the method and the system for realizing the communication connection of the mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention select a sharing card from a sharing soft SIM card group configured for the mobile terminal by a card configuration service terminal stored in the mobile terminal, access the communication network, connect with the card configuration service terminal, apply for and acquire a special soft SIM card, simultaneously cancel the communication connection of the sharing soft SIM card, release the resource of the sharing soft SIM card, and then adopt the special soft SIM card to access the network, thereby realizing the communication connection of the mobile terminal. On one hand, a mode of sharing the soft SIM card is adopted, so that a small number of cards can support a large number of mobile terminals to access a communication network, and the problem of high operation cost is solved; on the other hand, the card allocation service terminal allocates a special soft SIM card according to the card allocation request provided by the mobile terminal, and the special soft SIM card can enable the mobile terminal to access the local operator network and has the best signal, thereby realizing the dynamic selection of the operator network for the user and improving the service quality.

Referring to fig. 1, it is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of a method for implementing a communication connection of a mobile terminal provided in the present invention, the method includes the following steps:
s101, a card configuration server side selects a group of sharing soft SIM card groups capable of covering an area of a mobile terminal to be accessed to a communication network from a sharing card pool of the same network type as the mobile terminal according to equipment information acquired from the mobile terminal.
And S102, the card configuration server configures the selected shared soft SIM card group and the corresponding shared soft SIM card group rule to the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the shared soft SIM card set is configured in the memory for the mobile terminal by the card configuration server. The mobile terminal is initialized before being used for the first time, the mobile terminal is started, and the mobile terminal inquires whether the shared soft SIM card group and the shared soft SIM card group rule of the mobile terminal are updated or stored in a memory; if the inquiry is not updated or is stored in the memory, the mobile terminal is connected with a card distribution server through an initialized wireless network, or the mobile terminal is connected with the card distribution server through a data transmission line, the card distribution server selects a group of shared soft SIM card groups according to the equipment information provided by the mobile terminal, wherein the equipment information comprises the equipment serial number and the network type of the mobile terminal, and the shared soft SIM card groups are configured to the mobile terminal.
S103, the mobile terminal selects a shared soft SIM card for accessing a communication network from the shared soft SIM card group according to the shared soft SIM card group rule.
In this embodiment, the sharing means that there are a plurality of mobile terminals storing the same shared soft SIM card, and the plurality of mobile terminals can select the same shared soft SIM card to access the communication network at different times. The selected sharing soft SIM card mode can ensure that the probability of access conflict between the selected sharing soft SIM card and the sharing soft SIM card selected by other mobile terminals is very small, and even if the selected first sharing soft SIM card generates access conflict, the probability of access conflict generated by another sharing soft SIM card selected again is lower according to the selected mode, thereby ensuring that a plurality of mobile terminals select the same sharing soft SIM card to access a communication network at different time and reducing the operation cost. And the access conflict is the failure of the SIM card to access the communication network.
And S104, the mobile terminal accesses a communication network through the shared soft SIM card.
The information carried by the shared soft SIM card mainly includes an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) and an authentication Key (KI) of the card, the mobile terminal accesses a local communication network through the IMSI and the KI of the shared soft SIM card, the communication network is a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN), and the technical process of accessing the communication network is the prior art and is not described herein again.
S105, the mobile terminal sends a card distribution request to the card distribution server through the communication network; the card configuration request comprises the network type of the mobile terminal and the information of the local operator of the mobile terminal.
S106, the card distribution server side selects a special soft SIM card according to the priority of the special soft SIM card from the special soft SIM card group which enables the mobile terminal to access the local operator network and has the best signal according to the card distribution request, generates card distribution information and sends the card distribution information to the mobile terminal; and the card configuration information comprises the information of the selected special soft SIM card.
In this embodiment, the card configuration request includes, in addition to the network type of the mobile terminal and the information of the local operator, the device serial number and the system version information of the mobile terminal, and the card configuration server is mainly matched to the corresponding dedicated soft SIM card set according to the four types of reference information. The card configuration server is divided into different special soft SIM card groups in advance according to an operator to which the special soft SIM card belongs, a matched network type, an adapted user grade and a compatible mobile terminal system; the network standard comprises a 2G network (second generation mobile communication technology), a 3G network (third generation mobile communication technology) and a 4G network (third generation mobile communication technology); the user grade is associated with the equipment serial number of the mobile terminal, and the form of the user grade can be set according to specific situations. The card allocation server can match the best special soft SIM card group according to the card allocation request of the mobile terminal, then selects a special soft SIM card according to the priority rule of the special soft SIM card, binds the special soft SIM card with corresponding lease information, generates card allocation information and sends the card allocation information to the mobile terminal.
S107, the mobile terminal receives the card matching information returned by the card matching service terminal to obtain the special soft SIM card for the communication network.
S108, the mobile terminal logs off the connection between the shared soft SIM card and the communication network.
In this embodiment, the mobile terminal logs out the connection with the local communication network through the IMSI and KI of the shared soft SIM card, and this technical process of logging out the communication network is the prior art and is not described herein again. The mobile terminal receives the card matching information of the special soft SIM card returned by the card matching service end, and then cancels the connection of the shared soft SIM card and the communication network, so that the resource occupation of the shared soft SIM card can be reduced as much as possible, the cancelled shared soft SIM card can be used by other mobile terminals, and the occurrence of access conflicts is reduced.
And S109, the mobile terminal accesses a communication network through the special soft SIM card.
In the step S101, the shared card pool includes M shared soft SIM cards with different card numbers, the shared soft SIM cards with different card numbers are configured in a plurality of card groups, and the shared soft SIM cards in each card group are arranged in sequence, so that the shared soft SIM cards adjacent to the shared soft SIM card with the same card number in each card group are different from each other.
It should be noted that, the card provisioning service end divides a batch of shared soft SIM cards into shared card pools of corresponding network formats in advance according to the network format of each shared soft SIM card, further, divides the shared card pool of the same network format into a plurality of sub-shared card pools, and the shared soft SIM cards in each sub-shared card pool are not crossed with each other, so that the area where the mobile terminal conflicts in the process of selecting the shared soft SIM card to access the communication network can be reduced, and the card provisioning service end is also favorable for managing the shared soft SIM cards, thereby facilitating capacity expansion or contraction editing according to specific situations.
In this embodiment, for example, each sub-shared card pool includes M different card numbers sharing soft SIM cards, where the card numbers are mobile subscriber identification codes of each card, and the card groups are configured by selecting at most N different card numbers sharing soft SIM cards from the card group configuration modes in which the sharing soft SIM cards having the same card number are adjacent to the sharing soft SIM cards having the same card number in each card group, and configuring the sharing soft SIM cards into a plurality of sharing soft SIM card groups. Correspondingly, according to the card group configuration mode, the corresponding sharing soft SIM card group rule is configured to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal selects the sharing soft SIM cards according to the sharing soft SIM card arrangement sequence of the sharing soft SIM card group, and when the mobile terminal accesses the communication network, the access conflict can be reduced.
In step S101, the shared soft SIM card group includes a plurality of shared soft SIM cards, and operator information and roaming country information supported by each shared soft SIM card;

the card configuration server side judges whether an operator set and a roaming country set supported by the shared soft SIM card set both cover the area of the mobile terminal to be accessed to a communication network; wherein the operator set is a set consisting of operators supportable by each shared soft SIM card in the shared soft SIM card group; the roaming country set is a set consisting of roaming countries supportable by each shared soft SIM card in the shared soft SIM card set;
if so, the card configuration server side selects the shared soft SIM card group for configuration to the mobile terminal;
if not, the card configuration server side continuously selects a next group of shared soft SIM card groups from a shared soft SIM card pool with the same network type as the mobile terminal for judgment until a group of shared soft SIM card groups capable of covering the area of the mobile terminal to be accessed to the communication network is selected.
It should be noted that the area accessing the communication network may be, but is not limited to, a national range of one of seven continents, a combined national range of seven continents, or all national ranges. In this embodiment, the card configuration server includes a plurality of shared card pools of the same network type as the mobile terminal, and thus the card configuration server selects a group of suitable shared soft SIM card sets from the idle shared card pools of the same network type to configure the shared soft SIM card sets to the mobile terminal.
In the present invention, the mobile terminal selects one shared soft SIM card for accessing a communication network from the shared soft SIM card set according to the shared soft SIM card set rule in three ways, as follows:
in a first implementation manner, the selecting, by the mobile terminal, a shared soft SIM card for accessing a communication network from the shared soft SIM card group according to the shared soft SIM card group rule specifically includes:
the mobile terminal selects one sharing soft SIM card in sequence according to the arrangement sequence of the sharing soft SIM cards in the sharing soft SIM card group for accessing a communication network;
and when the access of the shared soft SIM card fails, the mobile terminal continues to sequentially select the next shared soft SIM card.
For example, when the mobile terminal accesses the communication network of the operator from the locally stored shared soft SIM card set, the selected shared soft SIM card a generates access conflict with other mobile terminals, and cannot be successfully accessed; at this time, the mobile terminal selects the next shared soft SIM card B again according to the arrangement sequence of the shared soft SIM cards in the card group; due to the combination of the card group configuration mode and the sharing soft SIM card group rule, the sharing soft SIM card selected again by other mobile terminals which generate access conflict with the mobile terminal can not be the same as the sharing soft SIM card B, so that the probability of generating access conflict again by the mobile terminal and other mobile terminals is greatly reduced in the process of accessing the communication network of an operator.
In a second embodiment, the shared soft SIM card group includes a plurality of shared soft SIM cards and operator information supported by each shared soft SIM card;
the mobile terminal selects a shared soft SIM card for accessing a communication network from the shared soft SIM card group according to the shared soft SIM card group rule, and specifically includes:
the mobile terminal acquires a local operator signal of the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal screens out the shared soft SIM cards supporting local operators according to the operator information supported by each shared soft SIM card in the shared soft SIM card group;
the mobile terminal inquires a local clock of the mobile terminal to obtain the current moment;
the mobile terminal compares the effective available time of each shared soft SIM card supporting the local operator with the current time respectively to screen out the effective shared soft SIM cards;
the mobile terminal combines the equipment serial number of the mobile terminal and the current moment into a first character string, and a Hash algorithm is adopted to calculate the first character string to obtain a detection Hash value;
the mobile terminal combines the mobile subscriber identification code of each effective sharing soft SIM card with the current time to form a second character string, and adopts a Hash algorithm to respectively calculate the second character string corresponding to each effective sharing soft SIM card to obtain a reference Hash value;
the mobile terminal compares the reference hash value corresponding to each effective shared soft SIM card with the detection hash value respectively to obtain an offset value;
the mobile terminal sorts the offset value corresponding to each effective shared soft SIM card, and selects an effective shared soft SIM card according to the sorting of the offset values for accessing a communication network;
and the mobile terminal saves the effective available time of the next use of the selected shared soft SIM card according to the current time.
It should be noted that, when the access of the selected valid shared soft SIM card fails, another valid shared soft SIM card is selected again according to the embodiment to be used for accessing the communication network.
In this embodiment, the mobile subscriber identity is an IMSI. Since the device Serial Number (SN) of the mobile terminal is unique, when the same time T is accurate to the millisecond, the probability that the mobile terminal selects the shared soft SIM card in the shared soft SIM card group at the same time is very small, that is, the time when different mobile terminals select the shared soft SIM card is generally different, and the probability that the detected hash value calculated by combining the SN of different mobile terminals and the corresponding time T when the shared soft SIM card is selected is the same is smaller and generally different.
Correspondingly, as described above, in the mobile terminal including the same shared soft SIM card, the probability that the shared soft SIM card of the mobile terminal is the same as the reference hash value calculated by combining the shared soft SIM card with the time T is very small, and for different detected hash values, the probability that the shared soft SIM card of the mobile terminal is the same in position in the sequence of the offset values corresponding to the shared soft SIM card group is lower, and in addition, the rule of the sequence selection is the same for all mobile terminals, for example, for all mobile terminals, an effective shared soft SIM card corresponding to the reference hash value closest to the detected hash value is selected; or, for all mobile terminals, selecting an effective shared soft SIM card corresponding to the reference hash value farthest from the detected hash value, thereby avoiding selecting the same shared soft SIM card for different mobile terminals at the same time to a greater extent.
On the other hand, before the shared soft SIM card is selected by the hash algorithm, the mobile terminal selects all effective shared soft SIM cards that can be used at the current time from the shared soft SIM card group, and when the implementation is specific, for example, the mobile terminal selects the shared soft SIM card a to access the communication network, then from the time of selection, a certain time length T1 is added, that is, the next available time of the shared soft SIM card a; or, the mobile terminal selects the shared soft SIM card a to access the communication network successfully, and then adds a certain time length T2 from the moment of successful access, which is the available time of the shared soft SIM card; the mobile terminal selects the shared soft SIM card A to fail to access the communication network, and then a certain time length T3 is added from the moment of the access failure, namely the moment when the shared soft SIM card A is available next time. In this embodiment, the record of the valid available time may indicate the next available time of the shared soft SIM card, so as to reduce the probability of failure of accessing the selected shared soft SIM card to the communication network; in addition, the selected effective shared soft SIM card can enable the mobile terminal to access the communication network of the local operator.
A third implementation manner is implemented on the basis of the second implementation manner, and when the access of the selected effective shared soft SIM card fails, the mobile terminal sequentially selects and selects the next effective shared soft SIM card for accessing the communication network according to the arrangement sequence of the effective shared soft SIM cards selected from the shared soft SIM card group.
In this embodiment, according to the second embodiment, the mobile terminal selects an effective shared soft SIM card from the locally configured shared soft SIM card group for the first time, and when the access fails to access the communication network, selects another effective shared soft SIM card subsequently, and selects the effective shared soft SIM card according to this embodiment. Because the shared soft SIM cards in each shared soft SIM card group are arranged in sequence, and the shared soft SIM cards adjacent to the shared soft SIM card with the same card number in each card group are configured in different card group configurations, the probability of access failure caused by re-selecting the shared soft SIM card is basically zero after the first access failure, and therefore, the implementation method can further reduce the generation of access conflict.
Further, in step S104, after the mobile terminal accesses the communication network through the shared soft SIM card, the method further includes:
the mobile terminal stores the information of the shared soft SIM card accessing the communication network in a first execution log; the first execution log comprises information of all the selected shared soft SIM cards, information of a communication network accessed by each shared soft SIM card, an access result and access time in the process that the mobile terminal selects the shared soft SIM card to access the communication network.
It should be noted that the first execution log records information of all selected shared soft SIM card access communication network processes, and is used to upload the information to the card configuration server, and the card configuration server performs data analysis on the use conditions of the shared soft SIM cards in different shared soft SIM card groups, and adjusts the shared soft SIM card groups.
Further, in step S109, after the mobile terminal accesses the communication network through the dedicated soft SIM card, the method further includes:
the mobile terminal stores the information of the special soft SIM card accessing the communication network in a second execution log; the second execution log comprises the information of all the acquired special soft SIM cards, the information of the communication network accessed by each special soft SIM card, the access result and the access time in the process of acquiring the special soft SIM cards to access the communication network by the mobile terminal;
and when the access result of the special soft SIM card is failure, the mobile terminal selects another shared soft SIM card for accessing the communication network from the shared soft SIM card group again according to the shared soft SIM card group rule.
It should be noted that the second execution log records information of all acquired processes of accessing the dedicated soft SIM card to the communication network, and is used to upload the information to the card configuration server, and the card configuration server may perform data analysis on the usage of the dedicated soft SIM card through the second execution log, and adjust the allocation of the dedicated soft SIM card.
In this embodiment, the failure of the access result of the shared soft SIM card includes two cases: the shared soft SIM card fails to be directly accessed into the communication network, and the access failure is caused by the problem of registration conflict after the shared soft SIM card is successfully accessed into the communication network. And when the access result of the special soft SIM card is failure, reselecting another shared soft SIM card to access the network, applying for another special soft SIM card, and simultaneously uploading the information of the special soft SIM card with failed access to the card distribution service terminal so as to record the access failure of the card in the communication network of the mobile terminal and adjust the distribution of the special soft SIM card. In this embodiment, the access conflict refers to an access result failure.
Further, in step S109, after the mobile terminal accesses the communication network through the dedicated soft SIM card, the method further includes:
the mobile terminal uploads the first execution log and the second execution log to the card distribution server through the communication network;
and the card distribution server receives the first execution log and the second execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal.
Further, after step S104 or step S109, that is, after the mobile terminal accesses the communication network, the method further includes:
the mobile terminal sends a heartbeat signal to the card distribution server side;

In this embodiment, there are two situations for the heartbeat signal sent by the mobile terminal, one is that after the mobile terminal successfully accesses the communication network through the selected shared soft SIM card, the heartbeat signal is sent to indicate that the mobile terminal selecting the shared soft SIM card is in a network connection state; and the other method is that after the mobile terminal successfully accesses the communication network through the acquired special soft SIM card, a heartbeat signal is sent to indicate that the mobile terminal acquiring the special soft SIM card is in a network connection state. For example, the heartbeat signal carries the device serial number of the mobile terminal and the information of the shared soft SIM card or the information of the dedicated soft SIM card of the mobile terminal in the network connection state, and the card configuration server may further record the network connection state of the mobile terminal.
The card configuration server determines whether the heartbeat signal is overtime, and may be implemented specifically, after the mobile terminal accesses the communication network through the soft SIM card a, the card configuration server determines that the communication network accessed by the soft SIM card a selected by the mobile terminal is in a network disconnection state if the heartbeat signal or any other data is not sent to the card configuration server within a specified X seconds, and records the communication network state of the mobile terminal. In the present invention, after the card provisioning server receives the first execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal, there are two embodiments of adjusting the shared soft SIM card group by the card provisioning server, specifically:
in one embodiment, after the card-provisioning service terminal receives the first execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal, the method further includes:
the card distribution server side counts the access failure times of each shared soft SIM card in a preset time period according to the access result and the access time of each shared soft SIM card in a first execution log uploaded by all mobile terminals;
when the access failure times of the shared soft SIM card in a preset time period are greater than a shared card replacement threshold value, the card configuration service end replaces the shared soft SIM card with a new shared soft SIM card in a shared card pool containing the shared soft SIM card and a shared soft SIM card group so as to complete the adjustment of the shared soft SIM card group.
In this embodiment, the access failure is an access conflict. For example, if the shared soft SIM card a reaches the number of access conflicts N times within the time period T, and the card provisioning service terminal determines that the shared soft SIM card a has a problem during access, the shared soft SIM card is replaced with a new shared soft SIM card in the shared card pool and the shared soft SIM card group including the shared soft SIM card, so as to configure the adjusted shared soft SIM card group to the mobile terminal corresponding to the shared soft SIM card group before adjustment.
In another embodiment, after the card-provisioning service terminal receives the first execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal, the method further includes:
the card distribution server side counts the number of the shared soft SIM cards with access failure in a preset time period according to the access result and the access time of each shared soft SIM card in a first execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal;
when the number of the shared soft SIM cards with access failure in a preset time period is larger than a card group replacement threshold value, the card configuration service end selects another group of shared soft SIM card groups which can cover the area where the mobile terminal accesses a communication network from a shared card pool with the same network type as the mobile terminal, and configures the other group of shared soft SIM card groups to the mobile terminal so as to replace the original shared soft SIM card groups in the mobile terminal to complete the adjustment of the shared soft SIM card groups; or,
and the card configuration server adds at least one new sharing soft SIM card in a sharing card pool of the same network type as the mobile terminal, and reconfigures a sharing soft SIM card group in the sharing card pool so as to finish the adjustment of the sharing soft SIM card group.
In this embodiment, according to the information of the first execution log uploaded by each mobile terminal, the number of cards with access conflicts in the shared soft SIM card set configured for each mobile terminal may be counted, when the number of cards is greater than a preset value, another shared soft SIM card set may be selected from the corresponding card pool to replace the shared soft SIM card set, and the shared soft SIM card set is marked as unallocated, and then the selected new shared soft SIM card set is configured for the mobile terminal, so as to update the shared soft SIM card set of the mobile terminal. When the number of the cards is larger than another preset value, adding a certain number of shared soft SIM cards in a shared card pool where the shared soft SIM card group is located, reconfiguring the shared soft SIM card group in the shared card pool to increase the number of the shared soft SIM card groups in the shared card pool to reduce access conflicts, or increasing the number of the cards in the shared soft SIM card group in the shared card pool to reduce access conflicts, and configuring the adjusted new shared soft SIM card group to the mobile terminal corresponding to the shared soft SIM card group before adjustment to update the shared soft SIM card group of the mobile terminal.
Further, after the card-provisioning server receives the second execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal, the method further includes:
the card distribution server side counts the access failure times of each special soft SIM card in a preset time period according to the access result and the access time of each special soft SIM card in a second execution log uploaded by all mobile terminals;
when the access failure times of the special soft SIM card in a preset time period are larger than a special card replacement threshold value, the card configuration service end replaces the special soft SIM card with a new special soft SIM card in a special soft SIM card group containing the special soft SIM card, or marks the special soft SIM card as unallowable.
In this embodiment, for example, when the dedicated soft SIM card B reaches the number of access conflicts N times within the time period T, and the card provisioning server determines that the access of the shared soft SIM card B is problematic, the shared soft SIM card B is replaced with a new shared soft SIM card C in the shared soft SIM card group including the dedicated soft SIM card B, or the shared soft SIM card B is marked as unallocated, and the allocation of the shared soft SIM card is adjusted.
Further, after the card configuration server finishes adjusting the shared soft SIM card group, the method further includes:
the card distribution server generates update information according to the adjusted shared soft SIM card group;
the card distribution server side judges whether the corresponding mobile terminal is in a network connection state before the shared soft SIM card group is adjusted;
when the mobile terminal is in a network connection state, the card configuration server side sends update information to the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal receives the updating information sent by the card configuration server;
and the mobile terminal updates the locally stored shared soft SIM card group according to the updating information.
It should be noted that the update information is used for providing the corresponding mobile terminal with an update of the shared soft SIM card group, and the transmission of the update information may be through a communication network accessed by the shared soft SIM card or through a communication network accessed by the dedicated soft SIM card, but preferably, the update information is transmitted in the communication network accessed by the dedicated soft SIM card to reduce the usage time of the shared soft SIM card, which may further reduce the generation of access conflicts of the shared soft SIM card; moreover, the data transmission effect of the communication network accessed by the special soft SIM card is generally better than that of the communication network accessed by the shared soft SIM card, and the updating efficiency can be further improved.
On the other hand, the update may be an active update or a passive update of the mobile terminal. And actively updating, namely, the mobile terminal actively sends version information of a shared soft SIM card group to the card matching server so that the card matching server can compare the version information, if the version of the shared soft SIM card group is different from the version of the shared soft SIM card group stored by the card matching server, the card matching server generates update information, sends the update information to the mobile terminal, then the mobile terminal performs corresponding update, and if the version is the latest version, only information prompting that the update is not needed needs to be sent to the mobile terminal. And passive updating is that the card distribution server generates updating information according to the latest shared soft SIM card group, and as long as the mobile terminal corresponding to the shared soft SIM card group is in a network connection state, the mobile terminal passively receives the updating information sent by the card distribution server and then performs corresponding updating. The updating includes adding, subtracting, or replacing shared soft SIM cards to, or even replacing the entire set of shared soft SIM cards. Of course, the update information may also include adjustment information for the rules of the shared soft SIM card group.
In the present invention, there are various ways for the mobile terminal or the card-equipped service end to log off the dedicated soft SIM card, and the following examples respectively describe the method for logging off the dedicated soft SIM card in detail.
In one embodiment, the card provisioning information further includes lease information for the dedicated soft SIM card;
after the mobile terminal accesses the communication network through the special soft SIM card, the method further comprises the following steps:
and the mobile terminal cancels the connection between the special soft SIM card and the communication network according to the lease information.
In this embodiment, when the mobile terminal determines that the lease of the mobile terminal expires, the mobile terminal actively cancels the connection between the dedicated soft SIM card and the communication network.
In another embodiment, on the basis of the above one embodiment, the method for implementing a communication connection of a mobile terminal further includes:
when the card distribution service terminal judges that the lease of the special soft SIM card is due according to the lease information of the distributed special soft SIM card, the card distribution service terminal generates logout information;
the card distribution server side judges whether the mobile terminal corresponding to the special soft SIM card is in a network connection state;
when the mobile terminal is in a network connection state, the card distribution service terminal sends logout information to the mobile terminal and marks the special soft SIM card as distributable;
the mobile terminal receives the logout information;
the mobile terminal logs out the connection between the special soft SIM card and the communication network according to the logging-out information;
and when the mobile terminal is in a network disconnection state, the card distribution service end marks the special soft SIM card as distributable.
In this embodiment, on one hand, when the mobile terminal determines that the lease of the mobile terminal expires, the mobile terminal actively cancels the connection between the dedicated soft SIM card and the communication network, and on the other hand, when the card provisioning server determines that the lease of the mobile terminal expires, the card provisioning server generates cancellation information and sends the cancellation information to the mobile terminal, so as to prompt the mobile terminal to cancel the connection between the dedicated soft SIM card and the communication network; the card-matching service end marks that the special soft SIM card can be allocated, namely, the special soft SIM card can be allocated to other mobile terminals for accessing the communication network, and of course, the mobile terminal using the special soft SIM card stops using the special soft SIM card at the moment.
Further, based on the above embodiment, the method for implementing communication connection of a mobile terminal further includes:
the card distribution server side regularly judges whether the mobile terminal corresponding to the distributed special soft SIM card is in a network disconnection state;
when the mobile terminal is in a network disconnection state, the card distribution server side judges whether the latest recorded time length of the distance between the time when the mobile terminal is in the network connection state and the current time is greater than the logout time length;
if so, the card configuration server side marks the special soft SIM card as distributable.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the mobile terminal corresponding to the allocated dedicated soft SIM card is in the network disconnection state for a long time, the dedicated soft SIM card may be re-allocated to another mobile terminal, and certainly, when the mobile terminal using the dedicated soft SIM card is ready to access the communication network again, another dedicated soft SIM card needs to be re-applied.
Still further, after the card provisioning service end marks the dedicated soft SIM card as assignable, the method further includes:
and the card configuration server reduces the selected priority of the special soft SIM card.
In this embodiment, the card configuration server selects the dedicated soft SIM card according to the priority of the dedicated soft SIM card in the dedicated soft SIM card group. When the card distribution service end marks a special soft SIM card as distributable, the recovery of the special soft SIM card can be realized, the selected priority of the special soft SIM card is reduced, the mobile terminal using the special soft SIM card can be given enough time to logout the special soft SIM card and the communication network, and other mobile terminals are distributed when the special soft SIM card is not logout and the communication network, so as to avoid access conflict.
The method for realizing the communication connection of the mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention selects a sharing card from a sharing soft SIM card group configured for the mobile terminal by a card configuration service terminal stored in the mobile terminal, accesses a communication network, then connects with the card configuration service terminal, applies for and acquires a special soft SIM card, cancels the communication connection of the sharing soft SIM card, releases the resource of the sharing soft SIM card, and then adopts the special soft SIM card to access the network, thereby realizing the communication connection of the mobile terminal. On one hand, a mode of sharing the soft SIM card is adopted, so that a small number of cards can support a large number of mobile terminals to access a communication network, and the problem of high operation cost is solved; on the other hand, the card distribution service terminal distributes a special soft SIM card according to the card distribution request provided by the mobile terminal, and the special soft SIM card can enable the mobile terminal to be accessed to a local operator network and has the best signal, thereby realizing the dynamic selection of the operator network for the user and improving the service quality.
Correspondingly, referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a system for implementing communication connection of a mobile terminal 200, including a card-allocating server 100 and the mobile terminal 200; it should be noted that the system for implementing the communication connection of the mobile terminal of the present invention includes a system for information interaction between the card provisioning server and a plurality of mobile terminals, and the embodiment of the present invention is illustrated only by information interaction between the card provisioning server and a system of one mobile terminal.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a card-allocating service end of a system for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection provided by the present invention, and fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a mobile terminal of a system for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection provided by the present invention. The card distribution server 100 comprises a card group selection module 101, a card group configuration module 102 and a card distribution processing module 103; the mobile terminal 200 comprises a shared card selecting module 201, a shared card communication module 202, a card allocation request module 203, a card allocation receiving module 204, a shared card logout module 205 and a special card communication module 206; wherein,
a card group selection module 101, configured to select, according to device information acquired from a mobile terminal 200, a group of shared soft SIM card groups that can cover an area where the mobile terminal 200 is to access a communication network from a shared card pool of the same network type as the mobile terminal 200;
the card group configuration module 102 is further configured to configure the selected shared soft SIM card group and the corresponding shared soft SIM card group rule to the mobile terminal 200;
a shared card selecting module 201, configured to select a shared soft SIM card for accessing a communication network from the shared soft SIM card set according to the shared soft SIM card set rule;
a shared card communication module 202, configured to access a communication network through the shared soft SIM card;
a card allocation request module 203, configured to send a card allocation request to the card allocation server 100 through the communication network; the card configuration request includes the network type of the mobile terminal 200 and the information of the local operator thereof;
the card allocation processing module 103 is configured to select a dedicated soft SIM card according to a priority of the dedicated soft SIM card from a dedicated soft SIM card group that enables the mobile terminal 200 to access a local operator network and has an optimal signal according to the card allocation request, generate card allocation information, and send the card allocation information to the mobile terminal 200; the card configuration information comprises information of the selected special soft SIM card;
a card distribution receiving module 204, configured to receive card distribution information returned by the card distribution server 100, and obtain a special soft SIM card for a communication network;
a shared card logout module 205, configured to logout the connection between the shared soft SIM card and the communication network;
a dedicated card communication module 206 for accessing a communication network through the dedicated soft SIM card.
Further, the shared card pool includes shared soft SIM cards with M different card numbers, the shared soft SIM cards with M different card numbers are configured in a plurality of card groups, and the shared soft SIM cards in each card group are arranged in sequence, so that the shared soft SIM cards adjacent to the shared soft SIM card with the same card number in each card group are different from each other.
Further, the shared soft SIM card group includes a plurality of shared soft SIM cards and operator information and roaming country information supported by each shared soft SIM card;
referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a card group selection module of a card configuration server of the system for implementing communication connection of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The card group selecting module 101 of the card distribution server 100 specifically includes:
a first selecting unit 1011, configured to select a shared soft SIM card group from a shared soft SIM card pool of the same network standard as that of the mobile terminal 200 according to the network standard of the mobile terminal 200;
a card group information obtaining unit 1012, configured to obtain, from the shared soft SIM card group, operator information and roaming country information supported by each shared soft SIM card in the card group;
a coverage determining unit 1013, configured to determine whether an operator set and a roaming country set supported by the shared soft SIM card set both cover an area where the mobile terminal 200 is to access a communication network; wherein the operator set is a set consisting of operators supportable by each shared soft SIM card in the shared soft SIM card group; the roaming country set is a set consisting of roaming countries supportable by each shared soft SIM card in the shared soft SIM card set; and,
a second selecting unit 1014, configured to select the shared soft SIM card set for configuring to the mobile terminal 200 when the operator set and the roaming country set supported by the shared soft SIM card set both cover an area where the mobile terminal 200 is to access a communication network;
the first selecting unit 1011 is further configured to, when the operator set supported by the shared soft SIM group does not cover the area where the mobile terminal 200 is to access the communication network, or the roaming country set supported by the shared soft SIM group does not cover the area where the mobile terminal 200 is to access the communication network, continue to select a next shared soft SIM group from the shared soft SIM pool of the same network standard as the mobile terminal 200 for judgment until a shared soft SIM group capable of covering the area where the mobile terminal 200 is to access the communication network is selected.
In one embodiment, the shared card extracting module 201 of the mobile terminal 200 is further configured to:
selecting one sharing soft SIM card in sequence according to the arrangement sequence of the sharing soft SIM cards in the sharing soft SIM card group for accessing a communication network;
and when the access of the shared soft SIM card fails, continuously and sequentially selecting the next shared soft SIM card.
In another embodiment, the shared soft SIM card set includes a plurality of shared soft SIM cards and operator information supported by each shared soft SIM card;
fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a sharing card selecting module of a mobile terminal of the system for implementing communication connection of the mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The sharing card selecting module 201 of the mobile terminal 200 specifically includes:
a signal acquiring unit 2011, configured to acquire a local operator signal of the mobile terminal 200;
a first screening unit 2012, configured to screen out, according to the operator information supported by each shared soft SIM card in the shared soft SIM card group, a shared soft SIM card that supports a local operator;
a clock query unit 2013, configured to query a local clock of the mobile terminal 200 to obtain a current time;
a second screening unit 2014, configured to compare the available time of each shared soft SIM card supporting the local operator with the current time, respectively, and screen out an effective shared soft SIM card;
a detection hash value calculation unit 2015, configured to combine the device serial number of the mobile terminal 200 and the current time into a first character string, and calculate the first character string by using a hash algorithm to obtain a detection hash value;
a reference hash value calculation unit 2016, configured to combine the mobile subscriber identity of each valid shared soft SIM card with the current time to form a second string, and perform a hash algorithm on the second string corresponding to each valid shared soft SIM card to obtain a reference hash value;
a comparing unit 2017, configured to compare the reference hash value corresponding to each valid shared soft SIM card with the detected hash value, respectively, to obtain an offset value;
a third screening unit 2018, configured to sort offset values corresponding to each valid shared soft SIM card, and select one valid shared soft SIM card according to the sort of the offset values, so as to access the communication network; and,
and the valid time storage unit 2019 is configured to store the valid available time of the next use of the selected shared soft SIM card according to the current time.
Still further, the third screening unit 2018 is further configured to, when the selected valid shared soft SIM card fails to be accessed, the mobile terminal 200 sequentially selects a next valid shared soft SIM card to be accessed to the communication network according to an arrangement sequence of the selected valid shared soft SIM cards from the shared soft SIM card group.
Further, the mobile terminal 200 further includes:
a first log storage module 207, configured to store, in a first execution log, information that the shared soft SIM card accesses the communication network after the shared card communication module 202 accesses the shared soft SIM card into the communication network; the first execution log includes information of all the selected shared soft SIM cards, information of a communication network to which each shared soft SIM card is accessed, an access result, and access time, in a process of selecting the shared soft SIM card to access the communication network by the mobile terminal 200.
Further, the mobile terminal 200 further includes:
a second log storage module 208, configured to store, in a second execution log, information that the special soft SIM card accesses the communication network after the special card communication module 206 accesses the special soft SIM card into the communication network; the second execution log includes information of all the acquired dedicated soft SIM cards, information of a communication network to which each dedicated soft SIM card is accessed, an access result, and access time, in the process of acquiring the dedicated soft SIM cards to access the communication network by the mobile terminal 200;
the shared card selecting module 201 is further configured to select another shared soft SIM card for accessing the communication network from the shared card soft SIM card set according to the shared soft SIM card set rule again when the access result of the dedicated soft SIM card is a failure.
Further, the mobile terminal 200 further includes a log uploading module 209; the card distribution server 100 further includes a log receiving module 104; wherein,
the log uploading module 209 is configured to, after the special card communication module 206 accesses the special soft SIM card into a communication network, upload the first execution log and the second execution log to the card distribution server 100 through the communication network;
the log receiving module 104 is configured to receive the first execution log and the second execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal 200.
Further, the mobile terminal 200 further includes a heartbeat sending module 210; the card distribution server 100 further comprises a heartbeat receiving module 105, a duration judging module 106, a first recording module 107 and a second recording module 108; wherein,
the heartbeat sending module 210 is configured to send a heartbeat signal to the card distribution server 100 after the mobile terminal 200 accesses a communication network;
the heartbeat receiving module 105 is configured to receive a heartbeat signal sent by the mobile terminal 200, and update and record a time when the mobile terminal 200 is in a network connection state; wherein, the heartbeat signal is used to indicate that the mobile terminal 200 is in a network connection state;
the duration judging module 106 is configured to judge whether a duration of a distance between a time when the mobile terminal 200 is in a network connection state and a current time, which is recorded latest, is greater than a preset duration;
the first recording module 107 is configured to record that the mobile terminal 200 is in a network disconnection state when a time length of a distance between a time when the mobile terminal 200 is in a network connection state and a current time, which is recorded latest, is greater than a preset time length;
the second recording module 108 is configured to record that the mobile terminal 200 is in the network connection state when the latest recorded time that is a distance between the time when the mobile terminal 200 is in the network connection state and the current time is not greater than a preset time.
Still further, after the card distribution server 100 receives the first execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal 200, there are two embodiments of the card distribution server 100 for adjusting the shared soft SIM card group, specifically:
in one embodiment, the card provisioning service terminal 100 further comprises the first statistic module 1091 and the card replacement module 1101; wherein,
the first statistical module 1091 is configured to, after the log receiving module receives the first execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal 200, count the number of times of access failures of each shared soft SIM card in a preset time period according to the access result and the access time of each shared soft SIM card in the first execution log uploaded by all the mobile terminals 200;
the shared card replacing module 1101 is configured to, when the number of access failures of the shared soft SIM card in a preset time period is greater than a shared card replacing threshold, replace the shared soft SIM card with a new shared soft SIM card in a shared card pool and a shared soft SIM card group that include the shared soft SIM card, so as to complete adjustment of the shared soft SIM card group.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of the card-allocating server of the system for implementing communication connection of the mobile terminal according to the present invention. In another embodiment, the card distribution server 100 further includes a second statistical module 1092 and a card group adjusting module 1102; wherein,
the second statistical module 1092 is configured to, after the log receiving module receives the first execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal 200, count the number of the shared soft SIM cards with access failure in a preset time period according to the access result and the access time of each shared soft SIM card in the first execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal 200;
the card group adjusting module 1102 is configured to, when the number of the shared soft SIM cards with failed access in a preset time period is greater than a card group replacement threshold, select, by the card configuration server 100, another shared soft SIM card group that can cover an area where the mobile terminal 200 accesses a communication network from a shared card pool of the same network type as the mobile terminal 200, and configure the another shared soft SIM card group to the mobile terminal 200 to replace an original shared soft SIM card group in the mobile terminal 200, so as to complete adjustment of the shared soft SIM card group; or,
the method and the device are used for adding at least one new shared soft SIM card in a shared card pool of the same network type as the mobile terminal 200, and reconfiguring a shared soft SIM card group in the shared card pool to complete adjustment of the shared soft SIM card group.
Further, the card distribution server 100 further includes a third statistics module 111 and a dedicated card adjustment module 112; wherein,
the third counting module 111 is configured to count, after the log receiving module receives the second execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal 200, the number of times of access failure of each dedicated soft SIM card in a preset time period according to the access result and the access time of each dedicated SIM card in the second execution log uploaded by all the mobile terminals 200;
the dedicated card adjusting module 112 is configured to, when the access failure times of the dedicated soft SIM card in the preset time period are greater than a dedicated card replacement threshold, the card provisioning server 100 replaces the dedicated soft SIM card with a new dedicated soft SIM card in a dedicated soft SIM card group including the dedicated soft SIM card, or marks the dedicated soft SIM card as unallocated.
Further, the card distribution server 100 further includes an update generating module 113, a first connection determining module 114, and an update sending module 115; the mobile terminal 200 further includes an update receiving module 211 and an update processing module 212; wherein,
the update generating module 113 is configured to generate update information according to the adjusted shared soft SIM card set after the card provisioning server 100 completes adjustment of the shared soft SIM card set;
the first connection determining module 114 is configured to determine whether the mobile terminal 200 corresponding to the shared soft SIM card set before being adjusted is in a network connection state;
the update sending module 115 is configured to, when the mobile terminal 200 is in a network connection state, send update information to the mobile terminal 200 by the card distribution server 100;

Still further, in one embodiment, the card provisioning information further includes lease information of the dedicated soft SIM card;
the mobile terminal 200 further includes:
a first special card logout module 213, configured to logout, according to the lease information, the connection between the special soft SIM card and the communication network after the special card communication module 206 accesses the special soft SIM card to the communication network.
In another embodiment, based on the above embodiment, the card provisioning server 100 further includes a logout generation module 116, a second connection judgment module 117, a logout sending module 118, and a first marking module 119, and the mobile terminal 200 further includes a logout receiving module 214 and a second dedicated card logout module 215; wherein,
the logout generation module 116 is configured to generate logout information when the card provisioning server 100 determines that the lease of the dedicated soft SIM card expires according to the lease information of the dedicated soft SIM card;
the second connection determining module 117 is configured to determine whether the mobile terminal 200 corresponding to the dedicated soft SIM card is in a network connection state;
the logout sending module 118 is configured to send logout information to the mobile terminal 200 when the mobile terminal 200 is in a network connection state, and mark the dedicated soft SIM card as assignable;

the second dedicated card logout module 215 is configured to logout the connection between the dedicated soft SIM card and the communication network according to the logout information;

a second flag module 122, configured to mark the dedicated soft SIM card as assignable when the mobile terminal 200 is in a network disconnection state, and a time length between a time when the mobile terminal 200 is in the network connection state and a current time is greater than a logout time length.
Still further, the card distribution server 100 further includes:
the priority processing module 123 is configured to reduce the selected priority of the dedicated soft SIM card after the card provisioning service end 100 marks the dedicated soft SIM card as assignable.
The system for realizing the communication connection of the mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention selects a sharing card from a sharing soft SIM card group configured for the mobile terminal by a card configuration service terminal stored in the mobile terminal, accesses a communication network, then is connected with the card configuration service terminal, applies for and acquires a special soft SIM card, cancels the communication connection of the sharing soft SIM card, releases the resource of the sharing soft SIM card, and then adopts the special soft SIM card to access the network, thereby realizing the communication connection of the mobile terminal. On one hand, a mode of sharing the soft SIM card is adopted, so that a small number of cards can support a large number of mobile terminals to access a communication network, and the problem of high operation cost is solved; on the other hand, the card distribution service terminal distributes a special soft SIM card according to the card distribution request provided by the mobile terminal, and the special soft SIM card can enable the mobile terminal to be accessed to a local operator network and has the best signal, thereby realizing the dynamic selection of the operator network for the user and improving the service quality.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

Claims (36)

1. A method for realizing communication connection of a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the card configuration server side selects a group of shared soft SIM card groups which can cover the area of the mobile terminal to be accessed to a communication network from a shared card pool of the same network type as the mobile terminal according to the equipment information acquired from the mobile terminal;
the card allocation server allocates the selected shared soft SIM card group and the corresponding shared soft SIM card group rule to the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal selects a shared soft SIM card for accessing a communication network from the shared soft SIM card group according to the shared soft SIM card group rule;
the mobile terminal is accessed into a communication network through the shared soft SIM card;
the mobile terminal sends a card distribution request to the card distribution server through the communication network; the card configuration request comprises the network type of the mobile terminal and the information of the local operator of the mobile terminal;
the card distribution service terminal selects a special soft SIM card according to the priority of the special soft SIM card from a special soft SIM card group which enables the mobile terminal to access a local operator network and has the best signal according to the card distribution request, generates card distribution information and sends the card distribution information to the mobile terminal; the card configuration information comprises information of the selected special soft SIM card;
the mobile terminal receives card matching information returned by the card matching server to obtain a special soft SIM card for a communication network;
the mobile terminal logs off the connection between the shared soft SIM card and the communication network;
and the mobile terminal is accessed into a communication network through the special soft SIM card.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the shared card pool comprises shared soft SIM cards with M different card numbers, the shared soft SIM cards with M different card numbers are configured in a plurality of card groups, and the shared soft SIM cards in each card group are arranged in sequence, so that the shared soft SIM cards with the same card number in each card group are adjacent to different shared soft SIM cards.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the shared soft SIM card set comprises a plurality of shared soft SIM cards and operator information and roaming country information supported by each shared soft SIM card;
the card configuration server selects a group of shared soft SIM card groups capable of covering an area of the mobile terminal to be accessed to a communication network from a shared card pool of the same network type as the mobile terminal according to the equipment information, and specifically comprises the following steps:
the card configuration server side selects a group of shared soft SIM card groups from a shared soft SIM card pool with the same network system as the mobile terminal according to the network system of the mobile terminal;
the card distribution server side obtains operator information and roaming country information supported by each shared soft SIM card in the card group from the shared soft SIM card group;
the card configuration server side judges whether an operator set and a roaming country set supported by the shared soft SIM card set both cover the area of the mobile terminal to be accessed to a communication network; wherein the operator set is a set consisting of operators supportable by each shared soft SIM card in the shared soft SIM card group; the roaming country set is a set consisting of roaming countries supportable by each shared soft SIM card in the shared soft SIM card set;
if so, the card configuration server side selects the shared soft SIM card group for configuration to the mobile terminal;
if not, the card configuration server side continuously selects a next group of shared soft SIM card groups from a shared soft SIM card pool with the same network type as the mobile terminal for judgment until a group of shared soft SIM card groups capable of covering the area of the mobile terminal to be accessed to the communication network is selected.
4. The method according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the mobile terminal selects a shared soft SIM card for accessing a communication network from the shared soft SIM card set according to the rule of the shared soft SIM card set, specifically comprising:
the mobile terminal selects one sharing soft SIM card in sequence according to the arrangement sequence of the sharing soft SIM cards in the sharing soft SIM card group for accessing a communication network;
and when the access of the shared soft SIM card fails, the mobile terminal continues to sequentially select the next shared soft SIM card.
5. The method for implementing mobile terminal communication connection according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the shared soft SIM card group includes a plurality of shared soft SIM cards and operator information supported by each shared soft SIM card;
the mobile terminal selects a shared soft SIM card for accessing a communication network from the shared soft SIM card group according to the shared soft SIM card group rule, and specifically includes:
the mobile terminal acquires a local operator signal of the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal screens out the shared soft SIM cards supporting local operators according to the operator information supported by each shared soft SIM card in the shared soft SIM card group;
the mobile terminal inquires a local clock of the mobile terminal to obtain the current moment;
the mobile terminal compares the effective available time of each shared soft SIM card supporting the local operator with the current time respectively to screen out the effective shared soft SIM cards;
the mobile terminal combines the equipment serial number of the mobile terminal and the current moment into a first character string, and a Hash algorithm is adopted to calculate the first character string to obtain a detection Hash value;
the mobile terminal combines the mobile subscriber identification code of each effective sharing soft SIM card with the current time to form a second character string, and adopts a Hash algorithm to respectively calculate the second character string corresponding to each effective sharing soft SIM card to obtain a reference Hash value;
the mobile terminal compares the reference hash value corresponding to each effective shared soft SIM card with the detection hash value respectively to obtain an offset value;
the mobile terminal sorts the offset value corresponding to each effective shared soft SIM card, and selects an effective shared soft SIM card according to the sorting of the offset values for accessing a communication network;
and the mobile terminal saves the effective available time of the next use of the selected shared soft SIM card according to the current time.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein when the selected valid shared soft SIM card fails to be accessed, the mobile terminal selects and selects the next valid shared soft SIM card in sequence according to the sequence of the selected valid shared soft SIM cards from the shared soft SIM card set for accessing the communication network.
7. The method for implementing a communication connection of a mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein after the mobile terminal accesses a communication network through the shared soft SIM card, the method further comprises:
the mobile terminal stores the information of the shared soft SIM card accessing the communication network in a first execution log; the first execution log comprises information of all the selected shared soft SIM cards, information of a communication network accessed by each shared soft SIM card, an access result and access time in the process that the mobile terminal selects the shared soft SIM card to access the communication network.
8. The method for implementing a communication connection of a mobile terminal according to claim 7, wherein after the mobile terminal accesses a communication network through the dedicated soft SIM card, the method further comprises:
the mobile terminal stores the information of the special soft SIM card accessing the communication network in a second execution log; the second execution log comprises the information of all the acquired special soft SIM cards, the information of the communication network accessed by each special soft SIM card, the access result and the access time in the process of acquiring the special soft SIM cards to access the communication network by the mobile terminal;
and when the access result of the special soft SIM card is failure, the mobile terminal selects another shared soft SIM card for accessing the communication network from the shared soft SIM card group again according to the shared soft SIM card group rule.
9. The method for implementing a communication connection of a mobile terminal according to claim 8, wherein after the mobile terminal accesses a communication network through the dedicated soft SIM card, the method further comprises:
the mobile terminal uploads the first execution log and the second execution log to the card distribution server through the communication network;
and the card distribution server receives the first execution log and the second execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein after the mobile terminal accesses the communication network, further comprising:
the mobile terminal sends a heartbeat signal to the card distribution server side;
the card distribution server receives a heartbeat signal sent by the mobile terminal, and updates and records the time when the mobile terminal is in a network connection state; the heartbeat signal is used for indicating that the mobile terminal is in a network connection state;
the card distribution server side judges whether the latest recorded time length of the distance between the time when the mobile terminal is in the network connection state and the current time is greater than a preset time length or not;
if so, recording that the mobile terminal is in a network disconnection state;
if not, recording that the mobile terminal is in a network connection state.
11. The method for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection according to claim 10, wherein after the card provisioning server receives the first execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
the card distribution server side counts the access failure times of each shared soft SIM card in a preset time period according to the access result and the access time of each shared soft SIM card in a first execution log uploaded by all mobile terminals;
when the access failure times of the shared soft SIM card in a preset time period are greater than a shared card replacement threshold value, the card configuration service end replaces the shared soft SIM card with a new shared soft SIM card in a shared card pool containing the shared soft SIM card and a shared soft SIM card group so as to complete the adjustment of the shared soft SIM card group.
12. The method for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection according to claim 10, wherein after the card provisioning server receives the first execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
the card distribution server side counts the number of the shared soft SIM cards with access failure in a preset time period according to the access result and the access time of each shared soft SIM card in a first execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal;
when the number of the shared soft SIM cards with access failure in a preset time period is larger than a card group replacement threshold value, the card configuration service end selects another group of shared soft SIM card groups which can cover the area where the mobile terminal accesses a communication network from a shared card pool with the same network type as the mobile terminal, and configures the other group of shared soft SIM card groups to the mobile terminal so as to replace the original shared soft SIM card groups in the mobile terminal to complete the adjustment of the shared soft SIM card groups; or,
and the card configuration server adds at least one new sharing soft SIM card in a sharing card pool of the same network type as the mobile terminal, and reconfigures a sharing soft SIM card group in the sharing card pool so as to finish the adjustment of the sharing soft SIM card group.
13. The method for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection according to any of claims 10 to 12, wherein after the card provisioning server receives the second execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
the card distribution server side counts the access failure times of each special soft SIM card in a preset time period according to the access result and the access time of each special soft SIM card in a second execution log uploaded by all mobile terminals;
when the access failure times of the special soft SIM card in a preset time period are larger than a special card replacement threshold value, the card configuration service end replaces the special soft SIM card with a new special soft SIM card in a special soft SIM card group containing the special soft SIM card, or marks the special soft SIM card as unallowable.
14. The method for implementing a communication connection of a mobile terminal according to claim 13, wherein the card provisioning service, after completing the adjustment of the shared soft SIM card set, further comprises:
the card distribution server generates update information according to the adjusted shared soft SIM card group;
the card distribution server side judges whether the corresponding mobile terminal is in a network connection state before the shared soft SIM card group is adjusted;
when the mobile terminal is in a network connection state, the card configuration server side sends update information to the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal receives the updating information sent by the card configuration server;
and the mobile terminal updates the locally stored shared soft SIM card group according to the updating information.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the card provisioning information further includes lease information for the dedicated soft SIM card;
after the mobile terminal accesses the communication network through the special soft SIM card, the method further comprises the following steps:
and the mobile terminal cancels the connection between the special soft SIM card and the communication network according to the lease information.
16. The method for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection as recited in claim 15, wherein said method for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection further comprises:
when the card distribution service terminal judges that the lease of the special soft SIM card is due according to the lease information of the distributed special soft SIM card, the card distribution service terminal generates logout information;
the card distribution server side judges whether the mobile terminal corresponding to the special soft SIM card is in a network connection state;
when the mobile terminal is in a network connection state, the card distribution service terminal sends logout information to the mobile terminal and marks the special soft SIM card as distributable;
the mobile terminal receives the logout information;
the mobile terminal logs out the connection between the special soft SIM card and the communication network according to the logging-out information;
and when the mobile terminal is in a network disconnection state, the card distribution service end marks the special soft SIM card as distributable.
17. The method for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection as recited in claim 16, wherein said method for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection further comprises:
the card distribution server side regularly judges whether the mobile terminal corresponding to the distributed special soft SIM card is in a network disconnection state;
when the mobile terminal is in a network disconnection state, the card distribution server side judges whether the latest recorded time length of the distance between the time when the mobile terminal is in the network connection state and the current time is greater than the logout time length;
if so, the card configuration server side marks the special soft SIM card as distributable.
18. The method for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection as claimed in claim 17, wherein after the card provisioning service end marks the dedicated soft SIM card as assignable, the method further comprises:
and the card configuration server reduces the selected priority of the special soft SIM card.

A system for realizing communication connection of a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising a card configuration server and the mobile terminal; the card distribution server comprises a card group selection module, a card group configuration module and a card distribution processing module; the mobile terminal comprises a shared card selecting module, a shared card communication module, a card allocation request module, a card allocation receiving module, a shared card logout module and a special card communication module; wherein,
the card group selection module is used for selecting a group of shared soft SIM card groups which can cover the area of the mobile terminal to be accessed to the communication network from a shared card pool of the same network type as the mobile terminal according to the equipment information acquired from the mobile terminal;
the card group configuration module is also used for configuring the selected sharing soft SIM card group and the corresponding sharing soft SIM card group rule to the mobile terminal;
a shared card selection module, configured to select a shared soft SIM card for accessing a communication network from the shared soft SIM card set according to the shared soft SIM card set rule;
the shared card communication module is used for accessing a communication network through the shared soft SIM card;
the card allocation request module is used for sending a card allocation request to the card allocation server through the communication network; the card configuration request comprises the network type of the mobile terminal and the information of the local operator of the mobile terminal;
the card distribution processing module is used for selecting a special soft SIM card according to the priority of the special soft SIM card from a special soft SIM card group which enables the mobile terminal to be accessed to a local operator network and has the best signal according to the card distribution request, generating card distribution information and sending the card distribution information to the mobile terminal; the card configuration information comprises information of the selected special soft SIM card;
the card distribution receiving module is used for receiving card distribution information returned by the card distribution server to obtain a special soft SIM card for a communication network;
a shared card logout module for logging out the connection between the shared soft SIM card and the communication network;
and the special card communication module is used for accessing a communication network through the special soft SIM card.

The system for implementing mobile terminal communication connectivity of claim 19, wherein the shared card pool includes shared soft SIM cards with M different card numbers, the shared soft SIM cards with M different card numbers being configured in a plurality of card banks, the shared soft SIM cards in each card bank being arranged in a sequence such that the shared soft SIM cards adjacent to the shared soft SIM card with the same card number in each card bank are different from each other.
21. The system for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection of claim 19, wherein the shared soft SIM card set includes a plurality of shared soft SIM cards and operator information and roaming country information supported by each shared soft SIM card;
the card group selecting module of the card distribution server specifically comprises:
the first selection unit is used for selecting a group of shared soft SIM card groups from a shared soft SIM card pool with the same network system as the mobile terminal according to the network system of the mobile terminal;
a card group information obtaining unit, configured to obtain, from the shared soft SIM card group, operator information and roaming country information supported by each shared soft SIM card in the card group;
a coverage judging unit, configured to judge whether an operator set and a roaming country set supported by the shared soft SIM card set both cover an area where the mobile terminal is to access a communication network; wherein the operator set is a set consisting of operators supportable by each shared soft SIM card in the shared soft SIM card group; the roaming country set is a set consisting of roaming countries supportable by each shared soft SIM card in the shared soft SIM card set; and,
a second selecting unit, configured to select the shared soft SIM card set for configuration to the mobile terminal when an operator set and a roaming country set supported by the shared soft SIM card set both cover an area where the mobile terminal is to access a communication network;
the first selecting unit is further configured to, when the operator set supported by the shared soft SIM card group does not cover the area where the mobile terminal is to access the communication network, or the roaming country set supported by the shared soft SIM card group does not cover the area where the mobile terminal is to access the communication network, continue to select a next shared soft SIM card group from a shared soft SIM card pool of the same network standard as the mobile terminal for judgment until a shared soft SIM card group capable of covering the area where the mobile terminal is to access the communication network is selected.
22. The system for implementing a communication connection between mobile terminals according to any of claims 19 to 21, wherein the sharing card selecting module of the mobile terminal is further configured to:
selecting one sharing soft SIM card in sequence according to the arrangement sequence of the sharing soft SIM cards in the sharing soft SIM card group for accessing a communication network;
and when the access of the shared soft SIM card fails, continuously and sequentially selecting the next shared soft SIM card.
23. The system for implementing mobile terminal communication connection of any of claims 19 to 21, wherein the shared soft SIM card group includes a plurality of shared soft SIM cards and operator information supported by each shared soft SIM card;
the sharing card selecting module of the mobile terminal specifically comprises:
the signal acquisition unit is used for acquiring a local operator signal of the mobile terminal;
the first screening unit is used for screening out the shared soft SIM cards supporting local operators according to the operator information supported by each shared soft SIM card in the shared soft SIM card group;
the clock query unit is used for querying a local clock of the mobile terminal and acquiring the current time;
the second screening unit is used for respectively comparing the effective available time of each sharing soft SIM card supporting the local operator with the current time to screen out the effective sharing soft SIM cards;
the detection hash value calculation unit is used for combining the equipment serial number of the mobile terminal and the current moment into a first character string and calculating the first character string by adopting a hash algorithm to obtain a detection hash value;
the reference hash value calculation unit is used for combining the mobile subscriber identification code of each effective sharing soft SIM card with the current time to form a second character string, and calculating the second character string corresponding to each effective sharing soft SIM card by adopting a hash algorithm to obtain a reference hash value;
the comparison unit is used for comparing the reference hash value corresponding to each effective shared soft SIM card with the detection hash value respectively to obtain an offset value;
the third screening unit is used for sequencing the offset value corresponding to each effective shared soft SIM card and selecting one effective shared soft SIM card according to the sequencing of the offset values so as to access the communication network; and,
and the valid time storage unit is used for storing the valid available time of the next use of the selected shared soft SIM card according to the current time.

The system according to claim 23, wherein the third filter unit is further configured to, when the selected valid shared soft SIM card fails to be accessed, the mobile terminal sequentially selects a next valid shared soft SIM card for accessing the communication network according to the sequence of the selected valid shared soft SIM cards from the shared soft SIM card group.
25. The system for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection according to claim 19, wherein said mobile terminal further comprises:
the first log storage module is used for storing the information of the shared soft SIM card accessing the communication network in a first execution log after the shared card communication module accesses the shared soft SIM card into the communication network; the first execution log comprises information of all the selected shared soft SIM cards, information of a communication network accessed by each shared soft SIM card, an access result and access time in the process that the mobile terminal selects the shared soft SIM card to access the communication network.
26. The system for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection of claim 25, wherein said mobile terminal further comprises:
the second log storage module is used for storing the information of the special soft SIM card accessing the communication network in a second execution log after the special card communication module accesses the special soft SIM card into the communication network; the second execution log comprises the information of all the acquired special soft SIM cards, the information of the communication network accessed by each special soft SIM card, the access result and the access time in the process of acquiring the special soft SIM cards to access the communication network by the mobile terminal;
and the shared card selecting module is further configured to select another shared soft SIM card for accessing the communication network from the shared card soft SIM card group according to the shared soft SIM card group rule again when the access result of the dedicated soft SIM card is a failure.
27. The system for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection of claim 26, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises a log upload module; the card distribution server also comprises a log receiving module; wherein,
the log uploading module is used for uploading the first execution log and the second execution log to the card configuration server through the communication network after the special card communication module accesses the special soft SIM card into the communication network;
the log receiving module is used for receiving the first execution log and the second execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal.

The system for implementing a mobile terminal communication connection of claim 27, wherein said mobile terminal further comprises a heartbeat transmission module; the card distribution server also comprises a heartbeat receiving module, a duration judging module, a first recording module and a second recording module; wherein,
the heartbeat sending module is used for sending a heartbeat signal to the card configuration server after the mobile terminal is accessed to a communication network;
the heartbeat receiving module is used for receiving a heartbeat signal sent by the mobile terminal and updating and recording the time when the mobile terminal is in a network connection state; the heartbeat signal is used for indicating that the mobile terminal is in a network connection state;
the time length judging module is used for judging whether the time length of the distance between the latest recorded time when the mobile terminal is in the network connection state and the current time is greater than a preset time length or not;
the first recording module is used for recording that the mobile terminal is in a network disconnection state when the latest recorded time when the mobile terminal is in the network connection state and the current time are longer than the preset time;
the second recording module is used for recording that the mobile terminal is in the network connection state when the latest recorded time length of the distance between the time when the mobile terminal is in the network connection state and the current time is not more than the preset time length.
29. The system for implementing a communication connection to a mobile terminal of claim 28, wherein said card provisioning server further comprises said first statistics module and said card replacement module; wherein,
the first counting module is configured to count the number of access failures of each shared soft SIM card in a preset time period according to the access result and the access time of each shared soft SIM card in the first execution log uploaded by all the mobile terminals after the log receiving module receives the first execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal;
the shared card replacing module is configured to replace the shared soft SIM card with a new shared soft SIM card in a shared card pool and a shared soft SIM card group including the shared soft SIM card when the number of access failures of the shared soft SIM card in a preset time period is greater than a shared card replacing threshold value, so as to complete adjustment of the shared soft SIM card group.
30. The system for implementing communication connection of a mobile terminal according to claim 28, wherein the card-provisioning server further comprises a second statistics module and a card group adjustment module; wherein,
the second counting module is configured to count the number of shared soft SIM cards with failed access within a preset time period according to the access result and the access time of each shared soft SIM card in the first execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal after the log receiving module receives the first execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal;
the card group adjusting module is used for selecting another shared soft SIM card group which can cover the area of the mobile terminal accessed to the communication network from a shared card pool of the same network type as the mobile terminal by the card configuration service end when the number of the shared soft SIM cards with failed access in a preset time period is larger than a card group replacement threshold value, and configuring the other shared soft SIM card group to the mobile terminal so as to replace the original shared soft SIM card group in the mobile terminal to complete the adjustment of the shared soft SIM card group; or,
the method is used for adding at least one new sharing soft SIM card into a sharing card pool with the same network type as the mobile terminal, and reconfiguring a sharing soft SIM card group in the sharing card pool to finish the adjustment of the sharing soft SIM card group.
31. The system for implementing mobile terminal communication connection of any of claims 28 to 30, wherein said card provisioning server further comprises a third statistics module and a dedicated card adjustment module; wherein,
the third statistical module is configured to, after the log receiving module receives the second execution log uploaded by the mobile terminal, perform statistics on the number of access failures of each dedicated soft SIM card in a preset time period according to the access result and the access time of each dedicated SIM card in the second execution log uploaded by all the mobile terminals;
the dedicated card adjusting module is configured to, when the number of access failures of the dedicated soft SIM card in a preset time period is greater than a dedicated card replacement threshold, replace the dedicated soft SIM card with a new dedicated soft SIM card or mark the dedicated soft SIM card as unallowable in the dedicated soft SIM card group including the dedicated soft SIM card by the card provisioning server.

The system for implementing communication connection of a mobile terminal according to claim 31, wherein the card-provisioning server further comprises an update generation module, a first connection judgment module and an update transmission module; the mobile terminal also comprises an update receiving module and an update processing module; wherein,
the update generating module is used for generating update information according to the adjusted shared soft SIM card group after the card configuration server finishes the adjustment of the shared soft SIM card group;
the first connection judging module is used for judging whether the corresponding mobile terminal is in a network connection state before the shared soft SIM card group is adjusted;
the update sending module is used for sending update information to the mobile terminal by the card configuration server when the mobile terminal is in a network connection state;
the update receiving module is used for receiving the update information sent by the card distribution server;
and the updating processing module is used for updating the locally stored shared soft SIM card group according to the updating information.
33. The system for implementing a communication connection to a mobile terminal of claim 32, wherein the card provisioning information further includes lease information for the dedicated soft SIM card;
the mobile terminal further includes:
and the first special card logout module is used for logging out the connection between the special soft SIM card and the communication network according to the lease information after the special card communication module accesses the special soft SIM card into the communication network.

The system for implementing communication connection of a mobile terminal according to claim 33, wherein said card provisioning server further comprises a logout generation module, a second connection judgment module, a logout transmission module and a first marking module, and said mobile terminal further comprises a logout reception module and a second dedicated card logout module; wherein,
the logout generation module is used for generating logout information when the card configuration server judges that the lease of the special soft SIM card is due according to the lease information of the special soft SIM card;
the second connection judging module is used for judging whether the mobile terminal corresponding to the special soft SIM card is in a network connection state;
the logout sending module is used for sending logout information to the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is in a network connection state, and marking the special soft SIM card as distributable;
the logout receiving module is used for receiving the logout information;
the second special card logout module is used for logging out the connection between the special soft SIM card and the communication network according to the logout information;
the first marking module is used for marking the special soft SIM card as distributable when the mobile terminal is in a network disconnection state.
35. The system for implementing mobile terminal communication connectivity of claim 34, wherein the card provisioning server further comprises:
the third connection judging module is used for periodically judging whether the mobile terminal corresponding to the distributed special soft SIM card is in a network disconnection state;
a logout duration judging module, configured to judge whether a most recently recorded duration, which is a distance between a time when the mobile terminal is in a network connection state and a current time, is greater than a logout duration when the mobile terminal corresponding to the allocated special soft SIM card is in a network disconnection state; and,
and the second marking module is used for marking the special soft SIM card as distributable when the mobile terminal is in a network disconnection state and the time length of the distance between the time when the mobile terminal is in the network connection state and the current time is longer than the logout time length.
36. The system for implementing mobile terminal communication connection of claim 35, wherein said card-provisioning service further comprises:
and the priority processing module is used for reducing the selected priority of the special soft SIM card after the card configuration service end marks the special soft SIM card as distributable.
