本发明公开了一种发动机冷却液用缓蚀剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:乙二醇30-40份、丙三醇10-15份、聚丙烯酰胺30-40份、硅酸钠10-15份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠2-3份、氯化铜1-5份、癸二酸0.5-1份、苯甲酸0.05-0.1份、月桂酸0.05-0.1份、二乙烯三胺0.1-0.5份、8-羟基喹啉0.1-0.5份、2-巯基苯并噻唑0.05-0.08份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-5份。本发明对发动机冷却液起到很好的缓蚀作用,防止冷却液腐蚀发动机冷却系统的金属件。

技术领域
本发明属于发动机冷却技术领域,具体涉及一种发动机冷却液用缓蚀剂。
背景技术
冷却液,又称防冻液、抗冻液等,汽车循环冷却系统的冷却介质,主要功能为保护发动机正常良好运行,随着汽车工业的发展,对发动机的性能要求也越来越高,不仅要求冷却液具有较低的冰点和较高的沸点,还应具有较好的金属防腐性、防气蚀性、防结垢性,且有较长的使用寿命等等方面的综合性能。据国内有关资料报导,在正常使用的汽车发动机的维修工作中,有6%是发动机冷却系统出现故障,而故障的主要原因是水垢和金属部件被腐蚀,由此可见水垢和金属部件的腐蚀对发动机水冷系统的危害有多大。市场上的冷却液中的乙二醇、丙三醇等容易生成酸性物质,腐蚀冷却系统的金属件。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种发动机冷却液用缓蚀剂,对发动机冷却液起到很好的缓蚀作用,防止冷却液腐蚀发动机冷却系统的金属件。
本发明的技术方案是:一种发动机冷却液用缓蚀剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:乙二醇30-40份、丙三醇10-15份、聚丙烯酰胺30-40份、硅酸钠10-15份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠2-3份、氯化铜1-5份、癸二酸0.5-1份、苯甲酸0.05-0.1份、月桂酸0.05-0.1份、二乙烯三胺0.1-0.5份、8-羟基喹啉0.1-0.5份、2-巯基苯并噻唑0.05-0.08份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:对发动机冷却液起到很好的缓蚀作用,防止冷却液腐蚀发动机冷却系统的金属件。

一种发动机冷却液用缓蚀剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:乙二醇30份、丙三醇10份、聚丙烯酰胺30份、硅酸钠10份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠2份、氯化铜1份、癸二酸0.5份、苯甲酸0.05份、月桂酸0.05份、二乙烯三胺0.1份、8-羟基喹啉0.1份、2-巯基苯并噻唑0.05份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份。
实施例2
一种发动机冷却液用缓蚀剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:乙二醇35份、丙三醇12份、聚丙烯酰胺35份、硅酸钠12份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠2.5份、氯化铜3份、癸二酸0.7份、苯甲酸0.08份、月桂酸0.07份、二乙烯三胺0.3份、8-羟基喹啉0.3份、2-巯基苯并噻唑0.07份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份。
实施例3
一种发动机冷却液用缓蚀剂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:乙二醇40份、丙三醇15份、聚丙烯酰胺40份、硅酸钠15份、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠3份、氯化铜5份、癸二酸1份、苯甲酸0.1份、月桂酸0.1份、二乙烯三胺0.5份、8-羟基喹啉0.5份、2-巯基苯并噻唑0.08份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份。
