本发明公开了一种喷流式锅炉,包括回风管,回热装置,烟管,鼓风机,热风炉,燃烧炉,所述热风炉下部与燃烧炉一体式连接,所述燃烧炉外接鼓风机,所述回风管与燃烧炉连接,所述回风管中部安装回热装置,所述烟管位于回风管内部。本发明喷流式锅炉采用了集燃烧与换热为一体、以换炉体高温部位进行换热的最新间接加热技术。输送的出的烟气热量循环加热,热能利用率高,可使用各种煤或柴作燃料,并配有鼓风装置,燃烧完全,对环境的污染小;而且设计精巧,整体占用空间小。

技术领域
本发明涉及热风炉设备领域,具体是一种喷流式锅炉。
背景技术
热风炉在市场上使用较广泛,但是要解决高温输出,满足工业生产需要,仍是个大家探究的疑难问题,如FP14高温炉,其热转换不够合理,烟气带走的余热在300-400℃左右,其浪费了资源,散失了大量的可利用热源,对环保造成了热污染,不值得提倡。然而普通的直流式锅炉,热效率低,许多的热量随着烟气散失了,造成了极大的浪费。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种构造简单,升温快、体积小、安装方便、使用可靠,造价低廉,热能利用率高的喷流式锅炉。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种喷流式锅炉,包括回风管,回热装置,烟管,鼓风机,热风炉,燃烧炉,所述热风炉下部与燃烧炉一体式连接,所述燃烧炉外接鼓风机,所述回风管与燃烧炉连接,所述回风管中部安装回热装置,所述烟管位于回风管内部。
进一步的,所述热风炉侧壁开有热风口。
优选的,所述燃烧炉侧壁开有送料口。
作为优选,所述鼓风机外侧设置有托架
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明喷流式锅炉采用了集燃烧与换热为一体、以换炉体高温部位进行换热的最新间接加热技术。输送的出的烟气热量循环加热,热能利用率高,可使用各种煤或柴作燃料,并配有鼓风装置,燃烧完全,对环境的污染小;而且设计精巧,整体占用空间小。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如图1所示,本发明公开一种喷流式锅炉,包括回风管5,回热装置4,烟管6,鼓风机3,热风炉1,燃烧炉2,所述热风1炉下部与燃烧炉2一体式连接,保证锅炉的整体密封性,减少热量的损失。所述燃烧炉2外接鼓风机3,鼓风机3给燃烧炉2内输送空气,使燃料燃烧彻底。所述回风管5与燃烧炉2连接,回风管5中部安装回热装置4,所述烟管6位于回风管5内部,外部结构显得简单整洁,占用空间也小,而且能更好的回收烟气中的热能。
所述热风炉1侧壁开有热风口7,给需要干燥物体的输送热风。
所述燃烧炉2侧壁开有送料口8,输送燃料进燃烧炉2中燃烧。
所述鼓风机3外侧设置有托架9,支撑电机,防止损坏。
运行原理:
本发明喷流式锅炉使用时,燃料从送料口8送进燃烧炉2,然后在燃烧炉2中进行燃烧,鼓风机3给燃烧炉2中输送空气,使燃料燃烧更彻底。燃烧后产生的热量对热风炉1中的空气加热,从而达到需要的效果。而燃烧产生的烟气通过烟管6送出,而包裹在烟管6外的回风管5,通过回热装置4,吸取了烟气的热量,回送到燃烧炉2中,进行二次重复的热能利用,减少热量的浪费,节能,环保。
