本发明配方中各原料药的药理药效为：
当归：补血；活血；调经止痛。②《别录》："温中止痛，除客血内塞，中风痉、汗不出，湿痹，中恶客气、虚冷，补五藏，生肌肉。
玄参：清热凉血；滋阴降火；解毒散结。《本草正义》：玄参，禀至阴之性，专主热病，味苦则泄降下行，故能治脏腑热结等证。味又辛而微咸，故直走血分而通血瘀。亦能外行于经隧，而消散热结之痈肿。
丹参:活血祛瘀，通经止痛，清心除烦，凉血消痈。《本草纲目》：活血，通心包络，治疝痛。
茯苓:利水渗湿，健脾，宁心。《本草正》：能利窍去湿，利窍则开心益智，导浊生津；去湿则逐水燥脾，补中健胃。
石菖蒲：开窍，豁痰，理气，活血，散风，去湿。《纲目》：石菖蒲气温，心气不足者用之，虚则补其母也。肝苦急，以辛补之是矣。
远志：宁心安神；祛痰开窍；解毒消肿。《本草再新》：行气散郁，并善豁痰。
郁金：行气解郁，凉血破瘀。《本草汇言》："郁金，清气化痰，散瘀血之药也。其性轻扬，能散郁滞，顺逆气，上达高巅，善行下焦，心肺肝胃气血火痰郁遏不行者最验，故治胸胃膈痛，两胁胀满，肚腹攻疼，饮食不思等证。又治经脉逆行，吐血衄血，唾血血腥。
炙甘草：炙甘草汤具有益气滋阴，通阳复脉治疗功效。气血双补的功效和作用，以《注解伤寒论》为代表，认为炙甘草汤的功效当为气血双补，“益虚补血气而复脉”。

病例1：黄某某，女，52岁。经常性突发左侧胸前区疼痛，持续约几分钟后自然缓解。常因劳累或情绪波动而诱发。2015年5月发作频繁，呈加剧之势，伴胸闷心悸、短气乏力。于2015年5月12日来院治疗，查体：血压180/120，HR66次/分，心律齐，未闻及明显杂音。肺呼吸音清晰。心电图：V1～V3导联的ST段水平型压低>O.1mV,T波倒置。提示心肌供血不足，诊断为冠心病心绞痛。给予本发明实施例4方剂治疗，每日1剂，水煎服。10日复诊：自诉胸前区疼痛消失，但有时胸闷气短，调方，给实施例2方继服10剂巩固疗效，康复。
病例2：李某某，男，71岁。有患冠心病史5年，2015年6月中旬病情加重,感觉间歇性胸前区疼痛并伴有胸闷，气短、心悸，脉结代，口腔溃疡。给予本发明实施例2方剂治疗，每日1剂，水煎服。10日复诊：自诉胸前区疼痛消失，继服10剂。三诊脉已不结代，心律基本正常，观察一年半，病情无反复。
病例3：王某，男，53岁，干部。2015年1月26日，因心前区疼痛伴呼吸困难入院。近2年时感心前区疼痛，痛系膨胀性或压迫感，每次持续3～5分钟，一天数次，无其它症状，休息后减轻。入院前痛渐频繁，且休息时也发作，心前区剧痛，并向左肩部、臂部放射，且伴大汗、呼吸困难。体查：体温37.8℃，心率88次/min，血压140/80mmHg。呼吸急促，口唇及指甲发绀，颈静脉稍充盈，双肺底部可闻有湿鸣，心界向左扩大，心音弱。诊断为冠心病，给予本发明实施例2方剂治疗，每日1剂，水煎服。10日复诊：自诉胸前区疼痛消失，继服10剂。症状消失，心律基本正常，观察一年半，病情无反复。
病例4：张某某，男，60岁，退休干部。2015年1月6日，突发神志不清2小时，急诊住院。病史：患者患冠心病2年，反复出现前胸部剧烈疼痛，伴胸部紧迫感，发作时伴出汗、心跳，含服酸甘油后缓解，在工作紧张或疲劳时发作频繁。入院当日下午患者略感头晕不适，突然出现心前区剧烈闷痛，继之出现神志不清。既往史：有高血压病史十余年，血压波动在21．3／13．3~22.6/14.7kPa(160／100—200／110mmHg)之间，伴头晕头疼。常服用“降压片”。诊断为冠心病发作，给予本发明实施例3方剂治疗，每日1剂，水煎服。10日复诊：自诉胸前区疼痛消失，但有时胸闷气短，调方，给实施例2方继服10剂巩固疗效，康复出院。
　　本方剂观察治疗2015年来院治疗冠心病患者34例，治愈14例，显效14例，有效5例，无效1例，总有效率为97.1%。

1.一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下原料中药组成,当归15克、玄参12克、丹参15克、茯苓10克、石菖蒲12克、远志12克、郁金10克、炙甘草5克、麦门冬12克、川芎10克、红花12克、三七15克、水蛭8克、鸡血藤12克。
2.一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下原料中药组成,当归15克、玄参12克、丹参15克、茯苓10克、石菖蒲12克、远志12克、郁金10克、炙甘草5克、麦门冬12克、川芎10克、红花12克、三七15克、水蛭8克、鸡血藤12克、瓜蒌15克、薤白12克。
3.一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下原料中药组成,当归15克、玄参12克、丹参15克、茯苓10克、石菖蒲12克、远志12克、郁金10克、炙甘草5克、麦门冬12克、川芎10克、红花12克、三七15克、水蛭8克、鸡血藤12克、决明子12克、钩藤12克。
4.一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下原料中药组成,当归15克、玄参12克、丹参15克、茯苓10克、石菖蒲12克、远志12克、郁金10克、炙甘草5克、麦门冬12克、川芎10克、红花12克、三七15克、水蛭8克、鸡血藤12克、百合10克、知母12克、石膏12克。
