The heating pipe and tube communicating heat exchanger as recited in claim 1, wherein: a plurality of circular tube heating pipes (1) form an even number of heating pipes, and a heating inlet pipe connector III (7) and a heating outlet pipe connector IV (8) are welded on the pipe connector welding openings (9) of end closure plates (11) of side pipes at two sides of the plurality of circular tube heating pipes (1) at the same end; a cold water inlet pipe joint I (5) and a cold water outlet pipe joint II (6) are welded in pipe joint welding ports (9) at two sides of the multi-branch circular pipe heating pipe (1) at the same end to form a fluid parallel circulation heat transfer fluid counter-flow channel; or a plurality of round pipe heating pipes (1) form odd number; a central heating inlet pipe joint III (7) and a central heating outlet pipe joint IV (8) are welded on pipe joint welding openings (9) of pipe end closure plates (11) at two sides of a plurality of circular pipe heating pipes (1) at different ends; the cold water inlet pipe joint I (5) and the cold water outlet pipe joint II (6) are welded on pipe joint welding ports (9) at two sides of the multi-branch round pipe heating pipe (1) at different ends to form a fluid parallel circulation heat transfer fluid counter-flow channel.
