技术领域
本发明涉及口罩面料技术领域,具体涉及一种吸附能力强的口罩面料置。
背景技术
口罩,一般可分为空气过滤式口罩和供气式口罩。它是为了人们的健康而设计的,用于阻止一些对人体有害的可见或不可见的物质进行过滤,从而不会给人体来不好的影响。口罩对进入肺部的空气有一定的过滤作用,在呼吸道传染病流行时,在粉尘等污染的环境中作业时,戴口罩具有非常好的作用。从人的生理结构来看,由于人的鼻腔黏膜血液循环非常旺盛,鼻腔里的通道又很曲折,鼻毛构起一道过滤的“屏障”。当空气吸入鼻孔时,气流在曲折的通道中形成一股旋涡,使吸入鼻腔的气流得到加温。有人测试表明,在将零下7摄氏度的冷空气经鼻腔吸入肺部时,其气流已被加温至28.8摄氏度,这就非常接近于人体的温度。如果长期戴口罩,会使鼻黏膜变得脆弱,失去了鼻腔的原有生理功能,故不能长期戴口罩。口罩只能在特殊的环境中戴用,例如在人多、空气不流通、有粉尘的地方。当然,在野外行走,为抵御风沙和寒冷,或在有空气污染的环境中活动,是需要戴上口罩的,但时间不宜过长。
口罩的阻尘效率的高低是以其对微细粉尘,尤其对5微米以下的呼吸性粉尘的阻隔效率为标准。因为这一粒径的粉尘能直接入肺泡,对人体健康造成的影响最大。一般的纱布口罩,其阻尘原理是机械式过滤,就是当粉尘冲撞到纱布时,经过一层层的阻隔,将一些大颗粒粉尘阻隔在沙布中。但是,对一些微细粉尘,尤其是小于5微米的粉尘,就会从纱布的网眼中穿过去,进入呼吸系统。
传统的柔性口罩面料基本上都是采用单一材质制成,吸附能力不强,特别对比PM2.5油性微小颗粒的吸附力不够。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种吸附能力强的口罩面料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种吸附能力强的口罩面料,该面料为三层结构,依次为外层、中间层和内层,所述内层和外层是由化纤材料编织成的纱网面料,所述中间层以化纤纱线作为经线,棉毛线或棉线作为纬线进行织造加工,获得中间层面料;织造时,经线要比纬线稠密,且经线比纬线要细,经线的直径为纬线直径的1/3-1/5,棉毛粗线具有吸附功能,特别足潮湿后更易吸附,经细纬粗便于增加通透性和过滤性。
所述内层和外层表面涂有纳米吸附材料,如纳米活性炭,可以吸附空气中颗粒杂物,形成对空气的有效过滤。
所述中间层在织造成面料后用活性剂进行洗涤,然后再烘干,采用活性剂洗涤后,当口腔呼汽潮湿后,有助于捕捉PM2.5油性微小颗粒,完全阻挡住微尘进入鼻腔或口腔。
所述活性剂是由以下重量份数的组分组成:去离子水80份、洗洁精0.8份、烟草纤维素0.05份、羟丙甲基纤维素0.5份、茶叶碱0.5份、纳米级硅藻土0.6份、纳米石墨乳液0.4份、生香酵母0.4份、壳聚糖0.3份、黄连水提取物0.3份、花椒水提取物0.3份、槐角水提取物0.3份;由上述组分制成的活性剂对面料进行洗涤后,能够提高面料活性,有助于捕捉PM2.5油性微小颗粒。
为进一步提高所述中间层的理化性能,中间层面料经洗涤后再烘干处理,烘干温度为80℃~100℃,时间为30~80min。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明对传统口罩面料材质进行改进,通过特殊层次设计,能够有效过滤细微粉尘,特别是对PM2.5油性微小颗粒能够实现有效阻隔和吸附,确保人们身体健康。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种吸附能力强的口罩面料,该面料为三层结构,依次为外层、中间层和内层,所述内层和外层是由化纤材料编织成的纱网面料,所述中间层以化纤纱线作为经线,棉毛线或棉线作为纬线进行织造加工,获得中间层面料;织造时,经线要比纬线稠密,且经线比纬线要细,经线的直径为纬线直径的1/3-1/5,棉毛粗线具有吸附功能,特别足潮湿后更易吸附,经细纬粗便于增加通透性和过滤性。制作时,可以将面料制成气囊状、椭圆状或其他形状,边缘穿设橡皮筋,可以用于同中国专利:防雾霾口罩(专利号201410157872.9)进行配合,直接将该面料挂在防雾霾口罩的支架上,可以随时取下更换,非常方便。
内层和外层表面涂有纳米吸附材料,如纳米活性炭,可以吸附空气中颗粒杂物,形成对空气的有效过滤。中间层在织造成面料后用活性剂进行洗涤,然后再烘干,采用活性剂洗涤后,当口腔呼汽潮湿后,有助于捕捉PM2.5油性微小颗粒,完全阻挡住微尘进入鼻腔或口腔。活性剂可以选用经水稀释的洗洁精。
实施例2

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸附能力强的口罩面料,其特征在于,所述中间层在织造成面料后用活性剂进行洗涤,然后再烘干。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸附能力强的口罩面料,其特征在于,所述活性剂是由以下重量份数的组分组成:去离子水80份、洗洁精0.8份、烟草纤维素0.05份、羟丙甲基纤维素0.5份、茶叶碱0.5份、纳米级硅藻土0.6份、纳米石墨乳液0.4份、生香酵母0.4份、壳聚糖0.3份、黄连水提取物0.3份、花椒水提取物0.3份、槐角水提取物0.3份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种吸附能力强的口罩面料,其特征在于,所述中间层面料经洗涤后再烘干处理,烘干温度为80℃~100℃,时间为30~80min。
