The present invention relates to a vehicle steering apparatus, and more particularly, to a drive connection device of a hydraulic steering gear.
Background
Hydraulic steering is a common vehicle steering control device and should be extensive on heavy vehicles. The existing hydraulic steering gear is easy to be blocked by sealing fit when the connecting shaft rod is under high pressure, and a user can steer only by consuming larger strength, so that the use is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problems in the prior art, and provides a transmission connecting device of a hydraulic steering gear.
The technical problem of the invention is mainly solved by the following technical scheme:
the transmission connecting device of the hydraulic steering gear is characterized by comprising a connecting shaft rod and a connecting shaft sleeve, wherein the connecting shaft rod is rotatably arranged in the connecting shaft sleeve and comprises a rod-shaped shaft rod main body and a cylindrical shaft rod head, two sides of the shaft rod head are respectively provided with a conical first sealing ring surface, a pair of sealing ring seats are arranged in the connecting shaft sleeve and are positioned on two sides of the shaft rod head, the inner side wall of each sealing ring seat is respectively provided with a conical second sealing ring surface, the second sealing ring surfaces are matched with the first sealing ring surfaces, the tail part of the connecting shaft sleeve is provided with a detachable buffer seat, and each buffer seat comprises a cylindrical threaded column and a hexagonal prism-shaped adjusting column head, the threaded column is provided with an adjusting nut, and the top of the threaded column is provided with a buffer sinking groove.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the buffer seat is integrally formed by stainless steel.
The transmission connecting device of the hydraulic steering gear has the following advantages: during the use, after turning to the high pressure when opening in the oil circuit that turns to, high-pressure oil can partly permeate the buffering heavy groove of buffer seat, and the pressure of outside high pressure to connecting the axostylus axostyle has been alleviated greatly to the pressure in the buffering heavy groove, prevents effectively that the axostylus axostyle cylindricality from being died by the seal ring seat card of its both sides, has improved the flexibility and the reliability that the vehicle turned to greatly. In addition, utilize adjusting nut, the user can adjust the interval of buffering heavy groove and axostylus axostyle column cap according to operating condition to change the buffering pressure strain range in the buffering heavy groove, the flexibility is good. The transmission connecting device of the hydraulic steering gear is simple in structure, obvious in effect, low in cost and high in practicability.
