Abstract

LED米泡灯由多边形柱体、LED灯片、固定螺丝、压板、控制器、连接线、底板、插针组成。多边形柱体采用金属框架结构,框架的中央为空心。LED灯片由平板LED灯和保护摸组成,LED灯片安置在多边形柱体的四周和顶端,由固定螺丝和压板固定在多边形柱体框架上面。控制器由整流电路和调节电路组成,控制器安置在底板上端;底板中穿过金属插针,底板上端插针与控制器输入端连接,底板下端插针为LED灯的电源插头;控制器输出端连接LED灯片。LED米泡灯分为普通灯与调色灯,普通灯为二脚,调色灯为多脚。多边形柱体、固定螺丝和压板采用金属材料作为散热片使用。LED米泡灯能替代现行的卤素米泡灯,节能环保,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及光源、灯泡类,具体是一种LED米泡灯。
背景技术
米泡灯在现行的光源灯泡中属常用品种,其大小如人的手指,形状有如米粒,故而称为米泡,其实为卤素灯泡,工作电压从数伏到二百二十伏,功率也从数瓦到上百瓦,如8V50W、110V100W、24V250W、220V50W等。为适应现行统称也都称之为米泡灯。米泡灯均采用插针式,二根圆柱形金属为灯泡的二极引线,插入灯座之中,卤素灯泡耗能大、使用寿命短,但生产工艺简单,故目前还是比较广泛的在日常生活与多种行业中使用。目前使用的米泡均为白色光的普通灯泡,无调色的米泡灯。
发明内容
卤素灯米泡耗能大,故产热必然多,加上米泡采用插针式的灯脚,使灯脚与灯座在通过大电流后,经氧化产生较大的电阻,接触电阻增大后,使其产热更加增多,氧化加快,接触电阻更加增大,故障率较高。如在医用手术无影灯有采用24V250W的米泡,其电流将大于10A,对灯脚与灯座的接触面产生多大的影响。LED灯有节能、环保等特点,逐渐成为新光源;LED灯从单个圆柱发光体(发光二极管),随着技术的进步,生产工艺的进展成平板式光源,也为替代卤素灯米泡提供可靠的技术支持。为了能使LED灯成为替代现行使用的卤素灯的米泡,LED米泡灯应采用现行米泡灯的结构,也就是说外形与米泡灯基本一致,同样采用插针式、柱形结构、四周发光。为扩大LED米泡灯的应用范围,利用LED灯的特性,可设计为可调色的LED米泡灯。LED米泡灯由多边形柱体、LED灯片、固定螺丝、压板、控制器、连接线、底板、插针组成。多边形柱体采用金属框架结构、金属框架的每边角处设螺丝孔、每个金属框架的外边为圆弧形、金属框架的中央为空心;LED灯片由平板LED灯和保护摸组成,LED灯片安置在多边形柱体的四周和顶端,由固定螺丝和压板固定在多边形柱体框架上面;固定螺丝和压板采用金属材料;每个LED灯片用连接线连接到控制器的输出端;控制器安置在底板上端;底板中的插针为金属材料,底板上端插针较短,与控制器的输入端连接,底板下端插针较长为LED灯的电源插头,LED米泡灯分为普通米泡与调色米泡,普通米泡采用二个插针,调色米泡采用多个插针,如四个或四个以上插针;控制器由整流电路和调节电路组成。

具体实施方式
根据LED米泡灯的功率大小,采用数量不等的LED个数,根据LED的个数确定多边形柱体(1)框架结构多边形的面数,常采用三角形或四边形。LED灯多边形柱体(1)采用金属为柱体材料,由金属材料构成灯柱的框架,金属框架的每边角处设螺丝孔、,每个金属框架的外边为圆弧形,金属框架的中央为空心。多边形柱体(1)有二个功能:1、为LED米泡灯的主体框架,用来安置LED灯片(2)和底板(6);2、金属材料为LED灯的散热器。多边形柱体(1)的框架结构,框架的每边角处的螺丝孔用来固定LED灯片(2)或底板(6),框架中心的空心体用来放置控制器(5)。
LED灯采用平板式LED灯,外加保护膜,组成LED灯片(2),每个LED灯片(2)每边和其安置多边形柱体(1)处框架上的螺丝孔对应有圆孔。LED灯的使用寿命有一个重要的因素——可靠的散热,为保证可靠的散热功能,也能保证LED灯的小体积,将灯体主框架和散热片并为一体,将每个LED灯片(2)用固定螺丝(4)固定到多边形柱体(1)的四周各个面及顶端面上,LED灯片(2)通过多边形柱体(1)的金属框架柱体进行散热,这样减少LED灯所必需的散热片。
米泡所对应的工作电压是不一样的,也分为直流和交流电压,并不能直接和LED的工作电压相配对。为适应不同工作电压的需要,控制器(5)由整流电路和调节电路组成。控制器(5)根据提供的工作电压转换成适合LED工作的电压,供给LED灯片(2)中LED灯的工作电压和电流;控制器(5)安置在底板(6)的上端。控制器(5)输出端用连接线(8)与各个LED灯片(2)连接,供给各个LED灯片(2)中每个LED灯工作电源。
插针(7)为圆柱形,采用金属材料,安装在底板(6)中,并穿透底板(6),底板(6)的下端插针(7)的长度较长,底板(6)上端较短,并连接控制器(5)输入端。对普通LED米泡来说,插针(7)的直径和二个插针(7)之间的距离与现行卤素灯米泡一致,作为灯泡的电源插头。对调色LED米泡来说,LED采用红光、黄光、绿光为基本光色,为做到可调色,三色光发生器分别连接到控制器(5)后,控制器(5)也应分别连接到外部电源,或三色光发生器分别直接连接到外部电源,故调色LED米泡灯,应最少有四个插针(7):红光的插针、黄光的插针、绿光的插针及共用的插针;如分别连接则应有六个插针(7),为配合其它专用设备的光源,调色LED米泡的插针(7)应符合其使用要求。
底板(6)为绝缘材料,同样用固定螺丝(4)固定在多边形柱体(1)底部框架上。
固定螺丝(4)作为固定LED灯片(2)的紧固件,同时也作为散热件,为增加散热能力;为更好的固定LED灯片(2)和进一步增加散热能力,在LED灯片(2)与固定螺丝(4)之间增加压板(3),压板(3)采用金属材料作为辅助散热片,固定螺丝(4)能起到传导和散热作用。在LED灯片(2)上的四周边加上长方形的金属压板(3),然后加盖固定螺丝(4)做固定。
LED米泡灯结构合理、不需要外加散热片、体积和现行的卤素灯米泡基本一致、节能环保,完全能代替现行的卤素灯米泡;调色LED米泡灯能适应特殊设备调色的需要。

Claims (1)

1.一种LED米泡灯,其特征是:由多边形柱体(1)、LED灯片(2)、压板(3)、固定螺丝(4)、控制器(5)、底板(6)、插针(7)、连接线(8)组成;LED灯片(2)由平板LED灯和保护膜组成;控制器(5)由整流电路和调节电路组成;多边形柱体(1)采用金属框架结构,金属框架的每边角处设螺丝孔,每个金属框架的外边为圆弧形,框架的中央为空心;LED灯片(2)安置在多边形柱体的四周和顶端,由固定螺丝(4)和压板(3)固定在多边形柱体框架上面;固定螺丝(4)和压板(3)采用金属材料,LED灯片(2)通过多边形柱体(1)的金属框架柱体进行散热,固定螺丝(4)作为固定LED灯片(2)的紧固件,同时也作为散热件,压板(3)作为辅助散热片,增加散热能力,减少LED灯所必需的散热片;控制器(5)安置在底板(6)上端;每个LED灯片(2)用连接线(8)连接到控制器(5)的输出端;底板(6)中穿过插针(7),插针(7)为金属材料,底板(6)上端插针(7)与控制器(5)输入端连接,底板(6)下端插针(7)为LED米泡灯的电源插头,底板(6)固定在多边形柱体(1)的底部;控制器(5)输出端连接每个LED灯;LED米泡灯为调色LED米泡灯,LED采用红光、黄光、绿光为基本光色,三色光发生器分别连接到控制器(5)后,控制器(5)连接到外部电源,或三色光发生器分别直接到外部电源,所述调色LED米泡灯 具有多个插针(7)。
