本发明涉及锯片铣刀加工用磨削液。
背景技术
在刀具进行磨削加工过程中,在对刀具进行砂轮磨削的时候,通常会使用磨削液。而传统的磨削液大多不易保存、使用周期短,且容易造成环境污染和人体伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锯片铣刀加工用磨削液,有较好的润滑、降温、防锈和清洗的效果,且使用周期长。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种锯片铣刀加工用磨削液,由以下多种原料混合而成:
1~2质量份聚丙二醇,1.7质量份石油磺酸盐,2.4质量份氢氧化钠,3.5质量份六次甲基四胺,1.9质量份亚甲基二萘磺酸钠,4.5质量份苯骈三氮唑,2.9质量份西吡氯铵,1.7质量份异亚丙基甘油,58质量份去离子水。
