here, the call information is stored once, and when there are a plurality of calls, each call corresponds to its own call information. When the call state changes, the PCLS needs to know which call has changed. Step 505: PCLS sends a join request message to PCMS;

step 508: PCS establishes a voice channel for the telephone network telephone user of the called party and returns resource information to PCMS through adding a success message;
the resource information includes: channel ID, IP address of PCS, control command port of PCS and voice data port of PCS.
Step 509: after receiving the join success message, the PCMS sends a request for applying for speaking state conversion to the PCS;
step 510: PCS updates the state of the voice channel of the user and returns an update success message;
after the PCS allocates voice channels for the telephone users of the telephone network of the called party, the PCMS modifies the state of the users into the state of being capable of speaking.
Step 511: after the user state information is updated, the PCMS broadcasts the speaking state of the user to all users in the room;
step 512: PCMS returns the resource information of PCS to PCLS;
step 513: PCLS receives the response message returned by PCMS, creates a voice transmission channel according to the resource information of PCS, and then responds to the call server 200OK message;
step 514: the call server sends an ACK message to the PCLS, and the PCLS sends a call state change message to the PCMS;
both the call server and the PCLS need to set a timeout clock, and send a BYE message to the telephone network phone user if the call times out.
Step 515: PCLS transmits voice data between the calling party and the called party through a data transmission channel.
As shown in fig. 6, the process of hanging up the call for the terminal network telephone user in this embodiment includes:
step 601: the network telephone user sends a call termination request to the PCMS;
step 602: the PCMS sends a hang-up request to the PCLS, and the PCLS receives the hang-up request (LGS _ PCLS _ STOP _ RQ) sent by the PCMS;
step 603: PCLS sends BYE command to the call server;
step 604: the call server releases the voice transmission channel of the telephone network telephone and returns 200 OK;

As shown in fig. 7, the present invention also provides a ground telephone service server, including: receiving unit, passageway establishment unit and data transmission unit, wherein:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a call request initiated by a calling party, and when the calling party is a network telephone user, a called party is a telephone network telephone user; when the calling party is a telephone subscriber of a telephone network, the called party is the telephone subscriber of the telephone network;
the channel establishing unit is used for establishing a data transmission channel for transmitting voice data between a calling party and a called party according to the resource information of the voice room server after the message receiving unit receives the call request, wherein the resource information of the voice room server is that the voice room server returns to the channel management server after allocating a voice channel for a telephone network telephone user as the calling party or the called party, and the channel management server sends the voice channel to the floor telephone service server;
and the data transmission unit is used for transmitting voice data between the calling party and the called party through the data transmission channel.
Further, the resource information of the voice room server comprises an address, a control command port and a voice data port of the voice room server;
the channel establishing unit establishes a data transmission channel for transmitting voice data between the calling party and the called party according to the resource information of the voice room server, and comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of establishing a control link connection with a control command port of a voice room server, monitoring the working state of the voice room server, establishing a data link connection with a voice data port of the voice room server, monitoring voice data of the voice room server, establishing a data link connection with a call server providing a call service for a telephone network telephone, and monitoring the voice data of the call server.
Further, the data transmission unit transmits voice data between the calling party and the called party through the data transmission channel, including:
after receiving the network telephone coding data sent by the network telephone user, decoding to obtain network telephone original PCM data, putting the network telephone original PCM data into a receiving frame list of a network telephone voice transmission protocol, taking out the network telephone original PCM data capable of resampling a frame of network telephone original PCM data according to a network telephone sampling rate, resampling the taken out network telephone original PCM data according to the network telephone sampling rate to obtain the network telephone original PCM data, coding the obtained network telephone original PCM data through the network telephone voice transmission protocol to obtain the network telephone coding data, and putting the network telephone coding data into a sending frame queue of the network telephone voice transmission protocol.
Further, the data transmission unit transmits voice data between the calling party and the called party through the data transmission channel, including:
after receiving the telephone network telephone coding data sent by the telephone network user, decoding to obtain the original PCM data of the telephone network, putting the original PCM data into a receiving frame list of the telephone network voice transmission protocol, when the data quantity in the list can be resampled according to the sampling rate of the telephone network, taking the original PCM data of the telephone network from the receiving frame list of the telephone network voice transmission protocol, resampling the taken original PCM data of the telephone network according to the sampling rate of the telephone network to obtain the original PCM data of the telephone network, coding the obtained original PCM data of the telephone network by the telephone network voice transmission protocol to obtain the coded data of the telephone network, and storing the coded data into a sending frame queue of the telephone network voice transmission protocol.
Further, the resource information of the voice room server is obtained by the channel establishing unit from the call request sent by the channel management server when the calling party is a network telephone user and the called party is a telephone network telephone user, the channel management server allocates a virtual user ID to the called party after the calling party initiates a call, requests the voice room server to allocate a voice channel to the called party, and sends the resource information returned by the voice room server after allocating the voice channel to the called party to the receiving unit together with the call request; or,
the resource information of the voice room server is obtained from the return message sent by the channel management server by the channel establishing unit when the calling party is a telephone network user and the called party is a telephone network user, the receiving unit sends a joining request to the channel management server after receiving the calling request, so that the channel management server requests the voice room server to allocate a voice channel for the calling party, and carries the resource information returned by the voice room server after allocating the voice channel for the called party in the return message and sends the resource information to the receiving unit.

Claims (10)
1. A method for a voice over internet protocol telephone to communicate with a telephone network, comprising:
the landing telephone service server receives a call request initiated by a calling party, wherein when the calling party is a network telephone user, a called party is a telephone network telephone user; when the calling party is a telephone subscriber of a telephone network, the called party is the telephone subscriber of the telephone network;
after receiving the call request, the floor telephone service server creates a data transmission channel for transmitting voice data between the calling party and the called party according to the resource information of the voice room server, wherein the resource information of the voice room server is that the voice room server returns to the channel management server after distributing a voice channel for a telephone network telephone user as the calling party or the called party, and the channel management server sends the voice channel to the floor telephone service server;
and the floor telephone service server transmits voice data between the calling party and the called party through the data transmission channel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein:
the resource information of the voice room server comprises an address, a control command port and a voice data port of the voice room server;
the creating of the data transmission channel for transmitting the voice data between the calling party and the called party according to the resource information of the voice room server includes: the floor telephone service server establishes a control link connection with a control command port of the voice room server, monitors the working state of the voice room server, establishes a data link connection with a voice data port of the voice room server, monitors voice data of the voice room server, establishes a data link connection with a call server providing a call service for a telephone network telephone, and monitors voice data of the call server.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the ground telephone service server transmits voice data between the calling party and the called party through the data transmission channel, comprising:
the floor telephone service server decodes the network telephone coded data sent by the network telephone user to obtain the original PCM data of the network telephone, puts the original PCM data into a receiving frame list of a network telephone voice transmission protocol, extracts the original PCM data of the network telephone capable of resampling a frame of original PCM data of the telephone network according to the telephone network sampling rate, resamples the extracted original PCM data of the network telephone according to the telephone network sampling rate to obtain the original PCM data of the telephone network telephone, codes the obtained original PCM data of the telephone network telephone through the telephone network voice transmission protocol to obtain the coded data of the telephone network telephone, and puts the coded data into a sending frame queue of the telephone network voice transmission protocol.
4. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the ground telephone service server transmits voice data between the calling party and the called party through the data transmission channel, comprising:
the floor telephone service server decodes to obtain original PCM data of telephone network telephones after receiving the coded data of telephone network telephones sent by a telephone network telephone user, puts the original PCM data into a receiving frame list of a telephone network telephone voice transmission protocol, when the data quantity in the list can be resampled according to the sampling rate of the telephone network, takes the original PCM data of the telephone network telephones out of the receiving frame list of the telephone network voice transmission protocol, resamples the taken original PCM data of the telephone network telephones according to the sampling rate of the telephone network to obtain the original PCM data of the telephone network, codes the obtained original PCM data of the telephone network through the telephone network voice transmission protocol to obtain the coded data of the telephone network, and stores the coded data into a sending frame queue of the telephone network voice transmission protocol.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that:
the resource information of the voice room server is obtained by the floor telephone service server from the call request sent by the channel management server when the calling party is a network telephone user and the called party is a telephone network telephone user, the channel management server allocates a virtual user ID for the called party after the calling party initiates a call, requests the voice room server to allocate a voice channel for the called party, and carries the resource information returned by the voice room server after allocating the voice channel for the called party in the call request to send to the floor telephone service server; or,
and the floor telephone service server sends a joining request to the channel management server after receiving the call request, so that the channel management server requests the voice room server to allocate a voice channel for the calling party, and carries the resource information returned by the voice room server after allocating the voice channel for the called party in the return message and sends the resource information to the floor telephone service server.
6. A floor telephone service server, comprising: receiving unit, passageway establishment unit and data transmission unit, wherein:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a call request initiated by a calling party, and when the calling party is a network telephone user, a called party is a telephone network telephone user; when the calling party is a telephone subscriber of a telephone network, the called party is the telephone subscriber of the telephone network;
the channel establishing unit is used for establishing a data transmission channel for transmitting voice data between a calling party and a called party according to the resource information of the voice room server after the receiving unit receives the call request, wherein the resource information of the voice room server is that the voice room server returns to the channel management server after distributing a voice channel for a telephone network telephone user as the calling party or the called party, and the channel management server sends the voice channel to the floor telephone service server;
and the data transmission unit is used for transmitting voice data between the calling party and the called party through the data transmission channel.
7. A floor-based telephone service server as claimed in claim 6, wherein:
the resource information of the voice room server comprises an address, a control command port and a voice data port of the voice room server;
the channel establishing unit establishes a data transmission channel for transmitting voice data between the calling party and the called party according to the resource information of the voice room server, and comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of establishing a control link connection with a control command port of a voice room server, monitoring the working state of the voice room server, establishing a data link connection with a voice data port of the voice room server, monitoring voice data of the voice room server, establishing a data link connection with a call server providing a call service for a telephone network telephone, and monitoring the voice data of the call server.
8. A floor telephone service server as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein the data transmission unit transmits voice data between the calling party and the called party through the data transmission channel, comprising:
after receiving the network telephone coding data sent by the network telephone user, decoding to obtain network telephone original PCM data, putting the network telephone original PCM data into a receiving frame list of a network telephone voice transmission protocol, taking out the network telephone original PCM data capable of resampling a frame of network telephone original PCM data according to a network telephone sampling rate, resampling the taken out network telephone original PCM data according to the network telephone sampling rate to obtain the network telephone original PCM data, coding the obtained network telephone original PCM data through the network telephone voice transmission protocol to obtain the network telephone coding data, and putting the network telephone coding data into a sending frame queue of the network telephone voice transmission protocol.
9. A floor telephone service server as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein the data transmission unit transmits voice data between the calling party and the called party through the data transmission channel, comprising:
after receiving the telephone network telephone coding data sent by the telephone network user, decoding to obtain the original PCM data of the telephone network, putting the original PCM data into a receiving frame list of the telephone network voice transmission protocol, when the data quantity in the list can be resampled according to the sampling rate of the telephone network, taking the original PCM data of the telephone network from the receiving frame list of the telephone network voice transmission protocol, resampling the taken original PCM data of the telephone network according to the sampling rate of the telephone network to obtain the original PCM data of the telephone network, coding the obtained original PCM data of the telephone network by the telephone network voice transmission protocol to obtain the coded data of the telephone network, and storing the coded data into a sending frame queue of the telephone network voice transmission protocol.
10. A floor-based telephone service server as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein:
the resource information of the voice room server is obtained by the channel establishing unit from the call request sent by the channel management server when the calling party is a network telephone user and the called party is a telephone network telephone user, the channel management server allocates a virtual user ID for the called party after the calling party initiates a call, requests the voice room server to allocate a voice channel for the called party, and carries the resource information returned by the voice room server after allocating the voice channel for the called party in the call request to send to the receiving unit; or,
the resource information of the voice room server is obtained from the return message sent by the channel management server by the channel establishing unit when the calling party is a telephone network user and the called party is a telephone network user, the receiving unit sends a joining request to the channel management server after receiving the calling request, so that the channel management server requests the voice room server to allocate a voice channel for the calling party, and carries the resource information returned by the voice room server after allocating the voice channel for the called party in the return message and sends the resource information to the receiving unit.
