本发明所述的一种新型导气电缆,它包括主导体,在所述主导体外部设有副导体单元和导气单元,所述副导体单元和导气单元间隔均匀设置,在所述副导体单元和导气单元外部设有绕包层,在所述绕包层外部设有编织层,在所述编织层外部设有高强度纤维层。本发明采用均布在编织层中的承载线芯和高强度纤维层,大大提高了电缆的抗拉性,再通过各层的配合使用,增强了耐环境特性,提高了电缆的使用寿命,也大大的提高了使用安全性,采用副导体单元和导气单元,有效提高工作效率,进一步提高使用安全性,并且副导体采用芳纶丝和镀锡铜丝绞合而成,有效提高副导体的抗拉性,符合实际使用要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,具体涉及一种导气电缆。
背景技术
导气电缆同时对地下多个探测传感器进行信号探测及信号传输,用于对地下油、水、气体的被测目标进行安全、准确的测量。但由于地下环境相对恶劣,电缆使用寿命短,不能长时间持续使用,存在安全隐患等。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种抗拉,耐环境特性,使用寿命长,安全性高的新型导气电缆。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种新型导气电缆,它包括主导体,在所述主导体外部设有副导体单元和导气单元,所述副导体单元和导气单元间隔均匀设置,在所述副导体单元和导气单元外部设有绕包层,在所述绕包层外部设有编织层,在所述编织层中均匀设有承载线芯,在所述编织层外部设有高强度纤维层,在所述高强度纤维层外部设有护套层,所述副导体单元包括副导体,在所述副导体外部设有绝缘层,在所述绝缘层外部设有屏蔽层,所述副导体由芳纶丝和镀锡铜丝绞合而成,所述导气单元包括导气管,在所述导气管外部设有耐腐蚀层,在所述耐腐蚀层外部设有硅橡胶保护层。
所述主导体为镀银铜导体。
所述副导体单元和导气单元各设五个。
在所述编织层内设有四根承载线芯。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明采用均布在编织层中的承载线芯和高强度纤维层,大大提高了电缆的抗拉性,再通过各层的配合使用,增强了耐环境特性,提高了电缆的使用寿命,也大大的提高了使用安全性,采用副导体单元和导气单元,有效提高工作效率,进一步提高使用安全性,并且副导体采用芳纶丝和镀锡铜丝绞合而成,有效提高副导体的抗拉性,符合实际使用要求。
