Abstract

一种气动空调鞋,包括鞋垫、鞋帮、鞋大底,鞋帮与鞋大底连接,鞋垫设置在鞋大底上;鞋帮上设有帮面导气窗和帮面导气孔,鞋大底的前掌设有多个导气槽,且多个导气槽之间互相连通,鞋大底的腰窝部位设有多个导气通道,鞋大底的后跟部位设有换流器容槽,导气通道的两端分别与导气槽、换流器容槽相连接,换流器容槽内设有空气换流器,鞋大底的侧面设有单向导气阀门,鞋垫上均匀分布有多个导气孔,鞋垫的后跟部位设有踏板,踏板与空气换流器的可滑动螺帽固定连接,将单向导气阀门打开,通过脚后跟对踏板施加压力,推动可滑动螺帽向下移动,挤压换流器转轴旋转下降,带动换流器叶片旋转,实现空气的换流,具有使用方便、效果显著的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鞋,特别涉及一种气动空调鞋。
背景技术
目前,大多数鞋的透气性能差,鞋子在长久穿着使用后,因鞋腔内空间狭窄,鞋腔内温度变得较高,如果没有及时降低鞋腔内的温度,在闷热的环境下,脚极容易出汗并导致细菌滋生,而常见的鞋子无法对鞋腔内的温度和湿度进行调节,长时间使脚部处于潮湿、闷热的环境中,容易导致脚气等脚部疾病的多发。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提出一种气动空调鞋,能够实现鞋腔内空气的换流,对鞋腔内的温度和湿度进行调节,使鞋内腔保持干燥、透气,具有使用方便、效果显著的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种气动空调鞋,包括鞋垫15、鞋帮16、鞋大底17,鞋帮16与鞋大底17连接,鞋垫15设置在鞋大底17上;所述鞋帮16上设有帮面导气窗1,鞋帮16的侧面设有帮面导气孔2;
所述鞋大底17的前掌设有多个导气槽6,且多个导气槽6之间互相连通,鞋大底17的腰窝部位设有多个导气通道7,鞋大底17的后跟部位设有换流器容槽8,导气通道7的两端分别与导气槽6、换流器容槽8相连接,换流器容槽8内设有空气换流器18,鞋大底17的侧面设有与换流器容槽8相连通的单向导气阀门11;
所述鞋垫15上均匀分布有多个导气孔3,鞋垫15的后跟部位设有踏板4,踏板4与空气换流器18的可滑动螺帽12固定连接。
所述导气槽6内部设有透气小孔19,透气小孔19和鞋垫15密闭粘合。
所述空气换流器18包括螺纹轴9,螺纹轴9固定在换流器容槽8内,螺纹轴9顶部套有可滑动螺帽12,螺纹轴9上套有弹簧14和换流器转轴13,换流器转轴13与换流器叶片10固定连接。
所述鞋垫15下方粘合有减震层5。
所述减震层5为EVA材质,厚度为15mm。
本发明的有益效果:
1.空气换流器结构简单,可通过人体自身重力使空气换流器的叶片旋转,不需要消耗电力,节能环保;通过单向导气阀门控制空气的导通,操作方便。
2.在鞋底腔形成气流循环结构,可通过空气换流器的运转将外界空气从鞋底透过鞋垫,最终导入鞋腔内部,将鞋腔原有的空气通过帮面上的帮面导气窗和帮面导气孔导出,使得鞋内部形成一个系统的气动循环,以达到给鞋腔内部更换空气的目的,能够有效改变鞋腔内部闷热、潮湿的环境,对鞋腔内的温度和湿度进行调节,使鞋内腔保持干燥、透气,使用方便、效果显著。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参见图1、图2,一种气动空调鞋,包括鞋垫15、鞋帮16、鞋大底17,鞋帮16与鞋大底17连接,鞋垫15设置在鞋大底17上;所述鞋帮16上设有帮面导气窗1,鞋帮16的侧面设有帮面导气孔2;
参见图3,所述鞋大底17的前掌设有多个导气槽6,且多个导气槽6之间互相连通,所述导气槽6内部设有透气小孔19,透气小孔19和鞋垫15密闭粘合,使鞋大底17内部形成多个可互相流通且与各透气小孔19相通的空间;鞋大底17的腰窝部位设有多个导气通道7,鞋大底17的后跟部位设有换流器容槽8,所述换流器容槽8直径为50mm,导气通道7的两端分别与导气槽6、换流器容槽8相连接,导气通道7采用直管结构,利于空气的流通,减少空气流通阻碍,换流器容槽8内设有空气换流器18,鞋大底17的侧面设有与换流器容槽8相连通的单向导气阀门11;
参见图4,所述鞋垫15上均匀分布有多个导气孔3,鞋垫15的后跟部位设有踏板4,所述踏板4直径为20mm,厚度为2mm,踏板4与空气换流器18的可滑动螺帽12固定连接。
所述鞋垫15下方粘合有减震层5,减震层5为EVA材质,厚度为15mm。
参见图5,所述空气换流器18包括螺纹轴9,所述螺纹轴9直径为10mm,其高度为35mm,螺纹轴9固定在换流器容槽8内,螺纹轴9顶部套有可滑动螺帽12,可滑动螺帽12壁厚度为1-2mm,高度为20mm,螺纹轴9上套有弹簧14和换流器转轴13,换流器转轴13与三片换流器叶片10固定连接,所述换流器叶片10长度为15mm。
所述弹簧14为金属材质,直径为11mm,自然状态下高度为30mm,压缩后最短长度为10mm。
所述螺纹轴9、可滑动螺帽12、换流器转轴13、换流器叶片10均为TPR塑料材质。
本发明的工作原理是:
行走过程中,当鞋腔内温度过高时,将单向导气阀门11打开,空气经单向导气阀门11进入到换流器容槽8内。脚后跟离地后,弹簧14恢复弹性形变,此时弹簧14达到最大伸长量30mm,向上推动换流器转轴13和可滑动螺帽12回到螺纹轴9最顶端。可滑动螺帽12此时呈悬空状态;当脚后跟落地,通过脚后跟对踏板4施加压力,压力传递至可滑动螺帽12并推动可滑动螺帽12向下移动,挤压换流器转轴13旋转下降,带动换流器叶片10旋转。此时弹簧14被压缩到最低点,其高度为10mm。如此反复,实现空气换流器18的运转,带动空气从换流器容槽8通过导气通道7进入导气槽6,再通过鞋垫15上的导气孔3进入鞋腔,从帮面导气窗1、帮面导气孔2排除。
当不需要给鞋腔降低温度的时候,关闭单向导气阀门11,鞋大底17内形成密闭空间,由于内部压强增大,即使给可滑动螺帽12施加压力,换流器转轴13也不能转动。

1.一种气动空调鞋,包括鞋垫(15)、鞋帮(16)、鞋大底(17),鞋帮(16)与鞋大底(17)连接,鞋垫(15)设置在鞋大底(17)上,其特征在于,所述鞋帮(16)上设有帮面导气窗(1),鞋帮(16)的侧面设有帮面导气孔(2);
所述鞋大底(17)的前掌设有多个导气槽(6),且多个导气槽(6)之间互相连通,鞋大底(17)的腰窝部位设有多个导气通道(7),鞋大底(17)的后跟部位设有换流器容槽(8),导气通道(7)的两端分别与导气槽(6)、换流器容槽(8)相连接,换流器容槽(8)内设有空气换流器(18),鞋大底(17)的侧面设有与换流器容槽(8)相连通的单向导气阀门(11);
所述鞋垫(15)上均匀分布有多个导气孔(3),鞋垫(15)的后跟部位设有踏板(4),踏板(4)与空气换流器(18)的可滑动螺帽(12)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动空调鞋,其特征在于,所述导气槽(6)内部设有透气小孔(19),透气小孔(19)和鞋垫(15)密闭粘合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动空调鞋,其特征在于,所述空气换流器(18)包括螺纹轴(9),螺纹轴(9)固定在换流器容槽(8)内,螺纹轴(9)顶部套有可滑动螺帽(12),螺纹轴(9)上套有弹簧(14)和换流器转轴(13),换流器转轴(13)与换流器叶片(10)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动空调鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋垫(15)下方粘合有减震层(5)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种气动空调鞋,其特征在于,所述减震层(5)为EVA材质,厚度为15mm。
