Abstract

本发明公开了一种高压电力互感器,包括基体、一个平面螺母、两套压爪组件和一个互感器;基体设有滑管和径向导向限位孔;各压爪位于相应一个径向导向限位孔中;平面螺母套设在基体滑管的外周壁上;平面螺母的两侧端各设有一个平面螺纹部,各平面螺纹部与邻接一套压爪组件适配;平面螺母外周壁上设有一定位凹槽,该互感器设置在定位凹槽中;平面螺母同步带动两套压爪组件中的各压爪向着滑管中心彼此靠近或远离。本发明易于安装使用。

一种高压电力互感器
技术领域
本发明属于高压电力技术领域,具体涉及一种高压电力互感器。
背景技术
高压互感器是适用于1kv至220kv电力系统中将大电压转换成小电压或将大电流转换成小电流以便于测量、保护、使用的互感器。
现有高压互感器多是电磁感应式互感器,工作原理与变压器相同,基本结构也是铁芯和原、副绕组。高压互感器的主要作用如下:把高电压转换成低电压,大电流转换成小电流,此后再供测量、控制、保护用。这样不但可以加大测量仪表从程,便于仪表标准化,降低控制、保护设备的电压和电流,而且使仪表与设备或高压电路隔开,保证仪表、设备和工作人员的安全。
现有高压互感器的安装方式多是采用法兰安装固定或者采用粘结方式固定,其安装位置一般需要预留,故使得高压互感器的应用推广受到较多限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种全新结构、安装牢度稳定可靠、有效防止松动的高压电力互感器。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种高压电力互感器,包括基体、一个平面螺母、两套压爪组件和一个互感器;基体设有滑管和设置在滑管上的径向导向限位孔;各压爪位于相应一个径向导向限位孔中,各压爪设有驱动螺纹部;平面螺母套设在基体滑管的外周壁上,两套压爪组件分居平面螺母的两侧;平面螺母的两侧端各设有一个平面螺纹部,各平面螺纹部与邻接一套压爪组件中各压爪的驱动螺纹部适配;平面螺母外周壁上设有一定位凹槽,该互感器设置在定位凹槽中;平面螺母带动其两侧端的两个平面螺纹部往复转动,进而同步带动两套压爪组件中的各压爪向着滑管中心彼此靠近或远离。
上述方案中,平面螺母在位于该定位凹槽两侧的外周壁上各设有一个拧转紧固部。
本发明具有积极的效果:(1)本发明的高压互感器由于自带压爪式锁紧机构,不需要预留安装位,易于安装,且具有较好的防松动效果,牢固强度较高且稳定可靠。(2)本发明通过一个平面螺母同步驱动两套压爪组件夹紧电力线缆,和通过传统的螺栓组件夹紧电力线缆相比,可以施加较大压力,且具有优异的防松动效果,有效保证长期工作的稳定可靠性。(3)本发明通过把线缆夹紧设置在基体滑管中心处,其重心分布较为合理,当用于高空架空电力线路上时,有利于减轻振动。(4)本发明采用两套压爪组件夹紧在同一线缆上,具有双保险的效果,即使其中一套在使用中出现问题,还有另一套保证其工作性能。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例是一种高压电力互感器,见图1至图5所示,包括基体1、一个平面螺母2、两套压爪组件3和一个互感器7;各套压爪组件包括三个压爪4;基体设有滑管11和设置在滑管上的径向导向限位孔12;径向导向限位孔沿基体滑管的径向贯穿滑管管壁;径向导向限位孔12位于基体滑管轴向上的两端边缘处;
径向导向限位孔12的数量和压爪4的数量相同,共六个,基体滑管轴向上的两端各设置三个径向导向限位孔,该三个径向导向限位孔用于和相应一套压爪组件3适配;各压爪位于相应一个径向导向限位孔12中,各压爪在径向导向限位孔的导向限位作用下沿基体滑管11的径向往复滑动;
平面螺母2的形状为环状,平面螺母套设在基体滑管11的外周壁上,并位于两套压爪组件3之间;
各压爪设有压板部41、沿基体滑管11径向延伸形成的导向滑块部43以及设置在导向滑块部上的驱动螺纹部44;驱动螺纹部44设置在导向滑块部邻接平面螺母的一侧端;压板部的内壁呈弧形,形成一弧形槽45,多个压爪的弧形槽围合形成一夹线孔5。外接线缆位于该夹线孔5中。
本实施例为了从绝缘电力线缆上接电,还在压板部内壁上设有多个穿刺42,具体来说,穿刺设置在各弧形槽的内壁上,各穿刺沿基体滑管11径向向内凸出。穿刺的存在,可以在不对绝缘电力线缆进行剥皮处理时,仍可有效接电。在具体实践中,如果要夹紧的是裸线,则可不设置穿刺。
本实施例中,各压爪是通过浇铸成型制成的一体件,各穿刺在浇铸成型时制成;在具体实践中,穿刺也可采用其它方式制成;例如在压板部的内壁上设有多个安装卡槽,然后把通过冲切制成的穿刺片嵌装在相应一个安装卡槽中,穿刺片包括安装部和刺刃部,安装部嵌装在安装卡槽中,刺刃部则露出安装卡槽形成穿刺。这种结构的好处是穿刺片可以采用和压爪不同的材料制成,尤其是选用和待夹线缆所用同种材料制成,有利于获得较佳电气性能。
平面螺母的内周壁是和基体滑管外周壁适配的光滑内壁,平面螺母的外周壁上设有紧固部21,平面螺母在沿基体滑管轴向上的两侧端各自设有一个平面螺纹部22,各平面螺纹部上设有阿基米德螺旋槽,各平面螺纹部则与邻接一套压爪组件中三个压爪的驱动螺纹部啮合适配;本实施例中平面螺母的紧固部21是设置在平面螺母外周壁上的外六角状紧固头,其拧转操作采用内六角扳手、活口扳手或呆扳手;在具体实践中,所述紧固部才可采用其它形状,例如采用均匀分布在平面螺母外周壁上的多个紧固槽,其拧转操作采用勾型扳手(俗称勾头扳手)。
本实施例中,各径向导向限位孔12包括矩形滑孔121和防脱滑孔122,矩形滑孔设置在基体滑管的边缘处,形成一缺口,防脱滑孔和矩形滑孔连通,防脱滑孔位于矩形滑孔的里侧,防脱滑孔和矩形滑孔组合形成T字形孔;
各压爪导向滑块部43设有位于矩形滑孔中的导向部431、位于防脱滑孔中的防脱部432以及位于基体滑管外侧的限位部433,各压爪的导向部431、防脱部432和限位部433组合形成的截面形状是工字形;各压爪的导向部431和防脱部432沿基体滑管的径向贯穿各压爪,各压爪的导向部431的内壁、防脱部432的内壁和压板部41的内壁上均设有多个穿刺;驱动螺纹部设置在防脱部邻接平面螺母的一侧端壁上,防脱部的形状和防脱滑孔适配;驱动螺纹部凸出设置在防脱部邻接平面螺母的一侧端壁上,从而使得驱动螺纹部不能移动至防脱滑孔中。
本实施例中,平面螺母一侧端的平面螺纹部的旋转方向是正向,另一侧端的平面螺纹部的旋转方向是反向,各压爪上的驱动螺纹的旋转方向是和与该压爪邻接的平面螺纹部适配的方向。这种结构使得平面螺母转动时,通过其两侧端的两个平面螺纹部,同步带动两套压爪组件实现夹紧或松开电缆。
本实施例中,互感器7为环形电压互感器;平面螺母外周壁上设有一定位凹槽,该互感器固定设置在定位凹槽中,平面螺母紧固部在位于该定位凹槽两侧的外周壁上各设有一个拧转紧固部;该电压互感器用于从所夹线缆上感应出较低的二次电压,用于为其它辅助设备例如摄像头、温度传感器、无线收发单元提供电能。
本实施例在进行夹线操作时,采用内六角扳手、活口扳手或呆扳手拧转平面螺母;平面螺母在往复转动中,带动其平面螺纹部往复转动,进而通过与其啮合适配的驱动螺纹部驱动同步带动两套压爪组件,由于各压爪在径向导向限位孔12的导向限位作用下只能沿着基体滑管的径向往复移动,从而使得各压爪的移动方式是向着滑管中心彼此靠近或远离,从而夹紧或松开位于夹线孔5中的电力线缆。
本实施例通过把线缆夹紧设置在高压互感器的轴向中心线处,其重心分布较为合理,当用于高空架空电力线路上时,有利于减轻振动;另外,本实施例通过平面螺纹部驱动压爪夹紧电力线缆,和通过传统的螺栓组件夹紧电力线缆相比,在防松动效果上尤为优异,有效保证长期工作的稳定可靠性。
本实施例中,两套压爪组件夹紧在同一线缆上,具有双保险的效果,即使其中一套在使用中出现问题,还有另一套保证其工作性能。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种高压电力互感器,其特征在于:包括基体、一个平面螺母、两套压爪组件和一个互感器;
基体设有滑管和设置在滑管上的径向导向限位孔;
各套压爪组件包括三个压爪,各压爪位于相应一个径向导向限位孔中,各压爪设有驱动螺纹部;各径向导向限位孔包括矩形滑孔和防脱滑孔,矩形滑孔设置在基体滑管的边缘处,形成一缺口,防脱滑孔和矩形滑孔连通,防脱滑孔和矩形滑孔组合形成T字形孔;各压爪在径向导向限位孔的导向限位作用下沿基体滑管的径向往复滑动;
平面螺母套设在基体滑管的外周壁上,两套压爪组件分居平面螺母的两侧;平面螺母的两侧端各设有一个平面螺纹部,各平面螺纹部与邻接一套压爪组件中各压爪的驱动螺纹部适配;
平面螺母外周壁上设有一定位凹槽,该互感器设置在定位凹槽中;平面螺母在位于该定位凹槽两侧的外周壁上各设有一个拧转紧固部;
各压爪还设有压板部和沿基体滑管径向延伸形成的导向滑块部;各压爪导向滑块部设有位于矩形滑孔中的导向部、位于防脱滑孔中的防脱部以及位于基体滑管外侧的限位部,驱动螺纹部设置在导向滑块部邻接平面螺母的一侧端;防脱部的形状和防脱滑孔适配,各压爪的导向部、防脱部和限位部组合形成的截面形状是工字形;
各压板部的内壁呈弧形,形成一弧形槽,各套压爪组件中的三个压爪的弧形槽围合形成一夹线孔,外接电力线缆位于该夹线孔中;各压板部内壁上设有多个用于从绝缘电力线缆上接电的穿刺,各穿刺沿基体滑管径向向内凸出;
平面螺母带动其两侧端的两个平面螺纹部往复转动,进而同步带动两套压爪组件中的各压爪向着滑管中心彼此靠近或远离。
