Background
Due to maintenance or other needs, a large-sized closed container (tank, tower, pipeline) can be provided with a hole for people or materials to enter and exit, namely a manhole, the manhole is convenient for workers to enter and exit the container for inspection and maintenance, and when the environment in the container is not suitable for the workers to operate, the manhole cover needs to be opened first to wait for the environment in the container to be improved. However, when the manhole cover is opened, other workers may mistakenly enter the manhole to cause unnecessary injuries such as suffocation. Warning devices are commonly provided around manholes in engineering practice to indicate to other workers that access to the manhole is prohibited. However, the existing manhole warning device only plays a role of warning, and cannot play a role of closing the manhole.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a manhole sealer to warn workers and close manholes.
The invention provides a manhole sealer which comprises a warning board, a supporting rod, a hook-shaped clamping part and a locking part, wherein the warning board is movably connected with the supporting rod, one end of the hook-shaped clamping part is hinged with one end of the supporting rod, and the other end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected with the locking part.
Furthermore, the locking part comprises an upper locking column and a lock, the upper locking column is fixedly connected with the other end of the supporting rod, and a locking hole is formed in the upper locking column.
Furthermore, a plurality of lockholes are arranged on the upper locking column at equal intervals.
Furthermore, the support rod comprises a static rod and a moving rod, the moving rod can stretch and retract relative to the static rod, one end of the hook-shaped clamping part is hinged with the tail end of the static rod, and the upper lock column is fixedly connected with the tail end of the moving rod; or one end of the hook-shaped clamping part is hinged with the tail end of the moving rod, and the upper lock column is fixedly connected with the tail end of the static rod.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a manhole closure including a warning plate 41, a support rod, a hook-shaped engaging portion 2, and a locking portion. The other end of the hook-shaped engaging portion 2 is engageable with a bolt hole 51 of the manhole flange 5, and the upper lock cylinder 3 is insertable into the bolt hole 51 of the manhole flange 5. The upper lock column 3 is provided with a plurality of lock holes 31 at equal intervals, and the manhole closure can be locked to the manhole flange 5 by hooking the locks to the lock holes 31 while engaging the bolt holes 51 with the hook-shaped engaging portions. The equidistant plurality of locking holes 31 ensures that the manhole closure is suitable for a plurality of series of manhole flanges 5 of different thickness. As shown in fig. 2, the plane of the end of the other end of the hook-shaped clamping part 2 is lower than the plane of the support rod but the distance between the end of the other end of the hook-shaped clamping part and the lower end surface of the support rod is less than the thickness of the manhole flange, i.e. d1< d 2; alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the plane of the end of the other end of the hook-shaped engaging portion 2 is higher than the lower end surface of the support rod. Of course, the hook-shaped engaging portion 2 may be deformed in various ways to engage the hook-shaped engaging portion 2 with the bolt hole 51, and will not be described in detail herein. In this way, the hook-shaped clamping part 2 and the locking part are clamped and locked with the manhole flange 5, so that the hook-shaped clamping part 2 cannot be easily detached from the bolt hole 51 by other people without opening the locking part in the use process of the manhole closure.
In the use process of the manhole closure device, the hook-shaped clamping part 2 is clamped in the bolt hole 51 of the manhole flange 5, then the support rod is rotated and extended through the relative displacement of the static rod 11 and the movable rod 12, the upper locking column 3 is clamped in the bolt hole 51 on the other side of the manhole flange 5, the warning board 41 is adjusted in the process, so that the warning board 41 is located at the central position of the manhole, the adjusting screw 43 is screwed, the lock is hung on the lock hole 31, and the manhole closure device can be locked on the manhole flange 5, so that the purposes of warning workers and closing the manhole are achieved.
