本发明公开了一种120℃电机引接引流电缆,它是由导体缆芯以及三层外保护层组成。三层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙烯绝缘层、铜塑镍带复合膜包带层以及镀银铜塑镍带复合聚乙烯护套层,所述导体缆芯设置有两组,两组挤包在聚全氟乙烯绝缘层内部,每组导体缆芯由四组镀银退火铝导体线芯、镀银镍带屏蔽层、丁腈绝缘层以及非磁性金属铠装层组成。该种电缆防水性强,引流效果好,最高工作温度达120℃,适合电机上使用,电缆最低敷设温度不低于-15℃。

本发明属于电缆领域,尤其涉及一种120℃电机引接引流电缆。
背景技术
电线电缆广泛用于各个领域,涉及人民生活、工业生产各个领域,目前,特别在工业设备上使用的电缆,质量要求特别高,现在有一种电机引接引流电缆,适合电机上使用或者其他发动机上使用。
发明内容
为了增加现有技术的实用性,本发明的目的是提供一种防水性强,引流效果好,最高工作温度达120℃的120℃电机引接引流电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种120℃电机引接引流电缆,它是由导体缆芯以及三层外保护层组成,三层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙烯绝缘层、铜塑镍带复合膜包带层以及镀银铜塑镍带复合聚乙烯护套层,所述导体缆芯设置有两组,两组挤包在聚全氟乙烯绝缘层内部,每组导体缆芯由四组镀银退火铝导体线芯、镀银镍带屏蔽层、丁腈绝缘层以及非磁性金属铠装层组成,四组镀银退火铝导体线芯均匀挤包在镀银镍带屏蔽层以及丁腈绝缘层之间,每组镀银退火铝导体线芯是由九根镀银退火铝导体、硅橡胶绝缘层、氯磺化聚乙烯护套层以及两根镀锡镍丝引流线,九根镀银退火铝导体以及两根镀锡镍丝引流线均匀挤包在硅橡胶绝缘层内部。
所述镀银退火铝导体的横截面直径长为0.8㎜。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:该种电缆防水性强,引流效果好,最高工作温度达120℃,适合电机上使用,电缆最低敷设温度不低于-15℃。

如图1所示,一种120℃电机引接引流电缆,它是由导体缆芯1以及三层外保护层组成,三层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙烯绝缘层2、铜塑镍带复合膜包带层3以及镀银铜塑镍带复合聚乙烯护套层4,所述导体缆芯1设置有两组,两组挤包在聚全氟乙烯绝缘层2内部,每组导体缆芯1由四组镀银退火铝导体线芯11、镀银镍带屏蔽层12、丁腈绝缘层13以及非磁性金属铠装层14组成,四组镀银退火铝导体线芯11均匀挤包在镀银镍带屏蔽层12以及丁腈绝缘层13之间,每组镀银退火铝导体线芯11是由九根镀银退火铝导体111、硅橡胶绝缘层112、氯磺化聚乙烯护套层113以及两根镀锡镍丝引流线114,九根镀银退火铝导体111以及两根镀锡镍丝引流线114均匀挤包在硅橡胶绝缘层112内部。
具体实施方式:所述镀银退火铝导体111的横截面直径长为0.8㎜。
聚全氟乙烯绝缘层2之外包裹一层铜塑镍带复合膜包带层3,所述铜塑镍带复合膜包带层3之外包裹一层镀银铜塑镍带复合聚乙烯护套层4。
镀银镍带屏蔽层12之外包裹一层丁腈绝缘层13,所述丁腈绝缘层13之外包裹一层非磁性金属铠装层14。
所述硅橡胶绝缘层112之外包裹一层氯磺化聚乙烯护套层113。

1.一种120℃电机引接引流电缆,它是由导体缆芯以及三层外保护层组成,其特征在于:三层外保护层由内而外依次为聚全氟乙烯绝缘层、铜塑镍带复合膜包带层以及镀银铜塑镍带复合聚乙烯护套层,所述导体缆芯设置有两组,两组挤包在聚全氟乙烯绝缘层内部,每组导体缆芯由四组镀银退火铝导体线芯、镀银镍带屏蔽层、丁腈绝缘层以及非磁性金属铠装层组成,四组镀银退火铝导体线芯均匀挤包在镀银镍带屏蔽层以及丁腈绝缘层之间,每组镀银退火铝导体线芯是由九根镀银退火铝导体、硅橡胶绝缘层、氯磺化聚乙烯护套层以及两根镀锡镍丝引流线,九根镀银退火铝导体以及两根镀锡镍丝引流线均匀挤包在硅橡胶绝缘层内部。
