Abstract

本发明公开了一种光伏电池散热装置,包括散热座,所述散热座一侧开设有用于放置光伏电池阵列的安装槽,所述安装槽中设有蛇形散热管和若干支撑座,所述支撑座的位置与光伏电池阵列中光伏电池分布位置相配合,中部设有线路通孔,所述蛇形散热管放置于支撑座间隔排列形成的空隙槽中,位于散热座侧部一端设有冷却介质进口,另一端设有冷却介质出口。本发明具有结构简单、便于散热的优点,每个光伏电池分别配合带线路通孔的支撑座,当出现故障时可随时维修或更换,而不影响设于光伏电池间隙中的蛇形散热管的散热功效;蛇形散热管利用冷却介质有效带走散热座中的热量,保证了光伏电池的正常工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能应用技术领域,尤其涉及一种光伏电池散热装置。
背景技术
随着能源的日趋紧缺以及在产生传统能源过程中对环境造成污染,人们越来越关注新能源开发和应用领域,比如可再生的太阳能、风能等。其中,对于太阳能的研究和应用已经步入了产业化,太阳能发电系统中的核心部件是光伏电池,安装于聚光光伏系统底板上,吸收到的光能越多,则能够在一定程度上增加发电系统的能量利用,与此同时,也会导致太阳能电池的温度持续升高,如果不及时散热的话,将会影响太阳能发电系统的正常工作。
现有技术中光伏电池散热装置在实际使用过程中存在较多问题,一是结构复杂,不便于使用;二是当部分光伏电池出现故障而更换时,往往需要拆卸整个散热装置,再次布置成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种光伏电池散热装置,其具有结构简单,支持在线更换故障电池板的的优点。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种光伏电池散热装置,包括散热座,所述散热座一侧开设有用于放置光伏电池阵列的安装槽,所述安装槽中设有蛇形散热管和若干支撑座,所述支撑座的位置与光伏电池阵列中光伏电池分布位置相配合,中部设有线路通孔,所述蛇形散热管放置于支撑座间隔排列形成的空隙槽中,位于散热座侧部一端设有冷却介质进口,另一端设有冷却介质出口。
进一步的,所述散热座的另一侧中部固定有转座,所述转座转动连接有U型支撑架。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明具有结构简单、便于散热的优点,每个光伏电池分别配合带线路通孔的支撑座,当出现故障时可随时维修或更换,而不影响设于光伏电池间隙中的蛇形散热管的散热功效;蛇形散热管利用冷却介质有效带走散热座中的热量,保证了光伏电池的正常工作。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
本实施例所述的一种光伏电池散热装置,如图1至4所示,包括散热座2,所述散热座2一侧开设有用于放置光伏电池阵列1的安装槽,所述安装槽中设有蛇形散热管3和若干支撑座4,所述支撑座4的位置与光伏电池阵列中1光伏电池分布位置相配合,中部设有线路通孔5,所述蛇形散热管3放置于支撑座4间隔排列形成的空隙槽中,位于散热座2侧部一端设有冷却介质进口6,另一端设有冷却介质出口7。
进一步的,所述散热座2的另一侧中部固定有转座8,所述转座8转动连接有U型支撑架9。

1.一种光伏电池散热装置,其特征在于:包括散热座(2),所述散热座(2)一侧开设有用于放置光伏电池阵列(1)的安装槽,所述安装槽中设有蛇形散热管(3)和若干支撑座(4),所述支撑座(4)的位置与光伏电池阵列中(1)光伏电池分布位置相配合,中部设有线路通孔(5),所述蛇形散热管(3)放置于支撑座(4)间隔排列形成的空隙槽中,位于散热座(2)侧部一端设有冷却介质进口(6),另一端设有冷却介质出口(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏电池散热装置,其特征在于:所述散热座(2)的另一侧中部固定有转座(8),所述转座(8)转动连接有U型支撑架(9)。
