背景技术
木门是木材加工行业的重要终端产品。我国房地产业的高速发展和城镇化步伐的加快，为木门行业提供了极大的发展空间，与批量需求相适应，我国木门一改“木匠上门”手工制作的传统和产品单一实用的形象，迅速转入“规模化定制设计”、大规模工业化生产和产品由实用向装饰、环保综合发展的全新阶段，使我国几年间成为世界上最大的木门生产基地和消费市场。
现有木门的实木门板的防水性能、防火性能以及隔音效果都有待改进，无法满足实际应用。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述的缺点，而提供防火防水隔音实木门板。
为了实现上述目的，本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现：该防火防水隔音实木门板包括防火层、实木层、隔音层、防水层、凹槽和门板，所述防火层的底部设置实木层，实木层中部安装隔音层，隔音层的底部安装防水层，防火层、实木层、隔音层和防水层一体成型构成门板，门板的内侧设置凹槽；所述实木层为倒U型；所述凹槽为T字型。
所述防火层为防火漆。
优选的，所述实木层为橡胶木。
优选的，所述隔音层为隔音玻璃。
优选的，所述防水层为防水布。
本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，防水性能、防火性能以及隔音效果好。

该防火防水隔音实木门板为了实现上述目的，本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现：该防火防水隔音实木门板包括防火层1、实木层2、隔音层3、防水层4、凹槽5和门板6，所述防火层1的底部设置实木层2，实木层2中部安装隔音层3，隔音层3的底部安装防水层4，防火层1、实木层2、隔音层3和防水层4一体成型构成门板6，门板6的内侧设置凹槽5；所述实木层2为倒U型；所述凹槽5为T字型；防火层1为防火漆；实木层2为橡胶木；隔音层3为隔音玻璃；防水层4为防水布。
