背景技术
为了让驾驶者和乘客能从车外进入车内,从车内回到车外,所以有了车门。为了把车门和车身连接起来,并使得车门可以开户,所以有了车门铰链。车门的力学性能和使用性能直接影响着生产成本和安全性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高强度合金汽车车门,车门的致密性好,合格率高,节约了产品用料,提高了产品的使用寿命。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种高强度合金汽车车门,该车门的浇注铁水中各化学成分重量百分比为:0.36%≤C≤0.42%,0.45≤Si≤0.65%,0.66≤Mn≤0.73%,0.21≤Mo≤0.28%,0.003≤P≤0.008%,0.006≤S≤0.012%,0.04%≤W≤0.08%,1.5%≤Cr≤1.8%,0.002≤B≤0.006%,0.01≤Zn≤0.03%,0.16≤Nb≤0.23%,余量为铁,以及不可避免的杂质。
该车门的浇注铁水中各化学成分重量百分比为:0.38%≤C≤0.40%,0.5≤Si≤0.6%,0.68≤Mn≤0.71%,0.24≤Mo≤0.25%,0.005≤P≤0.006%,0.008≤S≤0.01%,0.05%≤W≤0.07%,1.6%≤Cr≤1.7%,0.003≤B≤0.005%,0.015≤Zn≤0.025%,0.18≤Nb≤0.21%,余量为铁,以及不可避免的杂质。
