Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种广告牌发布系统,尤其是涉及基于WiFi的LED广告牌发布系统。
背景技术
随着信息时代的快速发展,信息发布系统的快速性与准确性越来越重要。利用各种通信技术同LED显示屏驱动技术结合的控制系统越来越多,LED显示屏控制技术的种类越来越繁多。
随着技术的发展,工业上还有RS-232串口通信的大量使用,但是商业技术的应用上,已经慢慢地使用USB转UART技术取代了RS-232串口。很多计算机上已经不再配备串口了,单片机和计算机的通信就只能利用USB转串口通信来完成。
目前,广告牌的发布系统多是使用有线传输,对于安装和布线的工作成本很高,不能满足市场需求。
发明内容
发明设计了一个基于WiFi的LED广告牌发布系统,重点设计了通信协议,LED显示屏控制技术。同时,本设计的下位机采用51单片机,有效的降低了LED广告牌发布系统的整体成本。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:基于WiFi的LED广告牌发布系统,包括51单片机最小系统、WiFi模块、0.96寸OLED显示屏,其特征在于:通过51单片机与WiFi模块和LED显示屏连接起来组成下位机的控制显示系统,而上位机通过WiFi接入点实现与下位机的WiFi热点进行组网,然后通过编写好的上位机软件对下位机进行命令的发送或者数据的传输,从而达到以无线WiFi的方式进行LED动态的显示和控制。
本发明的工作原理:该系统硬件电路由51单片机最小系统、WiFi模块、0.96寸OLED显示屏组成。通过51单片机与WiFi模块和LED显示屏连接起来组成下位机的控制显示系统,而上位机通过WiFi接入点实现与下位机的WiFi热点进行组网,然后通过编写好的上位机软件对下位机进行命令的发送或者数据的传输,从而达到以无线WiFi的方式进行LED动态的显示和控制。同时,该系统设计并实现了一种自定义的串口通信协议,该协议自定义了数据帧的各个部分,确保了通信过程的实时性与安全性。

实施例1
该系统硬件电路由51单片机最小系统、WiFi模块、0.96寸OLED显示屏组成。通过51单片机与WiFi模块和LED显示屏连接起来组成下位机的控制显示系统,而上位机通过WiFi接入点实现与下位机的WiFi热点进行组网,然后通过编写好的上位机软件对下位机进行命令的发送或者数据的传输,从而达到以无线WiFi的方式进行LED动态的显示和控制。同时,该系统设计并实现了一种自定义的串口通信协议,该协议自定义了数据帧的各个部分,确保了通信过程的实时性与安全性。
最小系统采用的是拥有40引脚的STC89C52RC芯片,+5V稳定进行供电。最小系统是整个芯片工作的最小满足。所以我们必须首要设计好最小系统。
OLED显示屏12864有11个引脚,除了VCC和GND用来接+5V和地。还有D0口是用来串行输入时钟CLK,D1是用来串行输入数据,RES是用来复位用的,DC是控制输入数据/命令的

。利用恰当的接法把单片机与LED显示屏的引脚连接起来,完成LED的显示与控制。OLED带字库的程序提供了固定的接法用来控制OLED显示屏显示汉字,我们用它提供的字库进行编程,以便在OLED显示屏上显示汉字。所以,我们最终确定的引脚连接为:

串口电路应用到单片机程序的下载和上位机与单片机进行数据传输以便控制LED显示屏中。进行这个模块也是非常重要的,调试中需要反反复复下载程序,好的下载模块能减少很多麻烦。在利用单片机与下位机进行数据传输时,这个模块的好坏就特别重要。
下位机要变成一个WiFi热点,并且要与单片机的串口进行通信,就必须设计好串口与WiFi模块进行通信的方法。
当HLK-RM04的COM1连接时,WiFi模块工作AP模式下,ETH1、ETH2功能关闭,只要进行适当的设置,COM1的数据就可以与WiFi的网络数据相互转换。所以,当89C52RC的单片机的串口与HLK-RM04的COM1口连接就可以实现单片机与WiFi的网络数据进行通信了。
本设计中,OLED显示屏、WiFi模块、51单片机最小系统都需要供电,为保证稳定的+5V电源,并且有足够的供电电流,需要一个系统共用的供电系统提供电源。
LM2940是输出电压固定的低压查三端稳压器,输出电压5V,输出电流1A,输出电流为1A时,最小输出电压差小于0.8V,最大输入电压为26V;工作温度-40℃~+125℃;内含静态电流降低电路、电路限值、过热保护、电池反接和反插入保护电路。

1.基于WiFi的LED广告牌发布系统,包括51单片机最小系统、WiFi模块、0.96寸OLED显示屏,其特征在于:通过51单片机与WiFi模块和LED显示屏连接起来组成下位机的控制显示系统,而上位机通过WiFi接入点实现与下位机的WiFi热点进行组网,然后通过编写好的上位机软件对下位机进行命令的发送或者数据的传输,从而达到以无线WiFi的方式进行LED动态的显示和控制。
