本发明涉及一种利用波纹管密封的球阀。
背景技术
球阀的开关过程中,球体始终与阀座紧贴,接触表面存在确保密封的密封力;特别是高压阀门密封力大,摩擦剧烈,不仅驱动力矩大、成本高、能耗高,而且密封面使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理,开关过程摩擦小、使用寿命长的利用波纹管密封的球阀。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种利用波纹管密封的球阀,包括阀体、阀座、球体、阀杆,其特征是:在阀体的法兰端固装阀座套,阀座套底部设置与阀座底面接触的底部延伸板,阀座与阀座套之间呈凹槽形式,波纹管设置在凹槽中,波纹管的一端与阀座焊接,波纹管的另一端与阀座套焊接。
阀座套通过螺钉和密封垫与阀体固定。
波纹管与阀座、阀座套的上端焊接。
使用方法:通过密封垫调整波纹管的弹力;球体转动时,阀座受压推动波纹管,减小密封面的摩擦力。
本发明结构合理,开关过程摩擦小、使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
一种利用波纹管密封的球阀,包括阀体1、阀座2、球体3、阀杆4,在阀体的法兰端固装阀座套5,阀座套底部设置与阀座底面接触的底部延伸板6,阀座与阀座套之间呈凹槽7形式,波纹管8设置在凹槽中,波纹管的一端与阀座焊接,波纹管的另一端与阀座套焊接。
阀座套通过螺钉9和密封垫10与阀体固定。波纹管与阀座、阀座套的上端焊接。
使用方法:通过密封垫调整波纹管的弹力;球体转动时,阀座受压推动波纹管,减小密封面的摩擦力。

1.一种利用波纹管密封的球阀,包括阀体、阀座、球体、阀杆,其特征是:在阀体的法兰端固装阀座套,阀座套底部设置与阀座底面接触的底部延伸板,阀座与阀座套之间呈凹槽形式,波纹管设置在凹槽中,波纹管的一端与阀座焊接,波纹管的另一端与阀座套焊接。
