Abstract
本发明公开了一种可发光的外墙保温装饰板,包括板体,板体位于装饰侧设有透明防护层,透明防护层与板体间的端面喷涂有发光漆涂层,板体位于保温侧开设有用于放置保温层的安装槽,位于安装槽的两侧设有相配合的挂柱和锚固板,挂柱的上端设有挡块,位于挡块下方柱体的两侧开设有滑槽,锚固板呈L型,一端板上设有挡块配合的缺以及与滑槽配合的滑柱,另一端板上开设有若干锚固孔。本发明通过在喷涂的发光漆涂层外部设置透明防护层,能够有效防止发光漆涂层被腐蚀而脱落;通过将保温层安放在设于板体内部的安装槽中,一方面有效解决传统保温层容易和面板层脱离的问题,另一方面有效对保温层端侧进行防水保护。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种可发光的外墙保温装饰板。
背景技术
外墙保温装饰板是近几年研发的新型建筑外墙装饰保温一体化材料,主要应用于体育馆、图书馆、学校和医院的办公楼、别墅等各种建筑的外墙装饰和节能改造。
现有的外墙保温装饰板为了增加美观效果,常在表面喷涂有发光漆涂层,在夜晚具有较好的美观装饰效果。但是这种可发光的外墙保温装饰板在使用过程中存在一些问题,一是表面喷涂的发光漆涂层容易被腐蚀而脱落,二是用于隔热的保温层容易和面板层脱离,且端侧防水效果较差,易被进水侵蚀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种可发光的外墙保温装饰板。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种可发光的外墙保温装饰板,包括板体,所述板体远离外墙侧为装饰侧,靠近外墙侧为保温侧,所述板体位于装饰侧设有透明防护层,所述透明防护层与板体间的端面喷涂有发光漆涂层,所述板体位于保温侧开设有用于放置保温层的安装槽,所述板体位于安装槽的两侧设有相配合的挂柱和锚固板,所述挂柱的上端设有挡块,位于挡块下方柱体的两侧开设有滑槽,所述锚固板呈L型,一端板上设有挡块配合的缺以及与滑槽配合的滑柱,另一端板上开设有若干锚固孔。
进一步的,所述透明防护层是由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材料制成的。
进一步的,所述发光漆涂层是由荧光粉和胶黏剂混合而成。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过在喷涂的发光漆涂层外部设置透明防护层,能够有效防止发光漆涂层被腐蚀而脱落。
2、通过将保温层安放在设于板体内部的安装槽中,一方面有效解决传统保温层容易和面板层脱离的问题,另一方面有效对保温层端侧进行防水保护。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
本实施例所述的可发光的外墙保温装饰板,如图1和2所示,包括板体3,所述板体3远离外墙侧为装饰侧,靠近外墙侧为保温侧,所述板体3位于装饰侧设有透明防护层1,所述透明防护层1与板体3间的端面喷涂有发光漆涂层2,所述板体3位于保温侧开设有用于放置保温层5的安装槽31,所述板体3位于安装槽31的两侧设有相配合的挂柱4和锚固板6,所述挂柱4的上端设有挡块41,位于挡块41下方柱体的两侧开设有滑槽42,所述锚固板6呈L型,一端板上设有挡块41配合的缺口61以及与滑槽42配合的滑柱,另一端板上开设有若干锚固孔62。
进一步的,所述透明防护层1是由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材料制成的。
进一步的,所述发光漆涂层2是由荧光粉和胶黏剂混合而成。
本发明的工作原理为:
通过在喷涂的发光漆涂层2外部设置透明防护层1,能够有效防止发光漆涂层被腐蚀而脱落。通过将保温层5安放在设于板体3内部的安装槽31中,一方面有效解决传统保温层5容易和面板层脱离的问题,另一方面有效对保温层5端侧进行防水保护。另外,通过挂柱4和锚固板6的配合,便于固定本发明提供的外墙保温装饰板。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种可发光的外墙保温装饰板,包括板体(3),所述板体(3)远离外墙侧为装饰侧,靠近外墙侧为保温侧,其特征在于:所述板体(3)位于装饰侧设有透明防护层(1),所述透明防护层(1)与板体(3)间的端面喷涂有发光漆涂层(2),所述板体(3)位于保温侧开设有用于放置保温层(5)的安装槽(31),所述板体(3)位于安装槽(31)的两侧设有相配合的挂柱(4)和锚固板(6),所述挂柱(4)的上端设有挡块(41),位于挡块(41)下方柱体的两侧开设有滑槽(42),所述锚固板(6)呈L型,一端板上设有挡块(41)配合的缺口(61)以及与滑槽(42)配合的滑柱,另一端板上开设有若干锚固孔(62)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可发光的外墙保温装饰板,其特征在于:所述透明防护层(1)是由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材料制成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可发光的外墙保温装饰板,其特征在于:所述发光漆涂层(2)是由荧光粉和胶黏剂混合而成。
