本发明公开了一种陶瓷溯源釉下二维码标识的制备工艺,将物联网陶瓷溯源釉二维码标识贴到陶瓷坯胎表面下方,先经喷釉处理,再经1300~1400℃高温烧制成型。陶瓷溯源釉二维码标识贴是指对陶瓷产品的源数据信息通过物联网产品认证平台进行归集和追溯,并对产品源数据信息追溯的路由信息生成的二维码图纸。本发明针对陶瓷产品(创作)过程利用溯源技术,并用二维码技术把数据通过网络数据库进行展示,实现产品的追本溯源,让陶瓷产品在销售过程中全透明,并通过相关平台对产品的价值进行保值保价,还消费者以公平。

本发明涉及陶瓷与互联网结合领域,具体是一种陶瓷溯源釉下二维码标识的制备工艺。
背景技术
现有的陶瓷生产没有太多的国家标准来支撑整个行业的规范,所以导至陶瓷产品生产出来的差异化较大,质量相差较大,产品材质差异性也很多,消费者在购买产品的时候经常出现所购商品的性价比较差的情况。

本发明针对以上情况,提供一种陶瓷溯源釉二维码标识的制备工艺。

陶瓷溯源釉二维码标识贴是指对陶瓷产品的源数据信息通过物联网产品认证平台进行归集和追溯,并对产品源数据信息追溯的路由信息生成的二维码图纸。
陶瓷产品生产(创作)过程的数据记录,通过溯源技术对产品各个环节过程进行完整记录,并储存在网络数据库中。
生产(创作)出来的产品录入网络数据库中后,通过网络平台展示出来。
应用二维码生成软件编制与产品对应的二维码,选用适用于陶瓷釉中的材料和颜料印制标识。
利用二维码技术通过扫描后登入到网络平台进行查证,如若发现与产品情况不符,可以申请进行相关赔偿。
通过二维码扫描可以追溯陶瓷制品(艺术作品)的原材料、制作工艺、烧制工艺、制作人(或单位)的信息,以保证产品或作品的真实性,保护消费者和收藏人的利益。
本发明通过对接www.ciqi315.com平台,实现物联网陶瓷溯源功能,纳入互联网+陶瓷溯源系统。
