Abstract
本发明公开了一种不干胶标签印刷系统中的可调式切裁机构,包括切裁平台、输送带和固定支座,支轴的两端插接在两固定支座上,支轴上插套有五块切裁刀片,切裁刀片的中心插接固定有轴承,轴承内插接固定有轴套,轴套插套在支轴上,轴套的两端伸出切裁刀片的两侧固定连接有竖直的支撑杆,支撑杆的顶端固定在水平的顶杆上,顶杆上固定连接有竖直的螺柱;支轴的正上方设有水平的横梁,横梁的两端固定在垫块上,垫块固定在固定支座上,横梁的中部成型有过孔,过孔两侧的横梁上成型有若干个腰型孔,切裁刀片上方的螺柱穿过横梁的过孔或腰型孔螺接有螺母。

技术领域:
本发明涉及标签印刷设备的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种不干胶标签印刷系统中的可调式切裁机构。
背景技术:
不干胶是一种材料,也叫自粘标签材料以纸张、薄膜或其它特种材料为面料,背面涂有胶粘剂,以涂硅保护纸为底纸的一种复合材料。并经印刷、模切等加工后成为成品标签;其具有不用刷胶、不用浆糊、不用蘸水、无污染、节省贴标时间等优点,应用范围广,方便快捷。而目前不干胶标签上的文字通过印刷成型,但印刷出来的不干胶标签一般为整张的,即多个小标签集中在整张纸上,而各个小标签需要通过手工剪裁才能实现小标签分离,才方便小标签的使用,而采用手工剪裁不仅效率较低,而且劳动强度也较大,从而需要采用机械设备代替手工剪裁,机械设备剪裁一般通过锯齿片切割,根据小标签的宽度来定锯齿片之间的间距,锯齿片之间的间距通过定位板来控制,而现有的定位板上定位槽之间的间距一般是定死的,从而选择不同型号的小标签切裁时,需要更换不同定位槽间距的定位板,较为麻烦。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种不干胶标签印刷系统中的可调式切裁机构,其去除了定位板,增设辅助支架来约束切裁刀片的位置,同时其辅助支架亦能调节切裁刀片的位置。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种不干胶标签印刷系统中的可调式切裁机构,包括切裁平台和输送带,输送带两侧的切裁平台上固定有固定支座,支轴的两端插接在两固定支座上,支轴上插套有五块切裁刀片,切裁刀片的中心插接固定有轴承,轴承内插接固定有轴套,轴套插套在支轴上,轴套的两端伸出切裁刀片的两侧固定连接有竖直的支撑杆,支撑杆的顶端固定在水平的顶杆上,顶杆上固定连接有竖直的螺柱;支轴的正上方设有水平的横梁,横梁的两端固定在垫块上,垫块固定在固定支座上,横梁的中部成型有过孔,过孔两侧的横梁上成型有若干个腰型孔,切裁刀片上方的螺柱穿过横梁的过孔或腰型孔螺接有螺母,螺母抵靠在横梁上。
所述切裁刀片成型圆形,切裁刀片的外边上成型有若干个锯齿,切裁刀片的半径小于支撑杆的长度。
所述横梁上的腰型孔设有四个,相邻的两个腰型孔之间的最小间距不小于轴套的长度。
本发明的有益效果在于:其采用一种可调节的辅助支架来约束切裁刀片,从而既能控制切裁刀片的定位,又能调节切裁刀片的位置,从而无需定位板并可以减少更换定位板的繁琐工作。

实施例:见图1至3所示,一种不干胶标签印刷系统中的可调式切裁机构,包括切裁平台和输送带2,输送带2两侧的切裁平台1上固定有固定支座,支轴的两端插接在两固定支座3上,支轴4上插套有五块切裁刀片,切裁刀片5的中心插接固定有轴承6,轴承6内插接固定有轴套7,轴套7插套在支轴4上,轴套7的两端伸出切裁刀片5的两侧固定连接有竖直的支撑杆8,支撑杆8的顶端固定在水平的顶杆9上,顶杆9上固定连接有竖直的螺柱10;支轴4的正上方设有水平的横梁11,横梁11的两端固定在垫块13上,垫块13固定在固定支座3上,横梁11的中部成型有过孔,过孔两侧的横梁11上成型有若干个腰型孔111,切裁刀片5上方的螺柱10穿过横梁11的过孔或腰型孔111螺接有螺母12,螺母12抵靠在横梁11上。
所述切裁刀片5成型圆形,切裁刀片5的外边上成型有若干个锯齿,切裁刀片5的半径小于支撑杆8的长度。
所述横梁11上的腰型孔111设有四个,相邻的两个腰型孔111之间的最小间距不小于轴套7的长度。
工作原理:本发明为一种辅助分割整张印刷标签纸上小标签的定位调节机构,其定位调节机构主要为轴套7、支撑杆8、顶杆9、螺柱10和横梁11组成的机构,其通过轴套7的移动,实现切裁刀片5之间间距的调节,再通过锁紧螺母12实现,切裁刀片5的定位,而轴套7和切裁刀片5之间采用轴承6连接,可以保证切裁刀片5的顺利转动,从而就不需要定位板了,同时也减少了了更换不同型号定位板的繁琐工作。

1.一种不干胶标签印刷系统中的可调式切裁机构,包括切裁平台(1)和输送带(2),输送带(2)两侧的切裁平台(1)上固定有固定支座(3),支轴(4)的两端插接在两固定支座(3)上,支轴(4)上插套有五块切裁刀片(5),其特征在于:切裁刀片(5)的中心插接固定有轴承(6),轴承(6)内插接固定有轴套(7),轴套(7)插套在支轴(4)上,轴套(7)的两端伸出切裁刀片(5)的两侧固定连接有竖直的支撑杆(8),支撑杆(8)的顶端固定在水平的顶杆(9)上,顶杆(9)上固定连接有竖直的螺柱(10);支轴(4)的正上方设有水平的横梁(11),横梁(11)的两端固定在垫块(13)上,垫块(13)固定在固定支座(3)上,横梁(11)的中部成型有过孔,过孔两侧的横梁(11)上成型有若干个腰型孔(111),切裁刀片(5)上方的螺柱(10)穿过横梁(11)的过孔或腰型孔(111)螺接有螺母(12),螺母(12)抵靠在横梁(11)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不干胶标签印刷系统中的可调式切裁机构,其特征在于:所述切裁刀片(5)成型圆形,切裁刀片(5)的外边上成型有若干个锯齿,切裁刀片(5)的半径小于支撑杆(8)的长度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种不干胶标签印刷系统中的可调式切裁机构,其特征在于:所述横梁(11)上的腰型孔(111)设有四个,相邻的两个腰型孔(111)之间的最小间距不小于轴套(7)的长度。
