述内芯中,其内部存储有蓄热剂。该防爆电容器可以防止内部温度急剧升高,便于在温度升高过程中断开电路,以防止电容器爆炸。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子电力器件领域,特别地,是一种电容器。
背景技术
电容器是一种常用的电子或电力器件,在使用过程中,如遇到电路过载等状况,容易击穿烧毁,且电容击穿时,内部电流急剧增大,在极短的时间内,电容器内部的温度及压力就可能超过临界值,在该短时间内,普通的保护开关难以迅速动作应对,不能可靠地防止电容器爆炸。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种防爆电容器,该防爆电容器可以防止内部温度急剧升高,便于在温度升高过程中断开电路,以防止电容器爆炸。
本发明实现技术目的所采用的技术方案是:该防爆电容器包括外壳、内芯;所述外壳上设有两个电极,所述的两个电极分别于所述内芯的一个电极面电性连接;其中,至少有一个电极串接一个热过载继电器后再连接至所述电极面;所述热过载继电器具有导热的密封壳,且热过载继电器设置于一个密封蓄热容器内,所述密封蓄热容器设于所述内芯中,其内部存储有蓄热剂。
作为优选,所述防爆电容器的外壳为柱形壳,所述密封蓄热容器呈柱状,沿所述外壳的轴线延伸;所述内芯由电容纸以所述密封蓄热容器为基轴卷制而成。
作为优选,所述密封蓄热容器贯穿所述电容器的外壳,且该密封蓄热容器沿轴线制有轴孔,其轴孔壁及外周壁之间的夹层局域形成蓄热腔,并填充有蓄热剂;且所述热过载继电器呈环状,设于所述蓄热腔内;所述轴孔的中部形成横向贯穿蓄热腔的通孔,所述通孔的孔壁对所述蓄热腔内的蓄热剂形成隔离;且所述通孔的端部封有强度小于所述外壳的密封层。
作为优选,所述蓄热容器由导热陶瓷或导热玻璃构成。
本发明的有益效果在于:该防爆电容器在受到大电流冲击,导致内芯击穿时,短路电流所产生的大量热量被所述密封蓄热容器内的蓄热剂所吸收,用于蓄热剂的相变能耗,从而使电容器内部的温度上升得到缓冲,使电容器难以迅速达到爆炸临界温度,从而使密封蓄热容器内的热过载继电器具有足够的时间来断开内芯电路,从而避免因内芯的进一步发热而导致电容器爆炸。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
在图1所示的实施例一中,该防爆电容器包括外壳1、内芯2;所述外壳1上设有两个电极3,所述的两个电极3分别于所述内芯2的一个电极面电性连接;其中的一个电极串接一个热过载继电器4后再连接至所述电极面;所述热过载继电器4具有导热的密封壳,且热过载继电器4设置于一个密封蓄热容器5内,所述密封蓄热容器5穿过所述内芯2,其内部存储有蓄热剂。
所述蓄热剂的固-液体相变点为60℃~90℃;在该范围内,可以基本确定电容过载,且尚不足以使电容器爆炸。
上述的防爆电容器,所述防爆电容器的外壳1为柱形壳,所述密封蓄热容器5呈柱状,沿所述外壳1的轴线延伸;所述内芯2由电容纸以所述密封蓄热容器5为基轴卷制而成;从而使外壳内部的空间得到良好的利用,并使密封蓄热容器5可以高效地吸收内芯2所产生的热量。
上述的防爆电容器,所述蓄热容器5由导热陶瓷或导热玻璃构成。
上述防爆电容器在受到大电流冲击,导致内芯2击穿时,短路电流所产生的大量热量被所述密封蓄热容器5内的蓄热剂所吸收,用于蓄热剂的相变能耗,从而使电容器内部的温度上升得到缓冲,使电容器难以迅速达到爆炸临界温度,从而使密封蓄热容器5内的热过载继电器4具有足够的时间来断开内芯电路,从而避免因内芯的进一步发热而导致电容器爆炸。
图2所示为本防爆电容器的实施例二,其与实施例一的不同之处在于:所述密封蓄热容器6贯穿所述电容器的外壳1,且该密封蓄热容器5沿轴线制有轴孔50,其轴孔壁及外周壁之间的夹层区域形成蓄热腔,并填充有蓄热剂;且所述热过载继电器4呈环状,设于所述蓄热腔内;所述轴孔50的中部形成横向贯穿蓄热腔的通孔6,所述通孔6的孔壁对所述蓄热腔内的蓄热剂形成隔离,即通孔6具有孔壁,蓄热腔内的蓄热剂不会漏到通孔6内;且所述通孔6的端部封有强度小于外壳1的密封层,用于使所述内芯2与外界隔离。该实施例二的优点在于:当电容器在极端状况下仍然发生爆炸时,由于所述通孔6处为强度薄弱区,使得电容器内部压力首先冲破所述通孔6的密封层,并进入所述轴孔50内,从而沿着轴孔50两端冲出,对电容器整体并不形成定向反冲,从而可使电容器整体基本静止不动,大大降低了爆炸危害性。

Claims (4)

1.一种防爆电容器,包括外壳(1)、内芯(2);所述外壳(1)上设有两个电极(3),所述的两个电极(3)分别于所述内芯(2)的一个电极面电性连接;其特征在于:其中,至少有一个电极串接一个热过载继电器后再连接至所述电极面;所述热过载继电器(4)具有导热的密封壳,且热过载继电器(4)设置于一个密封蓄热容器(5)内,所述密封蓄热容器(5)设于所述内芯(2)中,其内部存储有蓄热剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆电容器,其特征在于:所述防爆电容器的外壳(1)为柱形壳,所述密封蓄热容器(5)呈柱状,沿所述外壳(1)的轴线延伸;所述内芯(2)由电容纸以所述密封蓄热容器(5)为基轴卷制而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防爆电容器,其特征在于:所述密封蓄热容器(5)贯穿所述电容器的外壳(1),且该密封蓄热容器(5)沿轴线制有轴孔(50),其轴孔壁及外周壁之间的夹层局域形成蓄热腔,并填充有蓄热剂;且所述热过载继电器(4)呈环状,设于所述蓄热腔内;所述轴孔(50)的中部形成横向贯穿蓄热腔的通孔(6),所述通孔(6)的孔壁对所述蓄热腔内的蓄热剂形成隔离;且所述通孔(6)的端部封有强度小于所述外壳(1)的密封层。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的防爆电容器,其特征在于:所述蓄热容器(5)由导热陶瓷或导热玻璃构成。
