Abstract

本发明公开了一种割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机,包括草料机壳体,所述草料机壳体的内腔中设置有置料槽,该置料槽的底面安装有升降板,所述置料槽的底面和升降板之间通过电动伸缩杆连接,且置料槽的底部还设有控制器,所述置料槽左端面接通有抽风机,且抽风机的抽风口通过导料管接通有割草机构,所述置料槽的右端面通过出料管接通有出料管。此割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机结构简单,通过在置料槽内加入升降板,使得在控制电动伸缩杆的伸缩后,升降板的一侧在置料槽内滑动,实现升降板的倾斜,从而在动力的作用下,置料槽内的草料从出料管输送出,从而达到自动送料的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及畜牧机械领域,具体为一种割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机。
背景技术
草料机是广泛用于畜牧业的一种草料加工处理机械,专门用于对草料进行碾压、绞碎,方便动物的进食和对土地的肥沃,现有的技术中草料机仅仅能进行对草料的加工处理,但是为了顺应时代的发展,一种机械的单一用处不仅对占地面积的要求极大,而且不利于资源的有效利用,为了使得草料机能一物多用,在对草料进行加工处理后还能继续对需要喂养的牲畜进行喂养,我们提出一种割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机,包括草料机壳体,所述草料机壳体的底部通过传动组件安装有车轮,草料机壳体的内腔的右侧设置有工作台,所述草料机壳体的内腔中设置有置料槽,该置料槽的底面安装有升降板,且升降板和置料槽的底面之间留有间隙,所述置料槽的底面和升降板之间通过电动伸缩杆连接,且置料槽的底部还设有控制器,电动伸缩杆电连接控制器,所述置料槽左端面接通有抽风机,所述抽风机电连接控制器,且抽风机的抽风口通过导料管接通有割草机构,该割草机构电连接控制器,所述置料槽的右端面通过出料管接通有出料管。
优选的,所述置料槽内腔的左侧设有相互对称的两个滑道,所述升降板的一端卡接于该滑道内。
优选的,所述升降板的另一端铰接有支杆,且支杆的另一端固定于置料槽的内壁上。
优选的,所述升降板由第二伸缩板插接入第一伸缩板内构成,且第二伸缩板和第一伸缩板内穿接有滑杆,所述滑杆的两端端部分别滑动卡接于第二伸缩板和第一伸缩板的内壁。
优选的,所述割草机构包括壳体,且壳体的内腔中安装有电机,所述电机的电动转轴上通过联轴器固定有旋转刀组。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:此割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机结构简单,通过在置料槽内加入升降板,使得在控制电动伸缩杆的伸缩后,升降板的一侧在置料槽内滑动,实现升降板的倾斜,从而在动力的作用下,置料槽内的草料从出料管输送出,从而达到自动送料的效果;通过两个相互插接的第一伸缩板和第二伸缩板相互卡接,使得在升降板的倾斜过程中升降板因为其自身的可伸缩,从而使得整个倾斜过程更为流畅,达到辅助送料的效果。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机,包括草料机壳体1,所述草料机壳体1的底部通过传动组件安装有车轮2,草料机壳体1的内腔的右侧设置有工作台3,所述草料机壳体1的内腔中设置有置料槽9,该置料槽9的底面安装有升降板10,所述升降板10由第二伸缩板102插接入第一伸缩板101内构成,且第二伸缩板102和第一伸缩板101内穿接有滑杆103,所述滑杆103的两端端部分别滑动卡接于第二伸缩板102和第一伸缩板101的内壁,通过两个相互插接的第一伸缩板101和第二伸缩板102相互卡接,使得在升降板10的倾斜过程中升降板因为其自身的可伸缩,从而使得整个倾斜过程更为流畅,达到辅助送料的效果,所述置料槽9内腔的左侧设有相互对称的两个滑道901,所述升降板10的一端卡接于该滑道901内,且升降板10和置料槽9的底面之间留有间隙,所述置料槽9的底面和升降板10之间通过电动伸缩杆11连接,且置料槽9的底部还设有控制器12,电动伸缩杆11电连接控制器12,所述升降板10的另一端铰接有支杆13,且支杆13的另一端固定于置料槽9的内壁上,此割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机结构简单,通过在置料槽9内加入升降板10,使得在控制电动伸缩杆11的伸缩后,升降板10的一侧在置料槽9内滑动,实现升降板10的倾斜,从而在动力的作用下,置料槽9内的草料从出料管14输送出,从而达到自动送料的效果,所述置料槽9左端面接通有抽风机8,所述抽风机8电连接控制器12,且抽风机8的抽风口通过导料管7接通有割草机构4,该割草机构4电连接控制器12,所述割草机构4包括壳体,且壳体的内腔中安装有电机5,所述电机5的电动转轴上通过联轴器固定有旋转刀组6,所述置料槽9的右端面通过出料管14接通有出料管14。
工作原理:在该割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机工作时,工作人员在工作台3进行操作,在进行割草时,启动割草机构4,控制器12控制电机5旋转,快速旋转的旋转刀组6对草进行切割,切割后的草在抽风机8的工作下进入置料槽9,在对牲畜进行喂食时,通过控制电动伸缩杆11的伸缩,将升降板10倾斜,升降板10上的草料在重力的重力下从出料管14输送到出料口15,完成草料的收割和对牲畜的喂食。

1.一种割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机,包括草料机壳体(1),所述草料机壳体(1)的底部通过传动组件安装有车轮(2),草料机壳体(1)的内腔的右侧设置有工作台(3),其特征在于:所述草料机壳体(1)的内腔中设置有置料槽(9),该置料槽(9)的底面安装有升降板(10),且升降板(10)和置料槽(9)的底面之间留有间隙,所述置料槽(9)的底面和升降板(10)之间通过电动伸缩杆(11)连接,且置料槽(9)的底部还设有控制器(12),电动伸缩杆(11)电连接控制器(12),所述置料槽(9)左端面接通有抽风机(8),所述抽风机(8)电连接控制器(12),且抽风机(8)的抽风口通过导料管(7)接通有割草机构(4),该割草机构(4)电连接控制器(12),所述置料槽(9)的右端面通过出料管(14)接通有出料管(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机,其特征在于:所述置料槽(9)内腔的左侧设有相互对称的两个滑道(901),所述升降板(10)的一端卡接于该滑道(901)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机,其特征在于:所述升降板(10)的另一端铰接有支杆(13),且支杆(13)的另一端固定于置料槽(9)的内壁上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机,其特征在于:所述升降板(10)由第二伸缩板(102)插接入第一伸缩板(101)内构成,且第二伸缩板(102)和第一伸缩板(101)内穿接有滑杆(103),所述滑杆(103)的两端端部分别滑动卡接于第二伸缩板(102)和第一伸缩板(101)的内壁。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种割草、喂草两用的自动化草料机,其特征在于:所述割草机构(4)包括壳体,且壳体的内腔中安装有电机(5),所述电机(5)的电动转轴上通过联轴器固定有旋转刀组(6)。
