本发明公开了一种能从插孔内轻松取出的电源插头。插头本体下端的中部设有长圆凹孔,长圆凹孔内设有长压缩弹簧和长圆柱,长圆柱的下部沿径向设有圆通孔一和相通的长槽孔;长圆凹孔下部的右壁厚部分沿插头本体的宽度方向设有圆通孔二,左壁厚部分设有与圆通孔二对应的短圆凹孔和相通的圆通孔三;圆通孔二内设有无头螺栓和短压缩弹簧,短压缩弹簧的左端设有大圆柱、小圆柱和盖型螺帽。本发明不仅能从插座的插孔内轻松取出,还能很好地保护插孔,延长插座的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及电源插头技术领域,尤其是一种能从插孔内轻松取出的电源插头。
背景技术
现有的电源插头通过金属插片插入插座的插孔内接通电源。取出电源插头时,需用一只手摁压住插座,另一只手捏住插头本体用力拔出,很不方便。在拔出电源插头的过程中,还常常需左右晃动插头本体,容易导致插孔松动,缩短插座的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有技术的不足,提供一种电源插头,不仅能从插座的插孔内轻松取出,还能很好地保护插孔,延长插座的使用寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:设计制造一种能从插孔内轻松取出的电源插头,包括一插头本体和两片平行排列的金属插片,所述插头本体下端的中部设有长圆凹孔,所述长圆凹孔内设有长压缩弹簧和长圆柱,所述长圆柱的下部沿径向设有圆通孔一,所述圆通孔一的上端设有相通的长槽孔,所述长槽孔的宽度尺寸小于圆通孔一的内径。
所述的长圆凹孔下部的右壁厚部分沿插头本体的宽度方向设有圆通孔二,长圆凹孔下部的左壁厚部分设有与圆通孔二对应的短圆凹孔,所述短圆凹孔的左端设有相通的圆通孔三,所述圆通孔三的轴线与短圆凹孔和圆通孔二的轴线相同,短圆凹孔和圆通孔二的内径相同但大于圆通孔三的内径。
所述的圆通孔二内的右部的内螺纹与无头螺栓配合联接,所述无头螺栓的左端设有短压缩弹簧,所述短压缩弹簧的左端设有大圆柱,所述大圆柱的左端设有一体成型的小圆柱,向左伸出圆通孔三孔口的小圆柱左部的外螺纹与盖型螺帽的螺纹孔配合联接,大圆柱的直径小于短圆凹孔和圆通孔二的内径但大于圆通孔三的内径,所述小圆柱的直径小于圆通孔三的内径,大圆柱的直径小于圆通孔一的内径但大于长槽孔的宽度尺寸,小圆柱的直径小于长槽孔的宽度尺寸,在短压缩弹簧的弹力作用下,横向穿过圆通孔一的大圆柱能将长圆柱锁紧在短圆凹孔内,用手指摁压盖型螺帽时,小圆柱滑进长槽孔内,长圆柱在长压缩弹簧的弹力作用下,向下移动至插座的上端并将插头本体向上顶起,从而将金属插片从插孔内取出。
所述的长圆柱在长压缩弹簧的弹力作用下向下移动时,露出长圆凹孔孔口的长圆柱的长度尺寸大于露出插头本体下端的金属插片的长度尺寸。
所述的金属插片插入插孔时,锁紧在短圆凹孔内的长圆柱的下端与插头本体的下端齐平。
所述的长圆柱、大圆柱、小圆柱、无头螺栓和盖型螺帽的材质均为硬质塑料或金属。
需接通电源时,将金属插片插入插孔,长圆柱向上退入长圆凹孔内,大圆柱横向穿过圆通孔一并将长圆柱锁紧在短圆凹孔内,使长圆柱的下端与插头本体的下端齐平,压缩弹簧处于蓄能状态。
需取出电源插头时,只需用手指摁压盖型螺帽,使大圆柱从短圆凹孔和圆通孔一内退出,小圆柱滑进长槽孔内,长圆柱在长压缩弹簧的弹力作用下,向下瞬间弹出至插座的上端并将插头本体向上顶起,即可将金属插片从插孔内取出。
本发明由于采用上述结构,不仅能从插座的插孔内轻松取出,还能很好地保护插孔,延长插座的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明依据本发明提出的具体装置的细节及工作情况。
如图1、图2所示,设计制造一种能从插孔内轻松取出的电源插头,包括一插头本体1和两片平行排列的金属插片7,插头本体1下端的中部设有长圆凹孔2,长圆凹孔2内设有长压缩弹簧16和长圆柱8,长圆柱8的下部沿径向设有圆通孔一9,圆通孔一9的上端设有相通的长槽孔10,长槽孔10的宽度尺寸小于圆通孔一9的内径。
长圆凹孔2下部的右壁厚部分沿插头本体1的宽度方向设有圆通孔二3,长圆凹孔2下部的左壁厚部分设有与圆通孔二3对应的短圆凹孔11,短圆凹孔11的左端设有相通的圆通孔三15,圆通孔三15的轴线与短圆凹孔11和圆通孔二3的轴线相同,短圆凹孔11和圆通孔二3的内径相同但大于圆通孔三15的内径。
圆通孔二3内的右部的内螺纹与无头螺栓5配合联接,无头螺栓5的左端设有短压缩弹簧4,短压缩弹簧4的左端设有大圆柱6,大圆柱6的左端设有一体成型的小圆柱12,向左伸出圆通孔三15孔口的小圆柱12左部的外螺纹与盖型螺帽14的螺纹孔13配合联接,大圆柱6的直径小于短圆凹孔11和圆通孔二3的内径但大于圆通孔三15的内径,小圆柱12的直径小于圆通孔三15的内径,大圆柱6的直径小于圆通孔一9的内径但大于长槽孔10的宽度尺寸,小圆柱12的直径小于长槽孔10的宽度尺寸,在短压缩弹簧4的弹力作用下,横向穿过圆通孔一9的大圆柱6能将长圆柱8锁紧在短圆凹孔11内,用手指摁压盖型螺帽14时,小圆柱12滑进长槽孔10内,长圆柱8在长压缩弹簧16的弹力作用下,向下移动至插座的上端并将插头本体1向上顶起,从而将金属插片7从插孔内取出。
长圆柱8在长压缩弹簧16的弹力作用下向下移动时,露出长圆凹孔2孔口的长圆柱8的长度尺寸大于露出插头本体1下端的金属插片7的长度尺寸。
金属插片7插入插孔时,锁紧在短圆凹孔11内的长圆柱8的下端与插头本体1的下端齐平。
长圆柱8、大圆柱6、小圆柱12、无头螺栓5和盖型螺帽14的材质均为硬质塑料。
本发明的工作情况是:需接通电源时,将插头本体的金属插片按习惯方式插入插座的插孔即可。
需取出电源插头时,只需用手指摁压盖型螺帽,即可将金属插片从插孔内取出。

1.一种能从插孔内轻松取出的电源插头,包括一插头本体(1)和两片平行排列的金属插片(7),其特征在于:所述插头本体(1)下端的中部设有长圆凹孔(2),所述长圆凹孔(2)内设有长压缩弹簧(16)和长圆柱(8),所述长圆柱(8)的下部沿径向设有圆通孔一(9),所述圆通孔一(9)的上端设有相通的长槽孔(10),所述长槽孔(10)的宽度尺寸小于圆通孔一(9)的内径;
所述的长圆凹孔(2)下部的右壁厚部分沿插头本体(1)的宽度方向设有圆通孔二(3),长圆凹孔(2)下部的左壁厚部分设有与圆通孔二(3)对应的短圆凹孔(11),所述短圆凹孔(11)的左端设有相通的圆通孔三(15),所述圆通孔三(15)的轴线与短圆凹孔(11)和圆通孔二(3)的轴线相同,短圆凹孔(11)和圆通孔二(3)的内径相同但大于圆通孔三(15)的内径;
所述的圆通孔二(3)内的右部的内螺纹与无头螺栓(5)配合联接,所述无头螺栓(5)的左端设有短压缩弹簧(4),所述短压缩弹簧(4)的左端设有大圆柱(6),所述大圆柱(6)的左端设有一体成型的小圆柱(12),向左伸出圆通孔三(15)孔口的小圆柱(12)左部的外螺纹与盖型螺帽(14)的螺纹孔(13)配合联接,大圆柱(6)的直径小于短圆凹孔(11)和圆通孔二(3)的内径但大于圆通孔三(15)的内径,所述小圆柱(12)的直径小于圆通孔三(15)的内径,大圆柱(6)的直径小于圆通孔一(9)的内径但大于长槽孔(10)的宽度尺寸,小圆柱(12)的直径小于长槽孔(10)的宽度尺寸,在短压缩弹簧(4)的弹力作用下,横向穿过圆通孔一(9)的大圆柱(6)能将长圆柱(8)锁紧在短圆凹孔(11)内,用手指摁压盖型螺帽(14)时,小圆柱(12)滑进长槽孔(10)内,长圆柱(8)在长压缩弹簧(16)的弹力作用下,向下移动至插座的上端并将插头本体(1)向上顶起,从而将金属插片(7)从插孔内取出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能从插孔内轻松取出的电源插头,其特征在于,所述长圆柱(8)在长压缩弹簧(16)的弹力作用下向下移动时,露出长圆凹孔(2)孔口的长圆柱(8)的长度尺寸大于露出插头本体(1)下端的金属插片(7)的长度尺寸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能从插孔内轻松取出的电源插头,其特征在于,所述金属插片(7)插入插孔时,锁紧在短圆凹孔(11)内的长圆柱(8)的下端与插头本体(1)的下端齐平。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种能从插孔内轻松取出的电源插头,其特征在于,所述长圆柱(8)、大圆柱(6)、小圆柱(12)、无头螺栓(5)和盖型螺帽(14)的材质均为硬质塑料或金属。
