Claims (8)

1. A sleep method of an intelligent terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
judging whether the screen-on time of the intelligent terminal reaches the automatic dormancy duration of the screen, specifically: counting the duration that the intelligent terminal does not receive the operation instruction continuously, comparing the duration with the preset automatic screen dormancy duration, and judging that the automatic screen dormancy duration is reached if the duration is greater than or equal to the preset automatic screen dormancy duration;
when the screen-on time of the intelligent terminal reaches the automatic dormancy time of the screen, judging whether the intelligent terminal is in a non-use state;
when the intelligent terminal is in a non-use state, automatically closing a screen and entering a sleep mode;
wherein, the judging whether the intelligent terminal is in a non-use state specifically comprises:
judging whether the intelligent terminal is in an unlocking state or not;
when the intelligent terminal is in an unlocking state, detecting whether a frame of the intelligent terminal bears pressure or not;
when the frame of the intelligent terminal does not bear pressure, judging that the intelligent terminal is in a non-use state;
when the frame of the intelligent terminal bears pressure, continuously detecting the temperature of the frame of the intelligent terminal through a temperature sensor, and when the temperature of the frame of the intelligent terminal is within a preset temperature threshold range, judging that the intelligent terminal is in a use state and keeping a bright screen state, wherein the temperature threshold is a limit range corresponding to the body temperature of a human body;
after the intelligent terminal is judged to be in the use state and to be kept in the bright screen state, the method comprises the following steps:
judging whether the screen-on time of the intelligent terminal reaches the automatic screen dormancy duration or not;
when the screen-on time of the intelligent terminal reaches the automatic screen dormancy time, judging whether the intelligent terminal is in a non-use state again;
when the intelligent terminal is in a non-use state, a camera is started to detect whether a human face exists in front of the intelligent terminal;
when a face exists in front of the intelligent terminal, judging that the intelligent terminal is in a use state, and keeping a screen to be normally bright;
when no human face exists in front of the intelligent terminal, prompting a user to execute operation on the intelligent terminal within a limited time, and automatically closing a screen to enter a sleep mode when the user does not execute operation on the intelligent terminal within the limited time.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the intelligent terminal is in the screen locking state, the intelligent terminal is determined to be in the non-use state, and the screen is automatically closed to enter the sleep mode.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the detecting whether the frame of the intelligent terminal is stressed, the method comprises:
checking whether the running program exists in the foreground of the intelligent terminal or not so as to detect whether the frame of the intelligent terminal bears pressure or not when the running program exists in the foreground of the intelligent terminal, judging that the intelligent terminal is in a non-use state when the running program does not exist in the foreground of the intelligent terminal, automatically closing a screen, and entering a sleep mode.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein after each time the intelligent terminal is judged to reach the automatic sleep time of the screen, whether touch operation on the screen of the intelligent terminal or pressing operation on a key of the intelligent terminal exists is detected, if the touch operation or the pressing operation is detected, the screen-on state of the screen is kept, and the screen-on time is counted again.
5. An intelligent terminal dormancy device, its characterized in that, the device includes:
the first automatic screen dormancy duration comparison unit is used for judging whether the screen-on time of the intelligent terminal reaches the automatic screen dormancy duration, and specifically comprises the following steps: counting the duration that the intelligent terminal does not receive the operation instruction continuously, comparing the duration with the preset automatic screen dormancy duration, and judging that the automatic screen dormancy duration is reached if the duration is greater than or equal to the preset automatic screen dormancy duration;
the first intelligent terminal state judging unit is used for judging whether the intelligent terminal is in a non-use state or not when the screen-on time of the intelligent terminal reaches the automatic dormancy time of a screen;
the sleep mode starting unit is used for automatically closing the screen and entering a sleep mode when the intelligent terminal is in a non-use state;
wherein, the first intelligent terminal state judgment unit includes:
the unlocking state judging module is used for judging whether the intelligent terminal is in an unlocking state or not;
the frame stress detection module is used for detecting whether the frame of the intelligent terminal bears pressure or not when the intelligent terminal is in an unlocking state;
the non-use state judging module is used for judging that the intelligent terminal is in a non-use state when the frame of the intelligent terminal does not bear pressure;
the using state judging module is used for continuously detecting the temperature of the frame of the intelligent terminal through the temperature sensor when the frame of the intelligent terminal bears pressure, judging that the intelligent terminal is in a using state and keeping a screen-on state when the temperature of the frame of the intelligent terminal is in a preset temperature threshold range, wherein the temperature threshold is a limit range corresponding to the body temperature of a human body;
the second screen automatic sleeping time comparison unit is used for judging whether the screen-on time of the intelligent terminal reaches the screen automatic sleeping time again after the intelligent terminal is judged to be in the use state;
the second intelligent terminal state judging unit is used for judging whether the intelligent terminal is in a non-use state or not when the second screen automatic sleeping time comparing unit judges that the screen-on time of the intelligent terminal reaches the screen automatic sleeping time;
the camera starting unit is used for starting a camera to detect whether a human face exists in front of the intelligent terminal when the intelligent terminal is in a non-use state;
the intelligent terminal comprises a use state judging unit, a display unit and a display unit, wherein the use state judging unit is used for judging that the intelligent terminal is in a use state and keeping a screen to be normally bright when a human face exists in front of the intelligent terminal;
and the operation prompting unit is used for prompting a user to execute operation on the intelligent terminal within a limited time when no human face exists in front of the intelligent terminal, and automatically closing a screen to enter a sleep mode when the user does not execute operation on the intelligent terminal within the limited time.
