Abstract
The invention relates to a note management method and device. Relates to the field of mobile communication; the problem of current note mode convenience poor is solved. The method comprises the following steps: collecting a content picture and at least one note picture; establishing a first-level association between the content picture and the note picture. The technical scheme provided by the invention is suitable for the mobile terminal, and realizes a large amount of high-quality picture notes.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of mobile communications, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for managing notes on a mobile terminal.
Background
With the development of mobile communication network and mobile terminal technology, people have higher and higher requirements on mobile phones, and people only make calls and send short messages by using mobile phones before, but nowadays, with the continuous development of mobile phone photographing technology, people can record daily life by using mobile phones anytime and anywhere.
At the present stage, only a mobile phone camera is used for photographing and shooting, and more functions are not realized. However, when a new technology is encountered during reading, and notes need to be taken, it is common practice to mark corresponding positions on a book, which is prone to many problems:
1. the book space is limited, and the recording is inconvenient;
2. the record cannot be searched when the record is forgotten to be carried, so that the working efficiency is reduced;
3. in work and study, inconvenience is brought to searching.

The invention provides a note management method and device, and solves the problem that the existing note mode is poor in convenience.
A note management method, comprising:
collecting a content picture and at least one note picture;
establishing a first-level association between the content picture and the note picture.
Preferably, after the step of establishing the association between the content picture and the note picture, the method further includes:
determining at least one annotation symbol from the content picture;
establishing a second level of association between the note picture and the location of one or more callout symbols in the content picture.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
receiving a note extraction instruction for extracting a note picture, wherein the note extraction instruction carries an identifier of a content picture;
and extracting note pictures associated with the first layer of the content pictures.
Preferably, the note extracting instruction further carries information of a position of a marker in a content picture, and after the step of extracting the note picture associated with the first layer of the content picture, the method further includes:

Preferably, the identifier of the content picture is a number, and establishing a first-layer association between the content picture and the note picture specifically includes:

The invention provides a note management method and a note management device. A large amount of high-quality picture notes are realized, and the problem of poor convenience of the existing note taking mode is solved.

Detailed Description
At the present stage, only a mobile phone camera is used for photographing and shooting, and more functions are not realized. However, when a new technology is encountered during reading, and notes need to be taken, it is common practice to mark corresponding positions on a book, which is prone to many problems:
1. the book space is limited, and the recording is inconvenient;
2. the record cannot be searched when the record is forgotten to be carried, so that the working efficiency is reduced;
3. in work and study, inconvenience is brought to searching.
In order to solve the above problem, embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for managing notes. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
First, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The embodiment of the invention provides a note management method, aiming at overcoming the inconvenience brought by a classic reading note recording method and searching, an image acquisition module carried by a mobile terminal is fully utilized, note management is carried out based on a camera, a user only needs to shoot a module to be taken with a mobile phone for one time, then shoots a place to be taken with a note for the second time, two photos are linked through a label, and the link label in the picture is clicked when the user needs to search for a related note next time. The two linked photos can be stored in any place which is convenient to search.
The embodiment of the invention specifically relates to the following equipment and modules:
1. mobile terminal that can clearly shoot:
the mobile terminal can clearly shoot photos of books and other text materials needing to be taken, such as a photographable smart phone, a digital camera and the like.
2. A pattern recognition module:
in the embodiment of the invention, the pattern recognition algorithm relates to the comparison based on key points in the image and the comparison of visual symbols, and the image recognition technology mainly comprises the following processes,
1) image acquisition: the method mainly extracts image data including content pictures and note pictures.
2) Image enhancement: the image quality is degraded in the processes of imaging, acquisition, transmission and the like, the digitized image is distorted, and the image needs to be enhanced so as to reduce the noise in the image, enhance the image brightness and the like, and lay the foundation for the later image processing.
3) Image restoration: when an image is acquired, the image is blurred due to the influence of environmental noise or light, and in order to make the image clearer, image restoration is adopted, generally, a filtering and denoising method is mainly adopted, and the original image is restored as much as possible.
4) Image encoding and compression: because the digital image data is huge, it is inconvenient for transmission and processing, and at this time, the image needs to be encoded and compressed.
5) An image segmentation technology comprises the following steps: the image is divided into several sub-regions which are not overlapped and have respective characteristics, each region is a continuous set of pixels, and the characteristics can be the color, the shape, the gray scale, the texture and the like of the image. Image segmentation represents an image as a collection of physically meaningful connected regions based on a priori knowledge of the target and the background. Namely, the target and the background in the image are marked and positioned, and then the target is separated from the background.
In the process, the target is separated from the image background by adopting an image segmentation technology in the last step, namely, key points and visual coincidence in the image can be identified so as to achieve the purpose of extracting the characteristics.
In the embodiment of the invention, the image recognition technology is fully utilized to recognize the special mark symbols in the photos, and the mark symbols can be the special symbols shown in the attached figure 2, such as "△, ○ ", wherein the obtaining method of the annotation symbol can be labeling first and then photographing, or photographing first and then labeling, the obtaining process of the annotation symbol is shown in fig. 1.
3. Button and response management module
In order to establish one-to-one correspondence between the content pictures and the note pictures, the pictures need to be numbered, and meanwhile, corresponding monitoring buttons and response management need to be formed in the content pictures and the note pictures through the identified mark symbols, and the specific implementation method is as follows:
1) the method comprises the following steps of numbering photos shot by a terminal: the content pictures and the note pictures are numbered uniformly, and can be set freely without ambiguity, and the process can be finished after the pictures are taken.
2) According to the label symbol identified by the image processing technology, a monitoring button is automatically set in the note picture and the content picture at the same time, and the button is used for covering the label coincidence, and the main purpose is as follows: when the notes are searched from the content pictures, the note content can appear by pressing the button; when the button is pressed from the note picture, corresponding content in the content picture can appear, and the shape of the monitoring button can be the same as or different from the shape of the reference sign.
3) The corresponding positions of the marks in the content picture and the note picture form a corresponding response and monitoring action, and the main purpose is to cooperate with a monitoring button to form a response, namely, each time the button action is pressed, the response action can be further processed, for example, the content at the corresponding mark symbol of the note picture is displayed in the content picture.
The specific process is shown in fig. 2, and the picture numbers in fig. 2 may not be shown, but only form a logical one-to-one correspondence, which is shown here for the sake of image representation and is shown in the figure.
4. Link management module
After a monitoring button and a corresponding response management event are established for the content picture and the note picture respectively, link management needs to be established for the two photos, and the specific process is as follows:
1) firstly, establishing corresponding links between the content pictures and the note pictures according to the serial numbers, wherein the method mainly comprises the steps of establishing a hyperlink, establishing the one-to-one corresponding relation between the content pictures and the note pictures, and then establishing the links for the label symbols according to the one-to-one corresponding relation.
2) Setup to handle things separately for the listen button.
3) Response handling events are established separately.
4) The link between the two is established by technical means.
Namely: each time the button is pressed, the corresponding note content is displayed. The linking process is illustrated in fig. 3.
The linking method is not limited to the linking of two photos, and can also be used for linking a plurality of photos with one picture or a plurality of photos to one photo;
note content linked by taking a picture by the mobile phone can be stored on the mobile phone without limitation, or on other terminal equipment or a cloud end;
the invention is not limited to the reference symbols, as long as the reference symbols meet the requirement of easy recognition.
After the monitoring button is clicked, the position of the note display is not specified, and can be any position in the interface, and meanwhile, the size of the content box of the note can be adjusted at will.
The second embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a note management method, which provides a solution for recording and managing notes through a mobile terminal, and specifically, as shown in fig. 4, includes:
in this step, the content picture and the note picture are collected through the picture collection module of the mobile terminal, and the picture can be collected in a photographing mode as described in the first embodiment of the present invention; the picture may also be obtained through other ways, such as receiving a picture transmitted by other devices or downloading a picture from a network, which is not limited by the present invention.
in this step, a first layer of association is established between the content pictures and the note pictures, and the association relationship is not necessarily one-to-one, that is, the same content picture may correspond to a plurality of note pictures, and the same note picture may also correspond to a plurality of content pictures.
Thus, the content pictures and the note pictures are linked, and when the content pictures are determined, the corresponding note pictures can be determined according to the association; similarly, when the note picture is determined, the corresponding content picture may also be determined according to the association relationship.
Establishing the association may be accomplished by adding the same number to the content picture and the note picture.
preferably, the content corresponding to the note image may be further refined, and specifically, the labeled content in the image may be extracted as a label symbol by the image infringement technique described in the first embodiment of the present invention, or may be manually added (for example, an area in the content image is selected, and the area is used as a position of the label symbol).
in this step, the correspondence between the note picture and the content picture is further refined through the second layer association, that is, the note picture can be further corresponding to a part of the position of the content picture while corresponding to the content picture, so that the pertinence of the note is stronger.
And carrying the identification of the content picture in the note extraction instruction.
After the note pictures and the content pictures are stored, the note pictures and the content pictures can be extracted at any time according to needs, specifically, the content pictures can be called for reading at first, and due to the fact that the content pictures are determined, the corresponding note pictures can be obtained according to the association relation between the content pictures and the note pictures.
Preferably, the note extraction instruction may further carry information of a position of a marker in a content picture, and after the step of extracting the note picture associated with the content picture having the first layer, the note picture associated with the marker having the second layer may be extracted from the note pictures associated with the content picture having the first layer according to the position of the marker.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a note management apparatus, where the structure of the apparatus is shown in fig. 5, and the apparatus includes:
an acquisition module 501, configured to acquire a content picture and at least one note picture;
a first layer association establishing module 502, configured to establish a first layer association between the content picture and the note picture.
Preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
an annotation extraction module 503, configured to determine at least one annotation symbol from the content picture;
a second layer association establishing module 504, configured to establish a second layer association between the note picture and a position of one or more annotations in the content picture.
Preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
an instruction receiving module 505, configured to receive a note extraction instruction for extracting a note picture, where the note extraction instruction carries an identifier of a content picture;
a note extracting module 506, configured to extract a note picture associated with the content picture existing in the first layer.
Preferably, the note extraction instruction further carries information of the position of the marker in the content picture,
the note extracting module 506 is further configured to extract, according to the position of the annotation symbol, a note picture associated with a second layer at the position of the annotation symbol from the note pictures associated with the first layer at the position of the content picture.
Preferably, the identifier of the content picture is a number,
the first layer association establishing module 502 is specifically configured to assign the same number to the content picture and the note picture.
The note management device can be integrated in the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal can complete corresponding functions.
The invention provides a note management method and a note management device. A large amount of high-quality picture notes are realized, and the problem of poor convenience of the existing note taking mode is solved. Through the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the content to be recorded can be effectively and conveniently called out to facilitate searching, so that the working and learning efficiency is improved.
It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that all or part of the steps of the above embodiments may be implemented using a computer program flow, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium and executed on a corresponding hardware platform (e.g., system, apparatus, device, etc.), and when executed, includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
Alternatively, all or part of the steps of the above embodiments may be implemented by using an integrated circuit, and the steps may be respectively manufactured as an integrated circuit module, or a plurality of the blocks or steps may be manufactured as a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The devices/functional modules/functional units in the above embodiments may be implemented by general-purpose computing devices, and they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed on a network formed by a plurality of computing devices.
Each device/function module/function unit in the above embodiments may be implemented in the form of a software function module and may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium when being sold or used as a separate product. The computer readable storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (8)
1. A note management method, comprising:
collecting a content picture and at least one note picture;
establishing a first-level association between the content picture and the note picture;
after the step of establishing the association between the content picture and the note picture, the method further comprises the following steps:
determining at least one annotation symbol from the content picture;
establishing a second-level association between the note picture and the position of one or more callout symbols in the content picture;
wherein the establishing of the second layer association comprises:
setting a monitoring button at each mark symbol of the content pictures and the note pictures, and forming a monitoring response action of the monitoring button;
and establishing hyperlinks between the content pictures and the note pictures according to the first layer of association, and establishing links between processing events corresponding to the monitoring buttons and processing events corresponding to the corresponding monitoring response actions, so that the corresponding note pictures are displayed when the monitoring button of any mark symbol in the content pictures is pressed down, or the corresponding content pictures are displayed when the monitoring button of any mark symbol in the note pictures is pressed down.
2. The note management method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a note extraction instruction for extracting a note picture, wherein the note extraction instruction carries an identifier of a content picture;
and extracting note pictures associated with the first layer of the content pictures.
3. The note management method according to claim 2, wherein the note extraction instruction further carries information of a position of a marker in the content picture, and after the step of extracting the note picture associated with the content picture at the first layer, the method further comprises:
and extracting the note pictures associated with the second layer at the position of the label from the note pictures associated with the first layer at the position of the content picture according to the position of the label.
4. The note management method according to claim 2, wherein the identifier of the content picture is a number, and establishing a first layer of association between the content picture and the note picture specifically includes:
and allocating the same number to the content picture and the note picture.
5. An note management apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a content picture and at least one note picture;
the first layer association establishing module is used for establishing a first layer association between the content picture and the note picture;

and establishing hyperlinks between the content pictures and the note pictures according to the first layer of association, and establishing links between processing events corresponding to the monitoring buttons and processing events corresponding to the corresponding response actions, so that the corresponding note pictures are displayed when the monitoring button of any mark symbol in the content pictures is pressed down, or the corresponding content pictures are displayed when the monitoring button of any mark symbol in the note pictures is pressed down.
6. The note management device of claim 5, further comprising:
the instruction receiving module is used for receiving a note extracting instruction for extracting a note picture, and the note extracting instruction carries an identifier of a content picture;
and the note extraction module is used for extracting the note pictures which are associated with the first layer of the content pictures.
