背景技术
毛周角化症，又称毛周角化、毛孔角化、毛囊角化、毛囊角化症、毛孔角化症、鸡皮肤等。这是一种常见的皮肤病，主要是由于毛囊口角化所致，与脂肪代谢有很大的关系。毛周角化症除了影响美观外，对生活没有任何影响。毛周角化病据统计，80%的人患有此病，不过大部分表现不明显。其病因是由于毛囊口角化，影响了毳毛的生长，所以皮肤表面摸起来不光滑，象鸡皮疙瘩，其实在每个小丘疹中都有一卷曲的毛发。由于毛囊皮脂腺管之开口处有角化现象，形成所谓的“角栓”，而硬化之后会导致毛孔闭塞。外观有如针点般的小丘疹，散在性的分布，颜色呈肤色、红褐色或棕色，外观很像“鸡皮疙瘩”，粗粗的且像砂纸一样，摸起来很粗糙，看起来更碍眼，常好发于患者的双侧面颊部，上臂、双侧大腿，有些留有暗红色色素斑，有时严重者泛发背部等皮脂丰富区。如果出现在面部或手部等部位，特别影响人的形象，因此，爱美的女生对此类疾病尤其敏感。

临床治疗状况：
2000-2008年，我室一共接待203例毛周角质化症状患者，其中女性180例，男性23例，女性毛周角质化主要集中在面部及臂部，男性毛周角质化部位全身各处均有发现。
症状，皮肤表现出现密集小丘状物，用镊子扒开里面是未展开的汗毛。局部皮肤干燥，粗糙。
外用药物，是由下列药物制成：
无花果18克，木瓜21克，莲翘10克，金银花10克，白鲜皮13克，土茯芩14克，侧柏叶22克，爬山豆根23克，金耳环13克，罗汉松根皮7克，昆明水金凤8克，虎耳草6克，松木皮2克，茄根5克，苦檀子11克，沙柳10克，伸筋草12克，明矾1克，蚂蚁2克，迷迭香6克，食盐1克，威灵仙叶18克，柳杉8克，黄荆叶9克，浮萍6克。
上述药物加40倍水，在80摄氏度条件下加热3个小时，过滤得到药液，再控制药液温度为4-6摄氏度，经过48小时静放置结晶，滤纸过滤，将滤纸用蒸馏水浸泡溶解得到药液。
本药液可以直接涂抹在皮肤表面，也可以稀释100倍，加入浴缸内泡澡治疗，也可以制成沐浴露洗澡时使用。
临床选择直接涂抹使用，在患处每天涂抹一次，睡前涂抹，连续使用24天。
结果统计，有190例患者症状消失，13例患者无效，有效率达到93.5%。
典型病例
张小姐，从18岁开始就发现腿部及上臂皮肤表面一直有鸡皮疙瘩，工作后面部也出现症状，非常影响形象，多种化妆品也未见效果，使用本药物治疗30天后，皮肤疙瘩症状消失，毫毛正常生长发育。

本发明所述的药物，可以延缓毛囊口细胞的角化速度，使毛孔中的毫毛正常生长，从而使皮肤表面的出现小丘疹状突起的症状减缓。外观得以正常化，不仔细观看，不会发现皮肤毛孔角质化明显的现象。对于已经出现角质化的毛孔，本药物可以溶解角质，使毛孔周壁细胞恢复正常生理活性，凸起症状消失。而且是纯中药制剂，不刺激皮肤，无毒副作用。

实施例2、一种治疗皮肤毛周角化症的外用药物，包括下列重量的药物：无花果15-20克，木瓜18-23克，莲翘8-12克，金银花7-12克，白鲜皮10-16克，土茯芩10-20克，侧柏叶18-23克，爬山豆根20-27克，金耳环10-16克，罗汉松根皮4-9克，昆明水金凤7-11克，虎耳草4-8克，松木皮1-3克，茄根4-8克，苦檀子9-12克，沙柳7-11克，伸筋草10-15克，明矾0.5-1.5克，蚂蚁1-3克，迷迭香5-7克，食盐0.5-1.3克，威灵仙叶16-21克，柳杉6-10克，黄荆叶7-12克，浮萍5-10克。
上述药物加40倍水，在80摄氏度条件下加热3个小时，过滤得到药液，再控制药液温度为4-6摄氏度，经过48小时静放置结晶，离心分离结晶体。
沐浴液制备：
结晶体0.1份，月桂酸4份，甘油1.4份，油酸7.5份，羟乙基纤维素0.1份，三乙醇胺5.5份，香精0.2份，硼酸0.1份，去离子水l00份。
实施例3、一种治疗皮肤毛周角化症的外用药物，包括下列重量的药物：无花果18克，木瓜21克，莲翘10克，金银花10克，白鲜皮13克，土茯芩14克，侧柏叶22克，爬山豆根23克，金耳环13克，罗汉松根皮7克，昆明水金凤8克，虎耳草6克，松木皮2克，茄根5克，苦檀子11克，沙柳10克，伸筋草12克，明矾1克，蚂蚁2克，迷迭香6克，食盐1克，威灵仙叶18克，柳杉8克，黄荆叶9克，浮萍6克。

1.一种治疗皮肤毛周角化症的外用药物，其特征是包括下列重量的药物：无花果15-20克，木瓜18-23克，莲翘8-12克，金银花7-12克，白鲜皮10-16克，土茯芩10-20克，侧柏叶18-23克，爬山豆根20-27克，金耳环10-16克，罗汉松根皮4-9克，昆明水金凤7-11克，虎耳草4-8克，松木皮1-3克，茄根4-8克，苦檀子9-12克，沙柳7-11克，伸筋草10-15克，明矾0.5-1.5克，蚂蚁1-3克，迷迭香5-7克，食盐0.5-1.3克，威灵仙叶16-21克，柳杉6-10克，黄荆叶7-12克，浮萍5-10克。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗皮肤毛周角化症的外用药物，其特征是包括下列重量的药物：上述药物加40倍水，在80摄氏度条件下加热3个小时，过滤得到药液，再控制药液温度为4-6摄氏度，经过48小时静放置结晶，过滤或者离心得到结晶体，结晶体加入蒸馏水溶解得到药液。
