Abstract

本发明提供一种结构简单、成本低廉且能够将多余挤出的护肤品进行回收的液体挤出可回收装置,其用于盛放护肤液的瓶身、设置于瓶身顶端出口处的压泵座、设置于该压泵座上并通过其上的压泵座孔竖直进入到瓶身内腔的压泵、竖直套装于压泵座内腔并与位于下方的所述压泵上的活塞管相接触抵触的出液压盖、设置于瓶身内腔并与所述压泵形成真空腔的活塞、卡紧在瓶身底部的瓶底盖、套装在出液压盖顶端上的出液盖、设置于出液盖与出液压盖之间的出液硅胶、卡紧连接于出液压盖内腔底端上的回液盖以及设置于回液盖和出液压盖之间的回液硅胶;可以使得消费者在使用上述护肤仪后,当其在向外挤压护肤品的过程中,可自动对多余挤出的液体进行回收。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤装置技术领域,尤其涉及到一种液体挤出可回收装置。
背景技术
随着生活节奏的加快,美容和保养已成为一种时尚,越来越受到人们的青睐。而目前市场上的护肤仪,一般普遍存在体积庞大,价格昂贵,不能很好的实现普通消费者的护肤需求。此外,现有的护肤仪在使用时,由于消费者每次在挤压护肤品的过程中,对其所挤出的护肤品用量以及劲道往往很难把握,进而导致挤出的护肤品量过多,而过多挤出的护肤品量又无法回收,从而导致护肤品的浪费。有鉴于此,对于如何寻找到一种结构简单、成本低廉且可以对多余挤出的护肤品能够进行回收的护肤仪结构就显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、成本低廉且能够将多余挤出的护肤品进行回收的液体挤出可回收装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种液体挤出可回收装置,其特征在于:包括用于盛放护肤液的瓶身、设置于所述瓶身顶端出口处的压泵座、设置于该压泵座上并通过其上的压泵座孔竖直进入到所述瓶身内腔的压泵、竖直套装于所述压泵座内腔并与位于下方的所述压泵上的活塞管相接触抵触的出液压盖、设置于所述瓶身内腔并与所述压泵形成真空腔的活塞、卡紧在所述瓶身底部的瓶底盖、套装在所述出液压盖顶端上的出液盖、设置于所述出液盖与出液压盖之间的出液硅胶、卡紧连接于所述出液压盖内腔底端上的回液盖以及设置于所述回液盖和出液压盖之间的回液硅胶,其中所述出液压盖可沿着所述压泵座内腔竖直升降移动,形成行程腔体,所述出液盖顶端开设有出液孔,所述出液硅胶其上开设有便于液体挤出和回收的出液缝,所述出液压盖上设置有液体流动的液体通道以及出液体孔,所述回液盖上开设有便于回液硅胶变形恢复的安装孔,所述压泵座上设置有用于挤压所述回液硅胶变形的顶针,所述瓶底盖其上设置有通气孔。
优选地,位于所述出液盖上的出液孔呈十字开口型。
本方案通过采用包括用于盛放护肤液的瓶身、设置于所述瓶身顶端出口处的压泵座、设置于该压泵座上并通过其上的压泵座孔竖直进入到所述瓶身内腔的压泵、竖直套装于所述压泵座内腔并与位于下方的所述压泵上的活塞管相接触抵触的出液压盖、设置于所述瓶身内腔并与所述压泵形成真空腔的活塞、卡紧在所述瓶身底部的瓶底盖、套装在所述出液压盖顶端上的出液盖、设置于所述出液盖与出液压盖之间的出液硅胶、卡紧连接于所述出液压盖内腔底端上的回液盖以及设置于所述回液盖和出液压盖之间的回液硅胶的结构形式,可以使得消费者在使用上述护肤仪后,当其在向外挤压护肤品的过程中,即当出液压盖下降到一定高度时,在压泵座上的顶针的作用下,顶针向内挤压回液硅胶,液体从出液口挤出,待顶针脱离回液硅胶后,回液硅胶在自身弹性特质下恢复原形,进而将残留的液体吸回。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
参见附图1至3所示,本实施例所述的一种液体挤出可回收装置,其包括用于盛放护肤液的瓶身8、设置在瓶身8顶端出口处的压泵座6、设置于该压泵座6上并通过其上的压泵座孔竖直进入到瓶身8内腔的压泵7、竖直套装在压泵座6内腔并与位于下方的压泵7上的活塞管相接触抵触的出液压盖3、设置在瓶身8内腔并与压泵7形成真空腔的活塞9、卡紧在瓶身8底部的瓶底盖10、套装在出液压盖3顶端上的出液盖1、设置在出液盖1与出液压盖3之间的出液硅胶2、卡紧连接在出液压盖3内腔底端上的回液盖5以及设置在回液盖5和出液压盖3之间的回液硅胶4,其中出液压盖3可沿着压泵座6内腔竖直升降移动,形成行程腔体,出液盖1顶端开设有出液孔,出液硅胶2其上开设有便于液体挤出和回收的出液缝,出液压盖3上设置有液体流动的液体通道以及出液体孔,回液盖5上开设有便于回液硅胶变形恢复的安装孔,压泵座6上设置有用于挤压回液硅胶4变形的顶针601,瓶底盖10其上设置有通气孔。此外,需要说明的是,上述活塞9其在工作过程中,其自身位置会伴随着瓶身8内部的液体存储量不同而对应不同。
优选地,位于出液盖1上的出液孔呈十字开口型。
工作时,当消费者挤压出液压盖3,出液压盖3下降到一定高度时,在压泵座6上的顶针601的作用下,顶针601向内挤压回液硅胶4,液体从出液口挤出,待顶针601脱离回液硅胶4后,回液硅胶4在自身弹性特质下恢复原形,进而将残留的液体吸回,从而保证无液体浪费现象的发生。

1.一种液体挤出可回收装置,其特征在于:包括用于盛放护肤液的瓶身(8)、设置于所述瓶身(8)顶端出口处的压泵座(6)、设置于该压泵座(6)上并通过其上的压泵座孔竖直进入到所述瓶身(8)内腔的压泵(7)、竖直套装于所述压泵座(6)内腔并与位于下方的所述压泵(7)上的活塞管相接触抵触的出液压盖(3)、设置于所述瓶身(8)内腔并与所述压泵(7)形成真空腔的活塞(9)、卡紧在所述瓶身(8)底部的瓶底盖(10)、套装在所述出液压盖(3)顶端上的出液盖(1)、设置于所述出液盖(1)与出液压盖(3)之间的出液硅胶(2)、卡紧连接于所述出液压盖(3)内腔底端上的回液盖(5)以及设置于所述回液盖(5)和出液压盖(3)之间的回液硅胶(4),其中所述出液压盖(3)可沿着所述压泵座(6)内腔竖直升降移动,形成行程腔体,所述出液盖(1)顶端开设有出液孔,所述出液硅胶(2)其上开设有便于液体挤出和回收的出液缝,所述出液压盖(3)上设置有液体流动的液体通道以及出液体孔,所述回液盖(5)上开设有便于回液硅胶变形恢复的安装孔,所述压泵座(6)上设置有用于挤压所述回液硅胶(4)变形的顶针(601),所述瓶底盖(10)其上设置有通气孔。
