In addition, the present invention provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art may recognize applications of other processes and/or uses of other materials.
Referring to fig. 1, a memo interactive system 10 of an electronic device 100 is provided according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, the electronic device 100 is, for example, an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a wearable device, etc. having a touch display screen 200. The user can interact with the memo interaction system 10 through the touch display screen 200 in one way and can input a control signal to the electronic device 100 through the touch display screen 200 in a touch input way.
The memo interaction system 10 included in the electronic device 100 specifically includes a collecting unit 102, a processing unit 104, and an interface generating unit 106.
The acquisition unit 102 is used for acquiring an input parameter signal. In the present embodiment, the generation of a voice memo will be described as an example. The acquisition unit 102 includes a distance sensing unit 108 and a voice pickup unit 110. Thus, the parameter signal includes a distance signal and a speech signal.
The distance sensing unit 108 is used for sensing a distance close to the electronic device 100. For example, when the user wants to input voice memo information, the user approaches the electronic device 100, and the distance sensing unit 108 senses the distance at which the user approaches the electronic device 100.
The sensing window of the distance sensing unit 108 and the picking window of the voice picking unit 110 may be disposed at or near a lower side of the front 101 of the electronic device 100 (generally, the front of the electronic device 100 is a side facing the user during daily use of the electronic device), for example, to facilitate the user to input various parameters required by the interactive system 10 for inputting a memo, such as triggering of distance, entering of voice, and the like. The voice pickup unit 110 includes a microphone.
The processing unit 104 is configured to determine whether the distance is smaller than a set value, and if so, the processing unit 104 is configured to control the voice pickup unit 110 to pick up a voice, generate memo information according to the picked-up voice, and output the memo information at a set reminding time point. The processing unit 104 may store the voice (audio signal) picked up by the voice pickup unit 110 in the register 300. It will be appreciated that the register may be any device having memory capability.
In one embodiment, the voice includes a reminding time point, and the processing unit 104 can directly associate the memo information with the set reminding time point according to the picked-up voice.
The processing unit 104 determines whether the user needs to input a condition of the voice memo by judging the distance, so that the user can trigger the voice memo function without physical means, such as clicking an icon of a memo application or touching a switch to operate the electronic device, thereby improving the convenience of inputting the memo.
In another embodiment, after the processing unit 104 determines that the distance is smaller than the set value, the processing unit 104 controls the voice pickup unit 110 to be turned on, so that the voice pickup unit 110 is in a state of picking up voice. Further, the processing unit 104 is used to load the memo application while controlling the voice pickup unit 110 to be turned on.
When the voice pickup unit 110 has an audio input, the memo application of the electronic device 100 is confirmed to be activated, and the processing unit 104 controls the interface generating unit 106 to generate an interface of the memo application on the display screen 200 of the electronic device 100, so that the user can perform corresponding operations according to prompts of the interface, such as completing the voice input, setting a reminding time point, and the like. In this way, by preloading the memo application, when the user starts inputting voice, the interface generating unit 106 can immediately set the preloaded memo application to the foreground display interface, that is, display the preloaded memo application on the display screen 200 of the electronic device 100 (since the voice input requires time, the time is enough for the interface generating unit 106 to set the preloaded application to the foreground display interface), so that the user experience is improved.
In other embodiments, the processing unit 104 generates memo information according to the parameter signal (such as the above-mentioned voice signal), and controls the interface generation unit to generate and display and output the interface and/or memo icon 400 of the memo application. That is, the processing unit 104 generates memo information according to the acquired parameter signals, the control interface generating unit 106 generates a memo icon 400 associated with the memo information, and further detects that there is an interface for generating a memo application for the control signal side of the memo icon 400. In some cases, if the parameter signal outputted by the user is wrong or the user does not want to continue creating the memo information, the application interface for outputting the memo is not started and the process is terminated.
Referring to fig. 3, the memo icon 400 is associated with the memo information. The processing unit 104 is configured to control the interface generating unit 106 to generate an interface of a corresponding memo application according to the control signal for the memo icon 400, and output the memo information at a set reminding time point. It is to be understood that the interface for generating the corresponding memo application includes an update interface that is partially redrawn. As an example, the memo icon 400 has related words generated according to keywords in the voice input by the user as a display prompt, and the keywords may express what the user mainly wants to do at the set prompting time point, such as keywords of eating, dating, and meeting.
Specifically, after the user's finger 402 presses the memo icon 400 on the touch display 200 or presses the memo icon 400 for more than a first set time period, the processing unit 104 detects a first control signal of the user to the memo icon 400 through the touch display 200, where the first control signal indicates that the user wants to drag the memo icon 400 for setting a memo reminding time point.
The processing unit 104 controls the interface generating unit 106 to generate the time setting interface 404 according to the first control signal.
The time setting interface 404 includes selectable date and time elements, etc.
As a preferred embodiment, please refer to fig. 3, the time setting interface 404 includes a horizontal time axis 406 and an hour circle 408 located in the middle of the time axis 406, wherein the time axis 406 has a plurality of date blocks 410 sorted by date. Each date block 410 displays date information in YYYY-MM-DD and day of the week format, for example, and the date block 410 located in the middle of the time axis 406 (hereinafter referred to as middle date block) is further provided with a front page-turning active area 412, a rear page-turning active area 414, an AM area 416, and a PM area 418. The front page-turning active area 412 and the back page-turning active area 414 are respectively positioned at the outermost sides of the middle date block 410, the AM area 416 is positioned at the inner side of the back page-turning active area 414, the PM area 418 is positioned at the inner side of the front page-turning active area 412, date information is displayed at the middle position of the middle date block 410 and partially overlapped with the AM area 416 and the PM area 418, and the date displayed by the middle date block 410 is the currently selected date. The front page-turning active area 412 is for selecting the time for setting the reminder from the date displayed in the middle date area 410 to the date of the day in the future, and the rear page-turning active area 414 is for selecting the time for setting the reminder from the date displayed in the middle date area 410 to the date of the day in the past. AM area 416 represents time 00: 00-12: interval 00, PM zone 418 represents time 12: 00-24: the interval 00.
Hour circle 408 is made up of two semi-circular hour sub-circles with intermediate date block 410 located between the two hour sub-circles. The time setting interface 404 thus presented indicates that the currently selected date is the date displayed in the intermediate date field 410, and that the particular time of this date is still selected by the user. For example, initially, the date displayed in the middle date block 410 is the current date displayed by the electronic device 100.
Of the two hour sub-circles, one hour sub-circle 420 is located above the middle date sector 410 (hereinafter referred to as the upper hour sub-circle 420) and the other hour sub-circle 422 is located below the middle date sector 410 (hereinafter referred to as the lower hour sub-circle 422). The upper and lower hour sub-rings include time zones corresponding to 24 hours a day, and in this embodiment, the upper hour sub-ring 420 has a 7-hour block 424, which is marked with numerals of 9, 10, 11, 12, 1, 2, and 3 in a clockwise direction, respectively, and represents 9, 10, 11, 12, 1, 2, and 3 points of time, respectively. The next hour sub-circle 422 has a 7 hour block 426, which is marked with numerals 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 in the clockwise direction, respectively, representing 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 points of time, respectively.
After the time setting interface 404 is displayed, when the user selects a date, if the date displayed in the middle date area 410 is the date desired by the user, the user only needs to drag the memo icon 400 to the AM area or the PM area (the first setting area of the time axis 406) and keep pressing the memo icon 400 for more than the second setting time period to select the first time information, that is, to select whether the time of the reminder time point is AM or PM, for example, to select AM. At this time, the processing unit 104 detects, through the touch display 200, a second control signal generated when the memo icon 400 is dragged to the first setting area of the time axis 406 and is kept pressed for more than a second setting time period by the touch display 200, and sets date information at a reminding time point as date information displayed in the middle date area 410 and the first time information as AM according to the second control signal.
In other embodiments, the first time information may not be included, and the corresponding hour circle may include a set area of 24 hours, that is, if the first set area is a date selection area, the second control signal is date information for setting the current date selection area as a reminder time point. The following embodiments are mainly combined with the implementation mode including the first time information, but the embodiments are not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can be applied according to the description that does not include the first time information and the following embodiments that include the first time information.
In addition, if the user wants to select another date, the date can be scrolled for selection by simply dragging the memo icon 400 to the front page active area 412 or the rear page active area 414 (i.e., the second setting area of the time axis 406) and keeping pressing the memo icon 400 for more than the third setting time period. At this time, the processing unit 104 controls the interface generating unit 106 to update the time axis 406 in the interface of the memo application according to a third control signal (the third control signal indicates that the user wants to select another date) generated when the memo icon 400 is dragged to the second setting area of the time axis and is kept pressed for more than a third setting time period when the touch screen 200 is dragged to the second setting area of the time axis.
For example, referring to fig. 4, after the user drags the memo icon 400 to the back page activation area 414 and keeps pressing the memo icon 400 for more than a third set time period, the processing unit 104 controls the interface generation unit 106 to control the date block 410 to move from the left side to the right side of the interface of the memo application and to introduce a new date block 410 at the leftmost side and to eliminate an old date block 410 at the rightmost side according to the third control signal. Thus, referring to fig. 5 (by way of example, fig. 5 shows only the time axis 406, the arrows indicate only the scrolling direction, and the interface of the memo application may not show the arrows), the user views the date field 410 "scrolling" from the interface of the memo application. The date displayed by the "scroll" to intermediate date tile 410 is the currently selected date. The date displayed in the left date block 410 is the past day date of the date displayed in the right adjacent date block 410. The setting of the third setting time period can really understand the control requirement of the user, and avoid unnecessary actions of the interface generating unit 106.
When the user's finger 402 keeps pressing the memo icon 400 all the time in the back page activation area 414, the user wants to select a date farther in the past. At this time, the processing unit 104 detects a third sub-control signal to the memo icon 400, which indicates that the user wants to select a past further date. At every time interval of a fourth set period of time, the processing unit 104 controls the interface generating unit 106 to control the date blocks 410 to continue moving from the left side to the right side of the interface of the memo application and to introduce a new date block 410 at the leftmost side and to eliminate an old date block 410 at the rightmost side, i.e., the user can select a desired date by keeping the memo icon 400 pressed to the rear page turn activation region 414 all the time. The third setting time period and the fourth setting time period may be equal or unequal, and the relationship is set according to actual conditions. When the user wants to select a future date of the date displayed in the middle date area 410, the user can scroll the date to select by simply dragging the memo icon 400 to the front page activation area 412, and the specific description can refer to the above description, which is not described herein again.
Meanwhile, referring to fig. 4, the processing unit 104 controls the interface generating unit 106 to display the AM area 416, the PM area 418 and the hour circle 408 on the interface of the memo application in a background display manner in a blanking manner according to the third control signal or the third sub-control signal.
After the user selects a day, drag memo icon 400 off of page forward active area 412 or page backward active area 414 and make a specific time selection. At this time, the user only needs to drag the memo icon 400 to an AM area or a PM area (e.g., AM area) of the time axis 406 on the touch screen 200 and keep pressing for more than a second set time period to select the first time information. At this time, the processing unit 104 sets the date information and the first time information of the reminding time point to be AM according to a second control signal generated when the memo icon 400 is dragged to the updated first setting area (AM area) of the time axis 406 and is kept pressed for more than a second setting time period. Further, the processing unit 104 controls the interface generating unit 106 to normally display the hour circle 408, the AM area 416 and the PM area 418 on the interface of the memo application according to the second control signal.
Thereafter, the user's finger 402 then drags the memo icon 400 into the corresponding hour block of the hour sub-circle to select a specific time, as shown in fig. 6, for example, to an hour block 426 of the next hour sub-circle 422, on which the number 6 is displayed. At this time, the processing unit 104 controls the interface generating unit 106 to display a minute circle 428 in a circular shape on the periphery of the hour circle 408 according to a fourth control signal generated when the memo icon 400 is dragged to the setting area (i.e. the corresponding hour block) of the hour circle 408 (the fourth control signal indicates that the user wants to select a specific minute). In this example, as shown in fig. 7, the minute circle 428 has 12 minute blocks 430 and numbers of 5, 10, 15, …, 60 are correspondingly displayed on the common side of two adjacent minute blocks 430. Meanwhile, the processing unit 104 controls the interface generating unit 106 to display the time axis 406 and the hour circle 408 on the interface of the memo application in a blanking mode and a background display mode according to the fourth control signal.
The user's finger 402 then drags the memo icon 400 into the corresponding minute block 430 and releases the finger to release the memo icon 400, e.g., to the minute block 430 between the numbers 30-35 and release the memo icon 400. At this time, the processing unit 104 sets a specific hour and minute of the reminder time point of the memo, i.e. second time information, according to a fifth control signal (which indicates that the user has selected a specific time) generated when the memo icon 400 is dragged to the setting area (e.g. minute block 430) of the minute circle 428 and released.
In the process of selecting the specific time, if the user wants to select the date again, the user only needs to drag the memo icon 400 to the middle date block 410 away from the minute circle 428 or the hour circle 408, as shown in fig. 8. At this time, the processing unit 104 detects a sixth control signal to the memo icon 400, the sixth control signal indicating that the user wants to reselect the date. The processing unit 104 controls the interface generating unit 106 to hide the minute circle 428 according to the sixth control signal, and displays the time axis 406 and the hour circle 408 on the interface of the memo application in a background display manner in a normal manner.
At this point, the user completes setting of the reminder time point of the memo (including the specific date and the specific time) through the interface of the memo application, and the processing unit 104 associates the memo icon with the reminder time point and stores the reminder time point.
The processing unit 104 outputs the memo information to the user at the set reminding time point. For example, when the set reminding time point arrives, the processing unit 104 may remind the user by displaying text and/or playing sound, where the played sound may be from a stored voice (audio signal) and played through a speaker of the electronic device 100, and the displayed text may be generated according to a keyword in the voice input by the user and displayed through the display screen 200 of the electronic device 100. The keywords can express the main things that the user wants to do at the set reminding time point, such as the keywords of eating, dating, meeting and the like.
In summary, in the above memo interaction system 10, the processing unit 104 controls the interface generating unit 106 to generate the corresponding interface of the memo application according to the control signal for the memo icon 400, which improves the interactivity between the user and the electronic device 100, and further improves the viscosity of the user.
Referring to fig. 9, a second preferred embodiment of the invention provides a memo interactive system 20 included in an electronic device 100. The memo interactive system 20 of the present embodiment is substantially the same as the memo interactive system 10 of the first preferred embodiment, except that the acquisition unit 201 of the memo interactive system 20 of the present embodiment further includes an image acquisition unit 202, and the parameter signal further includes an image signal.
When the processing unit 204 determines that the distance is smaller than the set value according to the distance sensed by the distance sensing unit 206, the processing unit 204 is further configured to control the image obtaining unit 202 to obtain an image, the processing unit 204 determines whether a preset feature image is included according to the image, and if so, the processing unit 204 is configured to control the voice pickup unit 208 to pick up a voice.
Referring to fig. 2, the capture window of the image capturing unit 202 may be disposed at or near a lower side of the front 101 of the electronic device 100 (generally, the front of the electronic device 100 is a surface facing a user during daily use of the electronic device), for example, so as to facilitate capturing an image of the user. The image acquisition unit 202 includes, but is not limited to, a ccd (charge coupled device) sensor or a cmos (complementary Metal Oxide semiconductor) sensor.
When the distance from the user to the electronic device 100 is less than the set value, the processing unit 204 controls the image obtaining unit 202 to obtain the image of the user, and compares the feature map obtained from the image of the user with the face feature map stored in the register 300. For example, the stored facial feature images preferably include feature images of the front of the mouth and other facial features, such as eyes, nose, and the like. When the processing unit 204 determines that the image of the user acquired by the image acquisition unit 202 includes one or more of these preset feature images, the processing unit 204 determines that the user's mouth is close to the electronic device 100, i.e., the user wants to perform entry of a voice memo.
It can be understood that, according to different setting positions of the windows acquired by the image acquiring unit 202 of different electronic devices 100, the preset feature image can be flexibly set, and it is sufficient to determine that the human face is close to the electronic device 100. In an advantageous solution, the preset feature image may be flexibly set specifically in combination with the relative position of the pickup window of the voice pickup unit 208, for example, the feature image may be set according to an identifiable and common feature image extracted from an image acquired by the position of the acquisition window of the image acquisition unit 202 when the mouth of the user approaches the pickup window of the voice pickup unit 208. The above-mentioned comparison of images is related to face recognition, which belongs to the prior art and is not expanded herein.
After that, the processing unit 204 controls the voice pickup unit 208 to be turned on so that the voice pickup unit 208 is in a state of picking up a voice. Further, a processing unit is used to load the memo application while controlling the voice pickup unit 208 to be turned on. When the voice pickup unit 208 has an audio input, the memo application of the electronic device 100 is confirmed to be activated, and the processing unit 204 controls the interface generation unit 210 to generate an interface of the memo application on the display screen 200 of the electronic device 100, so that the user can perform corresponding operations according to prompts of the interface, such as completing the voice input, setting a reminding time point, and the like. In other embodiments, when the voice pickup unit 208 has an audio input, the processing unit 204 controls the interface generating unit 210 to generate only the memo icon 400, and when the user completes the voice input and performs the operation on the memo icon 400 (for example, touching the icon 400 indicates that the next operation is to be performed), the interface of the memo application is called and generated.
In the above memo interaction system 20, the processing unit 204 determines whether the image obtained by the image obtaining unit 202 includes a preset feature image, for example, determines whether the image includes a mouth image of a user, so that the trigger accuracy of the memo application is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, an electronic device 100 according to a third preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a display 200 and a memo interactive system. The memo interactive system may be any one of the memo interactive systems in the above embodiments, and the display screen 200 is used to display an interface of a memo application. The display screen 200 is a touch display screen, and a user can interact with the electronic device 100 through the touch display screen 200 and input a control signal in a touch input manner.
In the electronic device 100, the processing unit controls the interface generating unit to generate the corresponding interface of the memo application according to the control signal for the memo icon, so that the interactivity between the user and the electronic device is improved, and the viscosity of the user is further improved.
The invention also provides a memorandum interaction method of the electronic device.
