本发明公开了一种实时监测水质的净水机,包括净水机框架,框架内安装有水箱和热胆并连接至出水嘴,出水嘴两侧的管路上分别安装有一个温水电磁阀和一个热水电磁阀;进水口连通PP棉滤芯的进水口,PP棉滤芯通过管路和低压开关依次连通至UDF滤芯、CTO滤芯,CTO滤芯通过管路和进水电磁阀依次连通至增压泵、RO膜滤芯、TDS传感探头、流量传感器和T33滤芯后再连通至水箱,RO膜滤芯还通过管路连通排废电磁阀、再连通至废水口。本发明造型较为美观、经济使用、使用寿命长、重量轻、强度高、耐腐蚀、耐高温、水质清洁、防渗、抗震、方便清洁等,饮用口感佳,而且可以随时监控水质情况和是否缺水,保证了饮用和使用的安全。

背景技术:
随着经济的不断发展,水污染越来越严重,饮用水安全也越来越受到人们的关注。
我国环保部门统计全国82%的河流受到不同程度的污染;在我国七大水系中,不适合做引用水源的河段已接近40%;城市水域中78%的河段不适合做饮用水源;约50%的城市地下水受到污染。净水器在中国已经发展了近10年,目前从事的厂家有1000多家,总体市场销售量在稳步增长,这其中包括本土的1000多家厂家和数十个进口品牌,目前整个行业利润空间在40%--60%之间。
据有关数据统计,净水器的销售每年的增长率高达40%—70%,以一线城市为例,净水器已经覆盖了整个城市的大型公共场所。净水器的发展离不开社会发展的因素。可以试想,假如社会往后退后二十年,就算净水器的性能在好,对人们生活有在多的帮助,但是社会背景的不同,行业也很难得到壮大。二十年前的人们还在为一日三餐劳累奔波,又有谁顾及生活的享受呢?但是放在二十年后的今天就不同了,人们虽然不是非常富裕,但是根据国民平均水平的收入来看,消费净水器这类的产品还是不成问题的。
在这样的情况下,家用净水器是解决终端用水的最佳选择,净水器在我国也将有着广阔的市场,这也是现在很多人所看好的。传统的自来水处理方法,已不能保证提供品质优良的饮用水,而且在市政供水中还存在着两次污染的问题,如高层的水箱供水,漫长的自来水输送管线,都会造成潜在的铁锈,水垢及微生物等污染问题,因此,各种品牌的净水器也相应应运而生,并且各种净水器使用的过滤方法与过滤材料也有所不同。
目前,全世界每天约有数百万吨垃圾倒进河流、湖泊和小溪,每升废水会污染8L淡水;所有流经亚洲城市的河流均被污染。每年约有2500多万人死于饮用不洁水,全世界平均每天5000名儿童死于饮用不洁水,约1.7亿人饮用被有机物污染的水,3亿城市居民面临水污染。在肝癌高发区流行病的调查表明,饮用藻茵类毒素污染的水是肝癌的主要原因。
我国水污染防治工作取得了显著的成绩,但水污染形势仍然十分严峻。2005年,全国废水排放总量为524.5亿t(吨),其中工业废水占39%~35%,城市污水占61%~65%,城市污水已经成为主要的污染源。中国预防医学科学院环境卫生监测所进行的饮用水监测显示,水质量问题已经非常严重。全国26个省、区的180个县市,有43.3%的人在喝着不安全的水。人体中70~80%是水分,长期饮用不良的水质,将会导致人体体质不佳,抵抗力减弱,造成人体容易染病(结石病、皮肤病、消化疾病、心血管病、癌症等等)。另外,被污染的水里面的重金属超标会对人体造成极大伤害,但对危害程度却不甚了解。如:
铅:伤害神经系统、肾脏和血液系统,还会引起肾功能损害,影响儿童的智力发育等;
锡:与铅是古代剧毒药“鸠”中的重要成分,入腹后凝固成块,坠人至死;
汞:食入后直接沉入肝脏,对大脑神经视力破坏极大。天然水每升水中含0.01毫克,就会强烈中毒;
铬:会造成四肢麻木,精神异常;
砷:慢性中毒表现为疲劳、乏力、心悸、惊厥,还能引起皮肤损伤,出现角质化、蜕皮、脱发、色素沉积,还可能致癌;
镉:导致高血压,引起心脑血管疾病;破坏骨钙,引起肾功能失调。
鉴于以上水污染给人类所带来的危害,我们翼猫科技斥巨资研发翼猫实时监测水质的净水机,不仅能解决以上饮用水水质问题,还能在使用中监测水质的变化,不仅让用户可以喝上干净的水,还能喝的放心。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了能快速处理水质,让人们喝上安全放心的水而提供的一种实时监测水质的净水机。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种实时监测水质的净水机,包括净水机框架,框架的前壁自上而下分别为净水机的小面板、主面板和下压式下门,框架的底部通过脚垫支撑于底面,小面板和主面板之间的框架上设有装饰条、主面板和下压式下门之间的框架上设有接水盒,其特征在于:所述的装饰条的下壁设有出水嘴,小面板上设有PAD显示屏、加热灯、电源灯、保温灯、热水/制热按键、放水按键和温水按键;下压式下门内的框架内固定安装有PP棉滤芯、UDF滤芯、CTO滤芯和TDS传感探头;
净水机框架的后壁包括后盖板、固定安装的电源开关、导出的电源线、排水口、进水口和废水口;后盖板内的框架内上部固定安装有不锈钢水箱、不锈钢热胆、排废电磁阀,下部固定安装有RO膜滤芯、T33滤芯、增压泵和进水电磁阀;
其中,水箱的下壁和热胆之间通过两条管路连通,且其中一条管路上设有出水嘴,出水嘴两侧的管路上分别安装有一个温水电磁阀和一个热水电磁阀;进水口连通PP棉滤芯的进水口,PP棉滤芯通过管路和低压开关依次连通至UDF滤芯、CTO滤芯,CTO滤芯通过管路和进水电磁阀依次连通至增压泵、RO膜滤芯、TDS传感探头、流量传感器和T33滤芯后再连通至水箱,RO膜滤芯还通过管路连通排废电磁阀、再连通至废水口。
所述的实时监测水质的净水机,其特征在于:所述的不锈钢热胆的底部通过管道连通至排水口。

PP棉滤芯、UDF滤芯、CTO滤芯都是起到粗过滤作用,截留水中较大的杂质,这样有效的保护RO膜滤芯的使用;RO膜滤芯依靠机器对原水所施加压力,使原水中水分透过RO膜,而把原水中的细微杂质,过多的无机盐、有机物、重金属离子、细菌、病毒、农药、三氯甲烷废物等其它有害物质统统截留下来,并通过连续排放的浓水将这些水中有害异物及盐分排出,进而得到十分洁净的饮用水。它的孔径只有0.0001微米,它对水中粒径最小的无机盐离子的去除率在90—96%以上,对细菌、病毒等有害异物的去除率在99.99%以上(理论上可以说成是100%)。
进水电磁阀:整机停止工作时切断水路,a防止后续滤芯继续受到水压的作用;b防止自来水经过RO膜废水通道导致废水流不停,c防止滤芯寿命降低;
排废电磁阀:提供RO膜废水快速流动的通道,提高RO膜表面水的流动速度,达到冲洗RO膜的作用;
增压泵:给自来水加压用,提供RO膜滤芯所需的工作压力;
温、热水电磁阀:整机停止工作时切断水路,a防止后续滤芯继续受到水压的作用;b防止自来水经过RO膜废水通道导致废水流不停,c防止滤芯寿命降低。
净水系统:主要由五级的技术净化处理:经过PP棉滤芯、UDF滤芯、CTO滤芯、RO膜滤芯、T33滤芯后变为优质可饮用水的过程。每级滤芯的功能如下:
第一级:5微米PP棉滤芯,去除各种悬浮物,如:尘土、沙粒、铁锈等;
第二级:UDF滤芯去除水中各种分子状污染物,如:化肥、农药、除草剂、氯、漂白粉等;
第三级:采用1微米CTO滤芯,只允许1微米以下的物质通过;
第四级:RO膜滤芯去除水中细菌、病毒、重金属、有机化合物等;
第五级:T33滤芯抑菌、调节水的口感甘醇甜美。
上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳的实施方式,除此之外,本发明还可以有其他实现方式。需要说明的是,在没有脱离本发明构思的前提下,任何显而易见的改进和修饰均应落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (2)
1.一种实时监测水质的净水机,包括净水机框架,框架的前壁自上而下分别为净水机的小面板、主面板和下压式下门,框架的底部通过脚垫支撑于底面,小面板和主面板之间的框架上设有装饰条、主面板和下压式下门之间的框架上设有接水盒,其特征在于:所述的装饰条的下壁设有出水嘴,小面板上设有PAD显示屏、加热灯、电源灯、保温灯、热水/制热按键、放水按键和温水按键;下压式下门内的框架内固定安装有PP棉滤芯、UDF滤芯、CTO滤芯和TDS传感探头;
净水机框架的后壁包括后盖板、固定安装的电源开关、导出的电源线、排水口、进水口和废水口;后盖板内的框架内上部固定安装有不锈钢水箱、不锈钢热胆、排废电磁阀,下部固定安装有RO膜滤芯、T33滤芯、增压泵和进水电磁阀;
其中,水箱的下壁和热胆之间通过两条管路连通,且其中一条管路上设有出水嘴,出水嘴两侧的管路上分别安装有一个温水电磁阀和一个热水电磁阀;进水口连通PP棉滤芯的进水口,PP棉滤芯通过管路和低压开关依次连通至UDF滤芯、CTO滤芯,CTO滤芯通过管路和进水电磁阀依次连通至增压泵、RO膜滤芯、TDS传感探头、流量传感器和T33滤芯后再连通至水箱,RO膜滤芯还通过管路连通排废电磁阀、再连通至废水口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的实时监测水质的净水机,其特征在于:所述的不锈钢热胆的底部通过管道连通至排水口。
