本发明具体公开了启动电机运输防护装置,包括与启动电机底座外形相配合的底板,底板的左侧设有一块挡板,底板的右侧设有压机机构,压紧机构包括支撑板、压缩弹簧以及橡胶垫,支撑板垂直于底板且与底板固定连接;压缩弹簧的一端与支撑板固定连接、另一端与橡胶垫固定连接;压缩弹簧垂直于支撑板。该防护装置针对现有技术进行了改进,通过使用压缩弹簧和橡胶垫来保证在运输过程中启动电机的转子不会来回窜动和转动。

技术领域
本发明涉及机电设备技术领域,具体涉及一种启动电机运输防护装置。
背景技术
启动电机在小型通用汽油机上得到广泛应用,其安装固定在汽油机的曲轴箱体上位于曲轴箱体之外。启动电机主要由定子和转子构成,其中转子包括有转子铁芯和线圈,通常由若干个转子冲片叠合并铆接在一起构成转子铁芯,然后在铁芯的外表面注塑绝缘骨架,最后在转子铁芯外缘的绕线支脚上缠绕线圈构成启动电机的转子。定子机壳上的永磁体磁场的磁力线穿过缠绕在转子铁芯上的线圈齿,当线圈导体通电受磁场力的作用后,带动转子高速旋转,从而启动相应的机构进入工作状态。
目前,启动电机从制备厂家到客户手中,一般都是直接将启动电机裸放在机动车上,再通过机动车运送给客户。启动电机在运输过程中,由于车辆颠簸等原因,会使启动电机转子来回窜动,这种状况极易磕坏轴承,导致产品质量问题,给生产厂家造成不应有的经济损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种启动电机运输防护装置,解决启动电机运输过程中,启动电机的转子来回窜动的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案为:启动电机运输防护装置,包括与启动电机底座外形相配合的底板,底板的左侧设有一块挡板,底板的右侧设有压机机构,压紧机构包括支撑板、压缩弹簧以及橡胶垫,支撑板垂直于底板且与底板固定连接;压缩弹簧的一端与支撑板固定连接、另一端与橡胶垫固定连接;压缩弹簧垂直于支撑板。
本方案的工作原理及优点在于:将启动电机底座与底板贴合,然后将橡胶垫贴合在启动电机的转轴上。因为橡胶垫和压缩弹簧的作用,启动电机的转子不但在轴向上不会传动,而且还不会转动。
该防护装置针对现有技术进行了改进,通过使用压缩弹簧和橡胶垫来保证启动电机在运输过程中启动电机的转子不会来回窜动和转动。
优选方案一:作为基础方案的优选方案,挡板上设有泡沫板。,挡板上设置泡沫板的目的在于可以防止挡板擦挂启动电机的外壳,保证启动电机的外观质量。
优选方案二:作为优选方案一的优选方案:挡板的上下两侧还分别设有绳子。绳子一方面方便缠绕启动电机,另一方面也可以将启动电机捆绑在底板上,这样使启动电机在运输途中更加稳固。
优选方案三:作为优选方案二的优选方案:橡胶垫的左侧设有能套在电机的转轴端头的套孔。套孔可以将启动电机的转子牢牢的罩住,通过正大橡胶垫与启动电机的转子装饰件的接触面积来增大摩擦力,有利于保证启动电机在底板上固定的更加稳固。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:挡板1、泡沫板2、底板3、启动电机4、绳子5、橡胶垫6、压缩弹簧7、支撑板8、转子41、套孔61。
实施例基本如附图1所示:启动电机运输防护装置,包括与启动电机4底座外形相配合的底板3,底板3的左侧设有一块挡板1,底板3的右侧设有压机机构,压紧机构包括支撑板8、压缩弹簧7以及橡胶垫6,支撑板8垂直于底板3且与底板3固定连接。压缩弹簧7垂直于支撑板8设置,压缩弹簧7的一端与支撑板8固定连接、另一端与橡胶垫6固定连接。本实施例中,将启动电机4底座与底板3贴合,然后将橡胶垫6贴合在启动电机4的转轴上。因为橡胶垫6和压缩弹簧7的作用,启动电机4的转子41不但在轴向上不会窜动,而且还不会转动。
本实施例中,挡板1上设有泡沫板2,挡板1上设置泡沫板2的目的在于可以防止挡板1擦挂启动电机4的外壳。如图1所示,挡板1的上下两侧还分别设有绳子5,绳子5用于捆绑启动电机4的机身。为了防止橡胶垫6在颠簸过大的状况下脱离启动电机4的转子41,如图1所示,橡胶垫6的左侧设有能套在电机的转轴端头的套孔61,套孔61可以紧紧的将启动电机4的转子41罩住,防止启动电机4的转子41从橡胶垫6上脱落。

1.启动电机运输防护装置,其特征在于,包括与启动电机底座外形相配合的底板,所述底板的左侧设有一块挡板,底板的右侧设有压机机构,所述压紧机构包括支撑板、压缩弹簧以及橡胶垫,所述支撑板垂直于底板且与底板固定连接;所述压缩弹簧的一端与支撑板固定连接、另一端与橡胶垫固定连接;压缩弹簧垂直于支撑板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的启动电机运输防护装置,其特征在于,所述挡板上设有泡沫板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的启动电机运输防护装置,其特征在于,所述挡板的上下两侧还分别设有绳子。
4.根据权利要求3所述的启动电机运输防护装置,其特征在于,所述橡胶垫的左侧设有能套在电机的转轴端头的套孔。
