Abstract

本发明涉及深水油气钻井领域,提供一种分体式水下高压用液压控制加载作动器。该作动器由普通液压作动器、液压控制阀、密封壳体、连通管路、压力传感器、液压控制系统、测控线、液压管路及密封附件组成。液压控制阀安装在密封壳体内,与外界高压水环境隔离。普通液压作动器通过连通管路及密封壳体内的流道与液压控制阀连接,液压控制阀上测控线通过安装在密封壳体上的液压管路与液压控制系统连接,液压油路的进油口与回油口亦安装在密封壳体上,压力传感器通过液压管路与普通液压作动器连接后与液压控制系统连接。整个分体式液压控制加载作动器可以置于高液压环境下工作,并能有效地实现压力的输出与反馈调节。

一种分体式水下高压用液压控制加载作动器
技术领域
本发明涉及深水油气钻井领域,提供一种分体式水下高压用液压控制加载作动器。
背景技术
随着海洋钻井技术的不断进步,深水及超深水钻井越来越引起人们的重视。深水钻完井作业是进行海上油气勘探开发的主要组成部分,直接关系到深水油气勘探开发的成败。在深水钻完井作业过程中需要用到大量的管柱,比如导管、隔水管钻杆柱、套管、海底管线及各种生产管柱。这些管柱在服役过程中会承受来自复杂海洋环境载荷及作业载荷的双重影响,产生复杂的力学行为。因此,如何保证这些管柱的服役安全便成为了进行海上油气勘探开发的首要考虑问题。以隔水管而言,在深水钻井过程中会受到来自海洋波浪流、钻井平台偏移、顶部张紧器拉力、平台升沉运动、钻柱碰撞、水下防喷器拉力等一系列载荷,可能产生疲劳、断裂、挤毁等不同的失效形式,力学行为极其复杂。为保证其安全服役,除了对其进行力学分析、数值模拟以外,对隔水管试件进行实验模拟研究、以获得其在各种外载荷作用下的力学行为,对于确保隔水管强度安全、疲劳寿命等具有重要意义。上述管柱在服役过程中普遍受到内压、外压、轴向拉压及横向作用力,在进行模拟实验过程中内压及横向载荷相对容易施加,如果要施加外压与横向力,就需要将隔水管置于高压加载腔内,由于隔水管尺寸较大,采用常规的液压控制加载作动器加载横向力的话,就需要巨大的高压加载腔,对实验装备提出了巨大的挑战。如果将液压加载作动器与控制阀采用分体形式,便可大大降低对高压加载腔的要求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种分体式水下高压用液压控制加载作动器。该作动器由普通液压作动器、液压控制阀、密封壳体、连通管路、压力传感器、液压控制系统、测控线、液压管路及密封附件组成。
本发明中液压控制阀安装在密封壳体内,与外界高压水环境隔离。
本发明中普通液压作动器通过连通管路及密封壳体内的流道与液压控制阀连接,液压控制阀上测控线通过安装在密封壳体上的液压管路与液压控制系统连接。
本发明中液压油路的进油口与回油口安装在密封壳体上。
本发明中压力传感器通过液压管路与普通液压作动器连接后与液压控制系统连接。
本发明中整个分体式液压控制加载作动器可以置于高液压环境下工作,并能有效地实现压力的输出与反馈调节。

具体实施方式
(1)将液压控制阀11连接在密封壳体端盖12上,并用连接螺钉7将整个密封壳体6连接;
(2)将液压控制阀测试线管接头10安装在密封壳体端盖12上,并将液压控制阀测试线9穿出液压控制阀测试线管接头10后与液压控制系统8连接;
(3)将作动器回油管3连接作动器回油管接头2与密封壳体回油口连接螺栓4,并将密封壳体回油口连接螺栓4连接在密封壳体端盖12上;
(4)将作动器进油管15连接密封壳体进油口连接螺栓13与作动器进油管接头16,并将密封壳体进油口连接螺栓13固定在密封壳体端盖12上;
(5)将密封壳体进油管接头5与密封壳体回油管接头14连接液压管路
(6)将压力传感器19通过压力传感器测试线18与压力传感器管接头17连接在普通液压作动器1上;
(7)将压力传感器19连接在液压控制系统8上;
(8)液压加载过程中液压控制系统8实时计算所输出的液压力,并将信号传递给液压控制阀11,液压控制阀11通过调节后将液压力输出给普通液压作动器1。

Claims (3)

1.一种分体式水下高压用液压控制加载作动器,所述液压控制加载作动器主要由普通液压作动器、液压控制阀、密封壳体、连通管路、压力传感器、液压控制系统、测控线、液压管路及密封附件组成;
其特征在于:液压控制阀安装在密封壳体内,液压控制阀上测控线通过安装在密封壳体上的液压管路与液压控制系统连接;所述普通液压作动器通过连通管路及密封壳体内的流道与液压控制阀连接,所述压力传感器通过液压管路与普通液压作动器连接后与液压控制系统连接。
2.如权利要求1所述一种分体式水下高压用液压控制加载作动器,其特征在于:连通管路上的连接螺栓开有中心孔,同时起到固定密封与提供流体通道的作用。
3.如权利要求1所述一种分体式水下高压用液压控制加载作动器,其特征在于:液压油路的进油口与回油口安装在密封壳体上,所述进油口与回油口与普通液压作动器连通。
