Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于情报板和交通灯的智能补光的LED系统,包括多个透光镜,还包括设置在每个透光镜后方的LED灯单元,所述LED灯单元包括至少两个并联的LED灯珠,多个LED灯单元并联成并联系统单元或多个LED灯单元串联成串联系统单元,所述并联系统单元与恒流电源或稳流电路连接,所述串联系统单元与恒流电源或恒压直流电源或稳流电路连接。故有一个LED灯珠发生故障而不发光,LED灯单元通过的总电流不变或变化量非常微小,使得本应该通过发生故障的LED灯珠的电流分配给其他LED灯珠,令没有故障的LED灯珠变亮,故总发光量基本不变,实现智能补光功能的同时降低故障率。本发明用于LED情报板和交通灯。本发明用于LED情报板和交通灯。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于情报板和交通灯的智能补光的LED系统。
背景技术
由于LED灯珠寿命长、故障率低,故现有的交通灯,还有情报板,如广告显示屏、交通标志灯,大多使用LED灯珠作为信息显示来源,每个LED灯珠前面均设有一个透光镜,以实现光线的定向射出。LED灯珠一旦损坏,那么将导致损害的LED灯珠前面的透光镜没有光线射出。对于大型的LED情报板和交通灯,它包含大量的LED灯珠,故LED情报板和交通灯的故障几率比单个LED灯珠的故障率要大得多,同时这些灯珠往往是串联而成,一旦一个LED灯珠出现故障,会导致整行或整列的LED灯珠不发光。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可靠性高故障率低的对情报板和交通灯的可智能补光的LED系统。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:
一种用于情报板和交通灯的智能补光的LED系统,包括多个透光镜,还包括设置在每个透光镜后方的LED灯单元,所述LED灯单元包括至少两个并联的LED灯珠,多个LED灯单元并联成并联系统单元或多个LED灯单元串联成串联系统单元,所述并联系统单元与恒流电源或稳流电路连接,所述串联系统单元与恒流电源或恒压直流电源或稳流电路连接。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,还包括带有安装孔的基架,所述透光镜设在安装孔内。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所有透光镜一体成型为透光镜单元。
本发明的有益效果是:由于LED灯单元包括有至少两个LED灯珠,故就算有一个LED灯珠发生故障而不发光,与LED灯单元连接的恒流电源或恒压直流电源或稳流电路也会让LED灯单元提供的总电流不变或变化量非常的微小,使得本应该通过发生故障的LED灯珠的电流分配到其他LED灯珠上,令没有故障的LED灯珠变亮,使得LED灯单元发光量基本不变,实现智能补光功能的同时降低故障率。本发明用于LED情报板和交通灯。

以下将结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。显然,所描述的实施例只是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,基于本发明的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其他实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。另外,文中所提到的所有联接/连接关系,并非单指构件直接相接,而是指可根据具体实施情况,通过添加或减少联接辅件,来组成更优的联接结构。本发明中的各个技术特征,在不互相矛盾冲突的前提下可以交互组合。
参照图1,这是本发明实施例a1的LED灯单元结构,具体地:
一种用于情报板和交通灯的智能补光的LED系统,包括多个透光镜2,还包括设置在每个透光镜2后方的LED灯单元,所述LED灯单元包括两个并联的LED灯珠1,所述LED灯单元与通入不会因系统电阻值变化而变化的电流或通过LED灯单元的电流变化量极其微小。由于LED灯单元包括两个LED灯珠1,故就算有一个LED灯珠1发生故障而不发光,LED灯单元的总电流基本不变,使得本应该通过发生故障的LED灯珠1的电流分配到另一个LED灯珠1上,令没有故障的LED灯珠1变亮,让LED灯单元发光量基本不变,再经过透光镜2对LED灯单元的处理,实现智能补光功能的同时降低故障率,让人们难以发现该LED灯单元的某一个或多个灯珠不亮。
参照图2,这是本发明实施例a2,具体地:
一种用于情报板和交通灯的智能补光的LED系统,它包括九个透光镜2,还包括设置在每个透光镜2后方的LED灯单元,所述LED灯单元包括三个并联的LED灯珠1,所述透光镜2可将LED灯单元上所有的LED灯珠1发出的光线均匀的混合在一起,然后定向地射出,本实施例由三个LED灯单元串联成一个串联系统单元,本实施例有三个串联系统单元,所述三个系统单元并联,将本实施例的串联系统单元与恒流电源或用恒压供电的稳流电路连接,实现恒定电流的供电。
当然,如果串联系统单元上的LED灯单元足够多,可以将所有的串联系统单元并联或单独接入恒压直流电源,那么就算有多个位于不同的LED灯单元上的LED灯珠1发生故障而不发光,所在的串联系统单元的总电阻基本不变,故在通过串联系统单元的总电流基本不变,使得发生故障的LED灯单元通过的总电流基本不变,令所有的LED灯单元发光量基本不变。
对于大型的设备,如果将所有的LED灯单元串联成一个串联系统单元,那么电阻会变得非常大,使得串联系统单元所需的驱动电压也要对应的增大,然而由于安规和电源电压的限制,驱动电压不能无限增大。而且,这样加工和检修都非常困难,一旦出现焊接不良,则很难发现不良的焊接位置。故本实施例由三个串联系统单元并联连接而成,以便于加工和检修,也能灵活地适应不同的驱动电源或稳流电路。
为便于安装和维修,本实施例还包括带有安装孔的基架3,所述透光镜2设在安装孔内。
当然透光镜2可一体成型为透光镜单元,以方便加工和组装。
参照图3,这是本发明实施例a3,具体地:
它包含的九个LED灯单元先并联成并联系统单元,然后将所有的并联系统单元再串联在一起,因为实施例a3实际上包含了至少三个串联系统单元,故可以使用恒压直流电源或稳流电路或恒流电源给实施例a3供电,实现智能补光的功能。
以上对本发明的较佳实施方式进行了具体说明,但本发明并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出种种的等同变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于情报板和交通灯的智能补光的LED系统,包括多个透光镜(2),其特征在于:还包括设置在每个透光镜(2)后方的LED灯单元,所述LED灯单元包括至少两个并联的LED灯珠(1),多个LED灯单元并联成并联系统单元或多个LED灯单元串联成串联系统单元,所述并联系统单元与恒流电源或稳流电路连接,所述串联系统单元与恒流电源或恒压直流电源或稳流电路连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于情报板和交通灯的智能补光的LED系统,其特征在于:还包括带有安装孔的基架(3),所述透光镜(2)设在安装孔内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于情报板和交通灯的智能补光的LED系统,其特征在于:所有透光镜(2)一体成型为透光镜单元。
