The invention discloses a hair washing device and a hair washing method, wherein the hair washing device comprises an air nozzle, a hair hanging device, a hair washing groove, a washing liquid material box, a washing liquid feeding electromagnetic valve, an air pump, an air inlet control electromagnetic valve, a cold water inlet battery valve, a hot water inlet battery valve, a drainage battery valve, a controller and a liquid level sensor; the high-pressure air generated by the air pump is communicated with the bottom of the air nozzle, hair washing and blowing air holes are reserved on the air nozzle, the air is blown out from the air outlet holes on the air nozzle, the hair hanging device is arranged outside the air nozzle, the controller automatically adds the washing liquid according to the control time sequence, and the whole process of cold water, hot water, water drainage, hair washing and drying is carried out. The hair dryer has the advantages of simple structure, easy realization, low cost and convenient application, can complete the whole process of hair cleaning and drying without the measures of a motor, transmission and a matched device, and has good practical value.

Background
Hair product processing is a labor intensive industry requiring a large amount of labor and materials. However, China gradually enters an aging society, and with the reduction of labor force personnel, the labor force cost is rapidly increased, so that huge cost pressure is brought to enterprises. The processing technology of hair products is complex, wherein enterprises need to carry out cleaning, liquid medicine soaking and other treatments on collected real hair or wigs (chemical fiber hair), and the collected hair is messy due to the fact that scales are arranged on the real hair, namely the directions of the scales from hair root to hair tip are different from the directions of the scales from hair tip to hair root, and therefore the phenomena that the hair is easy to twist and knot, the hair clamping part cannot be cleaned completely and the like are caused during cleaning, and the hair processing is difficult to realize automation.
Because the hair is easy to twist and knot when being washed in water, the prior shampoo in the market is basically washed by manpower. The hair cleaning needs to be carried out repeatedly by using cleaning liquid, throwing dry, washing with clear water, throwing dry and the like, a medicine pool needs to be soaked after the hair is cleaned, scales are removed, the degree of finish is increased, then the hair is thrown dry and the like, and at present, the procedures need to be finished manually, so that time and labor are wasted.
Accordingly, the prior art is deficient and needs improvement.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a hair washing device comprises an air nozzle, a hair hanging device, a hair washing tank, a liquid detergent material box, a liquid detergent feeding electromagnetic valve, an air pump, an air inlet control electromagnetic valve, a cold water inlet battery valve, a hot water inlet battery valve, a drainage battery valve, a controller and a liquid level sensor; the hair hanging device is hung with hair to be cleaned and is arranged outside the air nozzle, a gap is reserved between the air nozzle and the hair hanging device, and the air nozzle are arranged in the hair washing tank;
the top of the air nozzle is closed, air outlet holes are formed in the periphery of the air nozzle, and high-pressure air inside the air nozzle is blown out of the air outlet holes;
the cleaning liquid material box and the cleaning liquid feeding electromagnetic valve are arranged above the hair washing groove; the cold water inlet electromagnetic valve, the hot water inlet electromagnetic valve, the water discharge electromagnetic valve and the air inlet control electromagnetic valve are arranged below the hair washing tank; the control panel sends the required cleaning liquid into the hair washing tank by controlling the electromagnetic valve on the cleaning liquid material box; the control panel firstly adds cold water by controlling the cold water inlet valve, when the water level of the cold water reaches a required liquid level, the controller opens the hot water inlet valve to inject the cold water and simultaneously injects the hot water, and when the water level reaches a final water level, the cold water inlet valve and the hot water inlet valve are simultaneously closed; high-pressure gas generated by the high-pressure gas pump enters the air nozzle for buffering and then enters the hair hanging device, and the total area of air holes in the air nozzle is larger than the total area of air outlet grooves in the hair hanging device, so that the air outlet quantity of the air nozzle is larger than that of the hair hanging device, and hair on the hair hanging device is cleaned or dried by blowing cleaning liquid by utilizing the gas in the air outlet grooves; after the hair washing is finished, the drain valve is opened, and after the water in the hair washing groove is emptied, the high-pressure gas discharged from the air nozzle hole blows the hair to be dry through the air outlet groove on the hair hanging device.
Another technical solution of the present invention is a hair washing method applied to any one of the hair washing apparatuses, including the steps of: the hair is hung on the hair hanging device and then is placed in the hair washing tank; the cleaning liquid material box is filled with cleaning liquid and is arranged above the hair washing groove, and an air inlet electromagnetic valve is communicated above the cleaning liquid material box. The worker places the hair hanging device bound with hair in the hair washing tank, presses down the start key, the controller opens the electromagnetic valve on the cleaning liquid material box to inject the required cleaning liquid into the hair washing tank, opens the cold water feeding valve, opens the hot water inlet valve when the cold water reaches a certain water level, closes the cold water inlet valve and the hot water inlet valve simultaneously when the water level reaches a set water level, then opens the high-pressure gas inlet electromagnetic valve at the bottom of the air nozzle, the high-pressure gas in the air nozzle is blown out through the air outlet hole, the gas blows the cleaning liquid to form water flow between the air nozzle and the hair hanging device, the water flow flows out from the air outlet groove on the hair hanging device to blow up the hair, the gas at the two sides of the hair is like a comb to complete the cleaning of the hair, after the cleaning, the controller opens the water discharging electromagnetic valve to drain the water in the hair washing tank, the high, and (4) closing the drainage battery valve after the hair is dried, and repeating the process until the hair is cleaned. The hair washing method integrates hair washing and drying, high-pressure air is blown out from the air outlet groove of the hair hanging device without adding drying equipment, and therefore the hair is prevented from being wound and twisted.
By adopting the scheme, the hair washing and drying device adopts a gas hair washing and drying structure, effectively solves the problems, has simple structure, low cost and convenient application, can be used for both real hair and chemical fiber hair, is suitable for cleaning, soaking and drying hair of various specifications, and has good practical value.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, one embodiment of the present invention is a hair hanging device, which comprises a hair clamping device 1, a fixed handrail 2, a cylinder 3, an air outlet groove 4 and a hair baffle 5.
The hair hanging device is arranged in the hair washing tank, and the hair clamping device 1 is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer which are evenly arranged on the outer wall of the hair hanging cylinder 3; the high-pressure gas in the gas outlet groove 4 blows open and cleans the hair on the hair clamping device 1; the hair guard 5 will keep the hair hanging down by gravity from pressing under the hair-catching device.
As shown in figure 2, one embodiment of the invention is a hair clamping device, which comprises a buckle 6, a steel needle 7 and a spring 8. The hair bound by the triple-linkage machine is placed between the upper steel needle 7 and the lower steel needle 7, and the hair to be processed is fixed by clamping the buckle. As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, the air nozzle is fixed to the bottom of the shampoo tank through a bottom screw hole, the air nozzle is arranged inside the hair hanging device cylinder 3, the air nozzle merges and buffers high-pressure air entering from the bottom of the shampoo tank, then the air nozzle enters the hair hanging device through an upper air hole, and finally the air nozzle flows out through an air outlet groove 4 of the hair hanging device, so that the hair cleaning is completed.
Claims (2)
1. A hair washing device is characterized by comprising an air nozzle, a hair hanging device, a hair washing groove, a washing liquid material box, a washing liquid feeding electromagnetic valve, an air pump, an air inlet control electromagnetic valve, a cold water inlet battery valve, a hot water inlet battery valve, a drainage battery valve, a controller and a liquid level sensor;
the air nozzle is hollow, the upper surface of the air nozzle is closed, and air holes are reserved on the periphery of the air nozzle and used for buffering air flow and generating air bubbles required by hair washing;
the hair hanging device comprises a hair clamping device, a cylinder and an air outlet groove; the hair clamping device is used for fixing the processed hair;
the hair washing tank is used for washing, rinsing and drying hair;
the cleaning liquid box is filled with cleaning liquid for washing hair;
the air pump is used for generating high-pressure air and is used for adding cleaning liquid, washing, rinsing and blowing hair;
the cleaning liquid feeding electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the addition of the cleaning liquid;
the cold water inlet battery valve and the hot water inlet battery valve are used for controlling the addition of cold water and hot water for hair washing;
the drainage battery valve is used for controlling the discharge of wastewater;
the liquid level sensor is used for detecting the hot water adding time and the hair washing tank full time;
the controller is used for generating various control instructions and control time sequences required by hair washing, and is provided with three keys, namely a start key, a drain key and a stop key;
the hair hanging device is hung with hair to be cleaned, the air nozzle is arranged inside the cylinder of the hair hanging device, a gap is reserved between the air nozzle and the hair hanging device, and the hair hanging device and the air nozzle are arranged in the hair washing tank;
the shampoo box and the shampoo feeding electromagnetic valve are arranged above the shampoo tank, the upper end opening of the shampoo box is communicated with high-pressure gas, and the high-pressure gas is required to be pressed in at high pressure by controlling the shampoo feeding battery valve when the high-pressure gas is added due to high viscosity of the shampoo for washing hair;
the cold water inlet electromagnetic valve, the hot water inlet electromagnetic valve, the water discharge electromagnetic valve and the air inlet control electromagnetic valve are arranged below the shampoo tank; when the water level reaches a set water level, the cold water inlet valve and the hot water inlet valve are simultaneously closed, the air inlet control electromagnetic valve at the bottom of the air nozzle is opened, high-pressure air generated by the air pump enters the air nozzle for buffering and then enters the hair hanging device, the total area of air holes in the air nozzle is larger than the total area of air outlet grooves in the hair hanging device, the high-pressure air in the air nozzle is blown out through the air holes, the air blows cleaning liquid to form water flow between the air nozzle and the hair hanging device, the water flow flows out from the air outlet grooves in the hair hanging device to blow up hair, and the air on the two sides of the hair is like a comb so as to finish the cleaning of; after the washing is finished, the controller opens the water draining electromagnetic valve to drain water in the water tank, the high-pressure gas blows hair simultaneously to dry the hair, and the water draining battery valve is closed after the hair is dried.
2. A method of washing hair products using a hair washing device according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) the hair hanging device is full of hair products and is placed in the hair washing tank;
2) pressing a start button on the controller, opening a cleaning liquid feeding electromagnetic valve by the controller to add cleaning liquid required by shampoo products, then opening a cold water inlet valve to inject cold water, opening a hot water inlet valve to inject cold water and hot water when the water level of the cold water reaches a required liquid level, and closing the cold water inlet valve and the hot water inlet valve when the water level reaches a final water level;
3) the controller opens the air inlet control electromagnetic valve to control the high-pressure air to enter the air nozzle so as to complete the cleaning work of the hair product;
4) after the hair product is cleaned, the controller opens the drainage battery valve to discharge the wastewater;
5) the high-pressure gas continuously enters the air nozzle to complete the drying work of the hair product;
6) after the hair product is dried, the air inlet control electromagnetic valve is closed, and the controller controls the cold water inlet battery valve and the hot water control electromagnetic valve to inject cold water and hot water;
7) after cold water and hot water are injected, the controller closes the cold water inlet battery valve and the hot water control electromagnetic valve, and opens the air inlet control electromagnetic valve at the same time so as to finish the rinsing work of hair products;
8) after the hair product is cleaned, the controller opens the drain valve to discharge the wastewater, and meanwhile, the hair product is dried;
9) the number of rinses depends on the cleaning effect.
