The invention relates to the field of fire fighting equipment, in particular to a fire monitor.
Background
The fire-fighting water cannon is a fire-extinguishing equipment using water as medium to extinguish fire remotely, and it converts the energy of pressure water, and sprays it from the water outlet of the cannon head at a high speed to form water jet, so as to extinguish the fire out of a certain distance. Along with the enhancement of fire prevention consciousness, the facility construction of present fire water monitor is more and more common, all installs the fire water monitor head on every fire water monitor's the big gun muzzle, but among the prior art, the big gun head of fire water monitor is installed, is dismantled loaded down with trivial details, and fixed effect is not good, the time of greatly having wasted.
Therefore, the invention provides a fire monitor which can be used for conveniently, effectively and stably mounting a monitor head in the using process.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the prior art, the invention aims to solve the problems that the installation and the disassembly of the fire monitor head are complicated and the fixing effect of the monitor head is poor in the prior art, thereby providing the fire monitor which can install the monitor head very conveniently, effectively and stably in the using process.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a fire monitor, wherein the fire monitor comprises: the fire monitor comprises a monitor body assembly, a monitor tube and a monitor head which are sequentially communicated, wherein the monitor tube comprises a first cylinder and a second cylinder which are communicated and coaxially arranged, the diameter of the first cylinder is smaller than that of the second cylinder, the first cylinder is communicated with the monitor body assembly, the second cylinder is communicated with the monitor head, a first groove is formed between the side wall of the first cylinder and the bottom surface of the second cylinder, which is close to the first cylinder, a fixing piece is further formed, one end of the fixing piece is connected with the monitor head, the other end of the fixing piece can extend into the first groove and is matched with the first groove, at least part of the fixing piece is contacted with the side wall of the second cylinder, a clamping groove is formed on the side wall of the fixing piece, which is contacted with the monitor tube, and a bulge matched with the clamping groove is formed on the side wall of the second cylinder, the cannon head is also provided with a propping piece; wherein, the support piece includes: the gun head comprises a fixed rod and a supporting rod, wherein the fixed rod is arranged on the surface of the gun head, one end of the supporting rod is connected with the fixed rod, the other end of the supporting rod is sleeved with a rubber ring, the supporting rod can rotate on the fixed rod, and a second groove matched with one end, sleeved with the rubber ring, of the supporting rod is arranged on a second cylinder.
Preferably, the gun body assembly comprises a base, a horizontal rotary joint, a double-flange bent pipe and a pitching rotary joint which are sequentially communicated from bottom to top, wherein the horizontal rotary joint is provided with a first locking device, and a second locking device is arranged on the pitching rotary joint.
Preferably, the pitching rotary joint is provided with an operating rod, the operating rod is sleeved with a hand piece, and the hand piece is provided with a rubber gasket.
Preferably, the gun body assembly further comprises a connecting pipe, one end of the connecting pipe is communicated with the pitching rotary joint, the other end of the connecting pipe is communicated with the gun barrel, and the gun barrel is in threaded connection with the connecting pipe.
Preferably, at least four through holes are arranged on the side wall of the gun head close to one end of the gun barrel.
Preferably, rubber sealing rings are arranged at connecting ports which are sequentially connected with the gun body assembly, the gun barrel and the gun head.
Preferably, the gun barrel is provided with a plurality of handles, and the handles are provided with rubber gaskets.
Preferably, the fire monitor further comprises a water pressure gauge disposed on the surface of the horizontal rotary joint.
According to the technical scheme, the fire monitor provided by the invention fixes the monitor head on the monitor tube by arranging the fixing piece, wherein the monitor tube comprises a first cylinder and a second cylinder which are communicated and coaxially arranged, a first groove is further formed between the side wall of the first cylinder and the bottom surface of the second cylinder close to the first cylinder, one end of the fixing piece is connected with the monitor head, the other end of the fixing piece can extend into the first groove and is matched with the first groove, at least part of the fixing piece is in contact with the side wall of the second cylinder, in order to ensure that the monitor head is more stably and fixedly clamped on the monitor tube through the fixing piece, a clamping groove is arranged on the side wall of the fixing piece, which is in contact with the monitor tube, and a bulge arranged on the side wall of the second cylinder is matched with the clamping groove, so that the monitor head can complete the target of fixing part of the monitor tube, in order to ensure that the gun head is positively and effectively fixed on the gun barrel, the fire monitor provided by the invention is also provided with a supporting piece, wherein the supporting piece consists of a fixed rod and a supporting rod, one end of the fixed rod is connected on the gun head, the other end of the fixed rod is in cross connection with the supporting rod, the fixed rod plays a supporting role for the supporting rod, the supporting rod can be rotatably adjusted on the fixed rod, one end of the supporting rod, which is close to the gun barrel, is sleeved with a rubber ring, a second groove matched with one end of the supporting rod, which is sleeved with the rubber ring, is arranged on the second cylinder, the rubber ring effectively increases the friction force between the supporting rod and the gun barrel, so that the fixing effect is better, in the using process of the fire monitor, the fixing piece is firstly clamped in the first groove, and the bulge is clamped in the clamping groove, then the fixing rod and the supporting rod are adjusted, so that one end, sleeved with the rubber ring, of the supporting rod is matched with the second groove, finally the fixing rod and the supporting rod are fixed, and therefore the fixing of the gun head is completed.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the directional words "upper, lower" and the like included in the terms merely represent the orientation of the terms in the conventional use state or are colloquially known by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a fire monitor, wherein the fire monitor comprises: the fire monitor comprises a monitor body assembly, a monitor tube 3 and a monitor head 1 which are sequentially communicated, wherein the monitor tube 3 comprises a first cylinder and a second cylinder which are communicated and coaxially arranged, the diameter of the first cylinder is smaller than that of the second cylinder, the first cylinder is communicated with the monitor body assembly, the second cylinder is communicated with the monitor head 1, a first groove 15 is formed between the side wall of the first cylinder and the bottom surface of the second cylinder, which is close to the first cylinder, a fixing part 2 is further arranged, one end of the fixing part 2 is connected with the monitor head 1, the other end of the fixing part can extend into the first groove 15 and is matched with the first groove 15, at least part of the fixing part 2 is contacted with the side wall of the second cylinder, a clamping groove 14 is arranged on the side wall of the fixing part 2, which is contacted with the monitor tube 3, a bulge matched with the clamping groove 14 is arranged on the side wall of the second cylinder, the gun head 1 is also provided with a support piece; the abutting member includes: the gun head comprises a fixing rod 19 and a supporting rod 18, wherein the fixing rod 19 is arranged on the surface of the gun head 1, one end of the supporting rod 18 is connected with the fixing rod 19, the other end of the supporting rod 18 is sleeved with a rubber ring 21, the supporting rod 18 can rotate on the fixing rod 19, and a second groove matched with one end, sleeved with the rubber ring 21, of the supporting rod 18 is arranged on the second cylinder.
According to the technical scheme, the fire monitor provided by the invention fixes the monitor head 1 on the monitor tube 3 by arranging the fixing piece 2, wherein the monitor tube 3 comprises a first cylinder and a second cylinder which are communicated and coaxially arranged, a first groove 15 is further formed between the side wall of the first cylinder and the bottom surface of the second cylinder close to the first cylinder, one end of the fixing piece 2 is connected with the monitor head 1, the other end of the fixing piece can extend into the first groove 15 and is matched with the first groove 15, at least part of the fixing piece 2 is contacted with the side wall of the second cylinder, in order to ensure that the monitor head 1 is more stably and fixedly clamped on the monitor tube 3 through the fixing piece 2, a clamping groove 4 is arranged on the side wall of the fixing piece 2 contacted with the monitor tube 3, and a bulge arranged on the side wall of the second cylinder is matched with the clamping groove 4, the monitor head 1 fulfills the aim of partially fixing with the monitor tube 3, in order to effectively and positively fix the monitor head 1 on the monitor tube 3, the fire monitor provided by the invention is further provided with a supporting member, wherein the supporting member is composed of a fixing rod 19 and a supporting rod 18, one end of the fixing rod 19 is connected on the monitor head 1, the other end is in cross connection with the supporting rod 18, the fixing rod 19 plays a supporting role for the supporting rod 18, the supporting rod 18 can be rotatably adjusted on the fixing rod 19, one end of the supporting rod 18 close to the monitor tube 3 is sleeved with a rubber ring 21, the second cylinder is provided with a second groove matched with one end of the supporting rod 18 sleeved with the rubber ring 21, the rubber ring 21 effectively increases the friction force between the supporting rod 18 and the monitor tube 3, so that the fixing effect is better, in the using process of the fire monitor, the fixing piece is clamped in the first groove 15, the protrusion is clamped in the clamping groove 4, then the fixing rod 19 and the supporting rod 18 are adjusted, one end, sleeved with the rubber ring 21, of the supporting rod 18 is matched with the second groove, finally the fixing rod 19 and the supporting rod 18 are fixed, so that the gun head 1 is fixed, when the gun head 1 is disassembled, only the connecting part of the fixing rod 19 and the supporting rod 18 is needed to be loosened, the supporting rod 18 is rotated, one end, sleeved with the rubber ring 21, of the supporting rod 18 is moved out of the second groove, and the gun head 1 can be disassembled.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the gun body assembly comprises a base 12, a horizontal rotary joint 11, a double-flange elbow 13 and a pitching rotary joint 7 which are sequentially communicated from bottom to top, the horizontal rotary joint 11 is provided with a first locking device 10, the pitching rotary joint 7 is provided with a second locking device 9, the base 12 of the fire monitor is fixed on a water outlet pipe during use, water flows into the fire monitor from a channel in the base 12, then sequentially passes through the horizontal rotary joint 11, the double-flange elbow 13, the pitching rotary joint 7 and the gun barrel 3, and finally is sprayed out from a gun head, wherein the horizontal rotary joint 11 indirectly controls the gun head to be adjusted in a horizontal direction in an angular mode, the pitching rotary joint 7 indirectly controls the gun head to be adjusted in a vertical direction in an angular mode, and after the angular adjustment is completed, a locking and fixing operation is needed, the first locking device 10 realizes locking and fixing of the horizontal rotary joint 11, and the second locking device 9 realizes locking and fixing of the pitching rotary joint 7.
In order to facilitate the adjustment of the operator with more than one pitch rotary joint 7, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an operating rod 8 is disposed on the pitch rotary joint 7, and a hand piece is sleeved on the operating rod 8, the hand piece makes the holding comfort of the operating rod 8 better, and a rubber gasket is disposed on the hand piece in order to increase the friction force between the hand piece and the hand of the operator.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the gun body assembly further includes a connecting pipe 5, one end of the connecting pipe is communicated with the pitch-and-tilt rotary joint 7, and the other end of the connecting pipe is communicated with the gun barrel 3, in order to realize the detachability of the gun barrel 3 and thus facilitate the replacement and cleaning of the gun barrel 3, the gun barrel 3 is in threaded connection with the connecting pipe 5, and the threaded connection also makes the connection between the gun barrel 3 and the connecting pipe 5 more stable, and a sealing ring is disposed at the connection position.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a through hole is provided on a side wall of the monitor head 1 near one end of the monitor tube 3, when the fire monitor of the present invention needs to spray foam, the through hole is an air suction port, foam liquid is mixed with air by means of air suction action of the air suction port to generate foam, and then foam is sprayed, when the fire monitor of the present invention needs to spray water flow, the monitor head 1 becomes very heavy due to a lot of accumulated water collected in the monitor head 1, which easily causes unstable connection between the monitor head 1 and the monitor tube 3 to fall off, and the through hole can effectively remove a part of the accumulated water, thereby reducing the weight of the monitor head 1. The number of the through holes is not particularly limited in the present invention, but at least 4 through holes are provided for better use.
In order to prevent the fire monitor from leaking water and causing waste at the joint of each part in the using process, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, rubber sealing rings are arranged at the joints which are sequentially connected with the monitor body assembly, the monitor tube 3 and the monitor head 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the barrel 3 is provided with a plurality of grips 4, the grips 4 facilitate the operations of the operator such as mounting and carrying the barrel, and the grips 4 are provided with rubber pads in order to increase friction factors on the grip surfaces and comfort in gripping.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the fire monitor further comprises a water pressure gauge 6, wherein the water pressure gauge 6 is arranged on the surface of the horizontal rotary joint 11, and the water pressure gauge allows a user to clearly know the water pressure inside the fire monitor at any time, so that the danger caused by exceeding the rated water pressure of the equipment is prevented.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
