本发明公开了一种烤炉,包括机架,所述机架上的进料侧设有上料机构,机架的出料侧设有出料机构,机架内设有炉胆,炉胆内设有加热棒,该炉胆的中心区域设有圆形的烘烤腔,该烘烤腔内设有旋转轮,该旋转轮的侧壁设有空气对流孔,旋转轮上安装有用于放置物料的载物装置,烘烤腔下部设有缺口,烘烤腔下方设有物料传送机构,该物料传送机构一端与进料机构连通、另一端从烘烤腔的缺口下方延伸至出料机构。本发明采用圆形烘烤腔,有效降低加热功耗,节省电源,缩减整机长度,自动化程度高,减少二次污染,提高洁净度。

一种烤炉
技术领域
本发明涉及烘烤设备领域,具体地说是一种热风烤炉。
背景技术
热风烤炉适用于烘烤物品,广泛适用于电子、电机、通讯、电镀、塑料、五金化工、仪器、印刷、玻璃等的烘烤、烘干、回火、预热、定型等。
传统的热风烤箱,通常都是直线式结构,即整个烤箱的长度较长,一般都达10米左右甚至更长,导致空间大,点地面积多。通过内部设置发热装置对空气进行加热,加热的空气经循环风机送出,经风道对欲烘烤物件进行烘烤。这种传统的烤箱,由于距离长空间大,因此需要耗费较大的功耗才能达到烘烤效果,而且一次性能够加热的物件也较少。在操作时,一般用人力将待烘烤物搬运烤炉的传送带上,烘烤结束之后由人工移动烘烤物,自动化程度较低,无法实现更好的连续进料出料的目的,烘烤效率较低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种烤炉,空间及长度大幅减少,减少占地面积,增加场地使用率,能够有效起到节能减排的作用,能够一次性加热多个物料,热能利用率高,有效缩减整机长度。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种烤炉,包括机架,其特征在于,所述机架上的进料侧设有上料机构,机架的出料侧设有出料机构,机架内设有炉胆,炉胆内设有加热棒,该炉胆的中心区域设有圆形的烘烤腔,该烘烤腔内设有旋转轮,该旋转轮的侧壁设有空气对流孔,旋转轮上安装有用于放置物料的载物装置,烘烤腔下部设有缺口,烘烤腔下方设有物料传送机构,该物料传送机构一端与进料机构连通、另一端从烘烤腔的缺口下方延伸至出料机构。
所述炉胆的侧壁内设有回风通道,炉胆的侧壁上设有与回风通道连通的通风孔,机架的顶部设有排风口,回风通道与排风口连通。
所述炉胆的侧壁上设有保温层。
所述旋转轮上设有至少一个载物装置,该载物装置包括托板和连杆,该连杆一端与托板连接、另一端卡装在装在旋转轮上的轴承上。
所述上料机构包括上料机械手,该机械手安装在机架上且位于传送机构上方。
所述机架上还装设有送料升降机构,该升降机构包括升降气缸及与该升降气缸装接的支架,传送机构设在该支架上。
所述出料机构包括下料机械手,该下料机械手安装在机架上。
所述机架的出料侧装设有位于下料机械手上方的冷却风机,该冷却风机的出风口装设有风罩。
所述机架的进料侧设有前排废罩,该前排废罩位于机架与炉胆之间的区域。
本发明采用圆形烘烤腔,大幅减少整机空间及长度,减少占地面积,通过以旋转轮方式旋转,可以一次性烘烤多个物料,有效缩减整机长度,热能利用率高,功耗低,节能减排效果好。自动化度程度高,不用工人将物料送入烘烤腔中,减少因人工接触而产生的二次污染,提高洁净度。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如附图1和2所示,本发明揭示了一种烤炉,包括机架1,所述机架1上的进料侧设有上料机构,机架1的出料侧设有出料机构,机架1内设有炉胆12,该炉胆12的中心区域设有圆形的烘烤腔6,或者是圆弧形的隧道式烘烤腔,该烘烤腔6内设有旋转轮7,炉胆内设有加热棒,该加热棒位于旋转轮外部,该旋转轮7的侧壁设有空气对流孔71,旋转轮7上安装有用于放置物料的载物装置,烘烤腔6下部设有缺口,烘烤腔6下方设有物料传送机构16,该物料传送机构16一端与进料机构连通、另一端从烘烤腔的缺口下方延伸至出料机构。传送机构可以为传送带,该传送带通过齿轮并且通过电机带动,该传送带可为一整块,也可以为多根组合在一起,只要实现传送的功能即可,此为常识,在此不再对其进行详细赘述。旋转轮内的加热棒通过导线也电源连接,实现加热。加热棒进行加热使得烘烤腔内温度上升,热风从旋转轮的空气对流孔中流出,使得烘烤腔内热量均匀。
所述炉胆12的侧壁内设有回风通道,炉胆12的侧壁上设有与回风通道连通的通风孔13,该通风孔13设置有若干个,并且以优选以阵列形式分布,机架的顶部设有排风口,回风通道与排风口连通,可通过管道实现排风口与回风通道的连通。炉胆的侧壁上设有保温层,使得热风的热量不易散发,延长烘烤腔内的温度。而且通过回见通道及通风孔,使得热气在烘烤腔内形成流动,使得烘烤腔内的温度更加均匀。通风孔和空气对流孔可以为圆形、方形或者其他形状。
所述旋转轮上设有至少一个载物装置14,该载物装置14包括托板142和连杆141,该连杆一端与托板连接、另一端卡装在安装在旋转轮上的轴承15上。而且,在同一根轴承上,可同时安装多个吊篮,这样就能够同时放置多个物料。由于设置有多个载物装置,因此,在旋转轮转动的过程中,一组吊篮装上物料后,随着旋转轮的转动而上升,然后另一组吊篮则又下降到传送机构上。
上料机构包括上料机械手4,该上料机械手4安装在机架1上且位于传送机构16上方,该上料机械手4采用能够实现X轴和Y轴方向移动的常规机械手即可,并无特定要求。机架1上还装设有送料升降机构2,该升降机构2包括升降气缸21及与该升降气缸21装接的支架22,传送机构设在该支架上。当升降气缸驱动轴向上顶起时带动支架上升,升降气缸驱动轴缩回时则带动支架下降,从而带动传送机构一定程度的上升和下降从而进一步保证进料和出料的准确性。进料侧设有前排废罩,该前排废罩位于机架与炉胆之间的区域。
出料机构包括下料机械手11,该下料机械手11安装在机架1上。同样,该下料机械手11也是采用能够实现X轴和Y轴方向移动的常规机械手即可,并无特定要求。机架1的出料侧装设有位于下料机械手11上方的冷却风机10,该冷却风机10的出风口装设有风罩17,用于对物料进行冷却降温。
本发明中,启动电源,使旋转轮内的加热棒加热产生热风,该热风从旋转轮的空气对流孔中流出,随着时间的持续,热风充满整个烘烤腔。物料从进料机构中进入,上料机械手将已经放置有物料的料盘,当放满带物料的料盘后,送料升降机构启动,升降气缸带动传送机构上升使上料机械手上的带物料的料盘被拖带到传送机构上,该料盘随着传送机构的传送而被传输。旋转轮按照设定的时间间隔进行圆周转动,当物料被传输至烘烤腔的缺口下方时,旋转轮上的一组载物装置刚好运行到烘烤腔缺口处,从而使被传输到该烘烤腔缺口处的料盘较为轻易的被托起至吊篮上。然后旋转轮继续转动,位于吊篮上的物料被烘烤腔内的热风进行烘烤。随着旋转轮的持续转动,不断的有物料被托起在吊篮上。由于具有多组载物装置,因此可以同时对多个物料进行烘烤。此外,由于依靠旋转轮的转动,因此物料可以在烘烤腔内停留较长的时间,实现较为彻底的烘烤。料盘会在旋转轮上转动一圈,即被烧烤物料在旋转轮上旋转一圈。当再次转动到烘烤腔的缺口处时,被传送机构自身的惯性力而拖动到传送机构上,然后继续传送。出料机构中的下料机械手传送机构中夹取烘烤后的带物料的料盘,冷却风机吹出冷风对该物料进行冷却降温,最后将该冷却降温后的物料取出,完成对物料的烘烤。依此循环。在保证能够对多个物料进行烘烤的同时,又利用圆形烘烤腔的特点,使得物料在圆形烘烤腔内圆周转动烘烤,从而有效缩小整机的长度。
需要说明的是,以上所述仅是本发明较佳的实施例,并非是对本发明技术方案的限定,在不脱离本发明的创造构思的前提下,任何显而易见的替换均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种烤炉,包括机架,其特征在于,所述机架上的进料侧设有上料机构,机架的出料侧设有出料机构,机架内设有炉胆,炉胆内设有加热棒,该炉胆的中心区域设有圆形的烘烤腔,该烘烤腔内设有旋转轮,该旋转轮的侧壁设有空气对流孔,旋转轮上安装有用于放置物料的载物装置,烘烤腔下部设有缺口,烘烤腔下方设有物料传送机构,该物料传送机构一端与进料机构连通、另一端从烘烤腔的缺口下方延伸至出料机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烤炉,其特征在于,所述炉胆的侧壁内设有回风通道,炉胆的侧壁上设有与回风通道连通的通风孔,机架的顶部设有排风口,回风通道与排风口连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的烤炉,其特征在于,所述炉胆的侧壁上设有保温层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的烤炉,其特征在于,所述旋转轮上设有至少一个载物装置,该载物装置包括托板和连杆,该连杆一端与托板连接、另一端卡装在装在旋转轮上的轴承上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的烤炉,其特征在于,所述上料机构包括上料机械手,该机械手安装在机架上且位于传送机构上方。
6.根据权利要求5所述的烤炉,其特征在于,所述机架上还装设有送料升降机构,该升降机构包括升降气缸及与该升降气缸装接的支架,传送机构设在该支架上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的烤炉,其特征在于,所述出料机构包括下料机械手,该下料机械手安装在机架上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的烤炉,其特征在于,所述机架的出料侧装设有位于下料机械手上方的冷却风机,该冷却风机的出风口装设有风罩。
9.根据权利要求8所述的烤炉,其特征在于,所述机架的进料侧设有前排废罩,该前排废罩位于机架与炉胆之间的区域。
