一种杯体水清洗装置
技术领域
本发明涉及五金设备领域，特别是涉及一种杯体水清洗装置。
背景技术
杯架是一种比较常见的家用五金配件，其主要作用是用于放置杯子，以避免其遭受碰撞或者损伤。普通的杯架主要用于杯子的放置，让其自动晾干，在需要使用杯子的时候，在将杯子从杯架上取下。但是杯架只是用于放置杯子，对于杯子的清洁起不到至关重要的作用，通常我们洗刷杯子都是用手单个洗刷，对于需用杯子较多的会议室、小型餐厅每次需要洗刷几十个甚至上百个杯子，单纯手工洗刷费时费力。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种杯体水清洗装置，其设计合理，结构简单，解决了人工清洗杯子效率低下而且清洁不干净的问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是提供一种杯体水清洗装置，包括外壳、转动座、支撑柱和滚筒刷；所述外壳的底部设有底座、所述底座上设有凹陷区；所述转动座固定于凹陷区内；所述转动座上竖直设有所述支撑柱；在底座的上表面上还设有所述滚筒刷；所述滚筒刷竖直固定；所述底座内设有驱动所述滚筒刷的电机；所述滚筒刷设有两个；所述支撑柱位于两个滚筒刷之间；所述转动座上还设有多个竖直向上喷洒的水喷头；所述水喷头分布在所述支撑柱的周围；所述转动座内部设有连接所述水喷头的管道。
优选的是，所述滚筒刷的表面设有毛刷；所述支撑柱的顶部设有橡胶质地的支撑头；所述水喷头的个数至少为三个。
优选的是，所述外壳至少设有一个开口；所述外壳的竖直棱边均设有倒圆角。
本发明的有益效果是：提供一种杯体水清洗装置，其结构合理，操作简单，通过相互滚动的滚筒刷和水喷头可以有效的将杯子进行清理，清洗效率得到大幅度提升，而且结构简单，便于制备，适合广泛运用。

一种杯体水清洗装置，包括外壳1、转动座2、支撑柱3和滚筒刷4；所述外壳1的底部设有底座5、所述底座5上设有凹陷区6；所述转动座2固定于凹陷区6内；所述转动座2上竖直设有所述支撑柱3；在底座5的上表面上还设有所述滚筒刷4；所述滚筒刷4竖直固定；所述底座5内设有驱动所述滚筒刷4的电机7；所述滚筒刷4设有两个；所述支撑柱3位于两个滚筒刷4之间；所述转动座2上还设有多个竖直向上喷洒的水喷头9；所述水喷头9分布在所述支撑柱3的周围；所述转动座2内部设有连接所述水喷头9的管道。所述滚筒刷的表面设有毛刷；所述支撑柱3的顶部设有橡胶质地的支撑头8；所述水喷头9的个数至少为三个。所述外壳1至少设有一个开口；所述外壳1的竖直棱边均设有倒圆角。工作时，将杯子倒置在所述支撑柱的顶部，支撑柱上的支撑头可以防止杯子倾斜，电机驱动滚筒刷转动，就可以将杯壁清理干净，同时水喷头从下向上用高压水冲洗，进一步的提高清洁。该自调式落水口，其结构合理，操作简单，通过相互滚动的滚筒刷和水喷头可以有效的将杯子进行清理，清洗效率得到大幅度提升，而且结构简单，便于制备，适合广泛运用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种杯体水清洗装置，其特征在于：所述滚筒刷的表面设有毛刷；所述支撑柱的顶部设有橡胶质地的支撑头；所述水喷头的个数至少为三个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自调试落水口，其特征在于：所述外壳至少设有一个开口；所述外壳的竖直棱边均设有倒圆角。
